Contacted them to repair my Rv and had agreed to a price with one of there employees, once job was completed he told me it was going to be a little more than the quote which was fine, once the actual owner called for payment they were 300$ more than original quote and said his employee had made a mistake and was not allowed to give quotes, was extremely rude impolite and using curse words toward me over the phone, I was Not looking for any handouts or discounts but a simple and professional explanation would have been appreciated, work was done good but overall the most rude people you will deal with from Office personal to the owner! Only bright side was the guy who performed the job was great and did his job extremely good!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in our purchase from Mr B's. They were very straight forward about every step of the process and very friendly. After a week we had a minor issue with the water heater and without hesitation they sent an employee out to take care of it and didn't even charge us. They also have a wide variety of rv needs and if they don't have it, they'll get it. Very pleased that we did business here.

We're on a month long rv trip. Our hot water heater switch quit working. We stopped to ask their advice. They assessed the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. They are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable.

*Rude*Over price*UnprofessionalDid I mention "RUDE"I bought a RV 2013 for @$24,000In August 2019Since day one Rudeness,I was in need of a place, hotel didn't have a kitchen to cook for my children.Register my Rv with Texas license plate.Now September 2020Rv was picked up...REASONS....21days lateRv was moved out of new Mexico to Texas without notifying them. (Rv was registered in TX)No communicationAfter I have paid them a year for RV, over 11,200$I tried talking to Jane son he didn't care nor his wife Shyla (front desk lady) spoke to Jane.... Very rude and straight out told me I was waisting my time on trying to explain.I was telling her my husband had just started a job and was getting paid the following day... That I had proofs for my words... Her response was I don't want your money today nor tomorrow... I want my RV... Annnd... I am going to resale it. Once again I was trying to tell her my situations, once again over talked louder,her last words....(Oh I have a costumer, gotta go... Pum... Hung UP)21 day's ppl 21 day's... After I paid so much on it Us and our 3 kids had to go stay at a hotel.She didn't care I paid for it over 11,000 in a year.She didn't care my husband had to change work because of covid-19 situation.(Not getting covid-19 as an excuse, all year my husband was able to keep his job with reduce hours and other things.)I was about 8,000 away to pay off.Paying 600 a month.There's more Rudeness, but I'll just leave it like this.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALLGOD BLESS HER AND MAY HER MONEY GIVE HER MANY HAPPINESS.

This place of business has a good staff very friendly and helpful I needed to get a couple of wires for an old water heater in my R.V. AND IT was not in stock but they had an old one out back and the wires were still good and they let me have the wires for free and my wife and I were able to take a hot bath Thank you. Mr B's and they also cheeked out my computer board on my water heater for free and all they ask was to say something nice about their business here you go SINCERELY HAPPY FOR THEIR ENTIRE STAFF

We love Mr. B's. Always nice and polite. We scheduled for an Air Conditioner Installation and got to use a week ahead of schedule. They were fast and cleaned up their mess. Inwoukd recommend then to anyone.

I adore Mr. B's. He has always gone above and beyond for us with any requests we have had. His shop always has the parts you need, at a fair price.We travel for work extensively around the Texas-New Mexico area and live in our travel trailer. Being first time owners, we don't know much. Problems like water heater failure, black water tank clogs, electrical issues, he has helped us solve them all.He has a travelling repair man named Jerry that is a life saver and will also involve you in the process so you can learn and save money next time on repairs.He has given me great referrals to other service providers for things he doesn't handle. Great local, small business. Do recommend.

I have spoken with a few different people at this location, Everyone I have spoken to was nice and helpful. Going to the location was a different story entirely. Theres a very rude man there that seems to like greeting people at the door with attitude and a rudeness about him. I was there for about 5 minutes waiting to speak with a woman name Jane. During this time the man who works there was rude to customers who walked in at the same time as I, He was mocking them. Before I left he was talking to a gentleman he obviously knew, about current customers ( I will not say what he called them, but is is NOT a nice word) and how they dont want to pay their payments.

I have to give this place zero stars. My husband and I are here working from out of state and we needed a part ASAP. First they never answer their phone. Then we finally get someone on the phone and the male employee says my husband was cussing him out because my husband said we need the whole damn kit not just the one part. The employee lied to the owner and his co worker.. who by the way was extremely rude and said she didn t know anything about what we needed. Just terrible customer service all the way around! Oh and did I mention that the female employee told me that they have enough customers so basically losing one customer didn t make a difference? Wow! Make the drive and go somewhere else for all of your RV parts please!

Beware!!!!! Would not warranty a air conditioner which we were told had a 2 year warranty. Before the first year was up it went out. Charged us $300 for a part that didn't fix the ac. Would not reimburse us! Said he would eat half of it. The part didn't fix the unit!! Would not recommend ever!!!!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Our fridge isn t working properly so I called and they told me to change the thermistor. So I bought the part and picked it up that night. I put it in which was easy, gave it a couple days and that didn t fix our problem. I called back asking for someone to come out and look at it. Service man comes out and changed the thermistor which we just replaced. Told us to wait a couple days. OF COURSE IT DIDNT FIX IT. Mr B came out and said it had to be a circulation problem so that day the guys came out and took off a panel on the outside of our camper and we waited a couple days and that didn t fix the problem. I called saying we had already spent over 200 dollars and it has gotten us no where we want to go through warranty.. they told me 2 weeks ago they decided no more warranty work. My fridge problem happened before this 2 weeks. So they called warranty and warranty told them how much they would pay for labor and parts. Mr B was asking for more and they wouldn t give it to him.. He threw away all of our papers after being on the phone with them for 1 1/2 hours.. he should have called us and asked if we wanted to pay the difference.. Our fridge is still broke. Now trying to find a new place that will work for us and the warranty company.

During the February 2021 freeze , our sewer line froze and busted. We needed a new sewer line ASAP so we could keep our faucets dripping and our water lines from freezing. Walmart was sold out. Tractor supply was sold out, but while asking about sewer lines at the front desk this guy approached my husband and offered to open up two and half hours after his business closed to sell us a sewer line. That s the kind of service that creates loyal customers if you ask me. We will definitely be going back for any other parts we need in the future.

The guys that came out were wonderful. I thought I was going to have to buy a new air conditioner but the guys came in and fixed my old one.They were great and saved me a lot of money.Thank you

I ve been a customer for a long time. I bought my first bumper pull from his dad. The original Mr b s. I also have bought two more after he passed. I was blessed to have met a family so awesome and down to earth.

Last summer in August, we had Glen put two brand new air conditioners in our 5th wheel. Well one of the techs dropped something and chipped my counter. It took me going there 3x and calling multiple times to have them come look at it because They only come to Lovington(20miles)when they have other calls . Well after 4 months they finally came and took pics and said they would let me know. Well that was a few months ago and I still haven t heard anything! I spent almost $2000 for them to put in my new air conditioners. They still have not made it right!

Had trouble with propane ignition in the refrigerator of our RV so stopped in Hobbs, NM at Mr B's Rv's. They delayed their lunch to look at the problem, spent an hour trying to fix it and at the end of the time, didn't charge us because we needed a part no longer made. Also spent 20 minutes trying to find a 20 year old Airsteam part or the equivalent. All the while, I had a nice leather chair and internet use in his office. Great experience with someone really trying to help a fellow traveler.

Stopped in here when having problem on the road. A technician checked it immediately and answered all my questions. Then, I wasn t even charged for his time office manager said it was nothing. Everyone very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Don't shop here. Mr B is very rude, belittling, mean, sarcastic, unprofessional! His rvs are over priced. Little inventory. Not many good quality ones to chose from! It was a horrible experience! My little boy was even shocked!

This is a family owed establishment and they are great! There isnt another store to compare pricing to so I wouls say about thier merch is about average. If they dont have a part you need, they are more than happy to order.

Found out today they do not stand behind their work, I highly recommended these people 7 months ago because of the fantastic job that they did but apparently they don't stand behind their warranties either.
