The customer service at Forest Tires was courteous. The communication was clear and timely and I felt that I was in good hands. My tire which was flat was not able to be repaired so it was replaced. I enjoy doing business with Forest Tires.

Had a flat tire and the service guy they sent was professional and dependable. They had to end up ordering a new tire which that service was fast and came in on time. Austin was professional and kind. Thank you Forrest Tire for great service.

The front desk guy was really sweet. The reason for 2 stars; the price of 1 tire was 188.00. Higher than everyone else(I found out afterwards) , even the dealership. They also let me leave there with NO LUG NUTS ON MY TIRE and told me it would be ok. It took me another 3 hours to find lug nuts fot this tire. The Ford dealership was able to finally help and they were very alarmed that Forrest Tire put me in harms way letting me drive off with no lug nuts on the tire

The Crew and the sales guys were engaging. But they put the wrong tires on. I wanted Michellin AT2s they put on Defenders. I was in such a hurry..I didn t have time to switch.

No work done because it was out of their skill set didn't waste my time trying to sell other services but did recommend ESR as for my go to guys for what I needed done. Thank you. Aka death wobble and broken steering stabilizer shock absorber.

Wonderful service and staff. I called Tuesday afternoon, they placed an order for my tires and stated would be in the following day. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday for the new tires and they checked my brakes.

Great you charge.me 2 times foraligment in my truck 2009 and the two times you alignment was done bad and ruined my tires that cost me about 2000 replace tires thw 3 time you request for me to change the upper control arm on my truck and then you overt me to buy from you another set of tires ?? I think this is not good man whT. Ain of busses you run

I had a very low tire, come to find out it had a screw in the sidewall. The guys at Forrest Tire came to my workplace to replace it. It was close to time for a new set anyway, and they were able to get the other 3 into their shop quickly and replaced the rest for me. They all spoke to me with great courtesy and respect!

Very quick and efficient! Was worried about the tie rods and during the front end alignment they said everything looked great. A relief to the pocketbook. Lol. Would definitely return for service!!

A few weeks ago I got a flat going cross county. Showed up right when they opened. They are well staffed with friendly, competent employees that fixed my tire and found a secondary screw puncture and fixed that too. Very fast service. Didn t even charge me. Highly recommend this place.

The service at Forrest Tire was Amazing! I called to ask about brakes and they were able to answer every question with no problem. When I showed up to Forrest Tire everyone was very polite and personal. Charlie was able to set me up with an appointment easy. On the day of the appointment I dropped my vehicle off for inspection and within 40 mins he called me with a full report and how much everything would be. I told him to proceed with the service and not even 30 mins later my brakes were done. I Highly Recommend Forrest Tire for All of your Tire needs. Thanks again Forrest Tire and Charlie for everything you guys do for our community! Keep up the Great Work!

They did what no other tire place in this town could do . That is balance tires. If you want your tires balanced right the first time take it to Forrest tires
