Went in for my truck shaking thought it was just the balance found out had a tire on front that was splitting. They made me a good deal and was able to get the tire and balance for a good price thank you guys so much.

I had issues with a new set of tires that caused steering wheel wobble between 60 and 75 mph. Discount Tire tried 3 times to rebalance them before having them replaced with an entirely new set. I haven t had any issues since then. Aaron M was my salesperson. Him and the Discount Tire team were all very helpful throughout this process. Thanks!

Awful! Don't go to this Discount tire. I had my truck tires balanced and rotated and it was a horrible experience. First they deleted my reservation. I even received a reminder the day before but when I arrived, no reservation. Then when I picked it up my radio was turned to a different station and turned up. I left to drive a hour and a half back to work and it didn't feel like the tires were balanced so I checked the air pressure and all four tires had different air pressures in them. Varying by six pounds. I couldn't go back because I had to get back to work. I ajusted the air pressure hoping that was the problem. It wasn't. They put 16 weights on my rim and still didn't have it balanced. Then I was going to change my breaks and found out they kept my locking lug key. I called the manager (Chance) and he said he would personally take care of it if I could bring it back. I had a co-worker take it back and while they did give my coworker thee lug key instead of balancing the tires properly they put 37 weights on one tire and jacked up the air pressure again!! I told them I had already adjusted the air pressure and not to touch it. Also my coworker said that Chance did NOT take care of it. He had someone else do it. Horrible service!! People should be fired from this location. I have never had any problems like this at the Discount Tire locations back home. Regional Manager needs to clean house.

Polite staff, workers need to communicate and follow up better, twice needed reminders to square away the spare tire and no phone call to let me know that the tires I was waiting on had arrived.

They got my wife's Toyota Rav-4 tires rotated in little as 18 minutes on 07/26/23. Their tire service department is excellent.

I buy all my tires from discount locally in TX. My company owned vehicle had a flat and instead of waiting at Forrest I figured I'd make and appointment and get in and out of Discount. The flat couldn't be fixed and it being late in the day I had to purchase a tire. Being a company vehicle and will have to wait to get my money back I asked for the inexpensive 10 ply. All said and done I get in truck and drive away. I get home after they're closed and see that they put an all terrain tire on a truck with 3 other street tires! I know they weren't same brand as on truck but don't you think they'd ask of I wanted to mix and match tread patterns?? Well they didn't. And I leave for my rigs at 4am so I now have 500 miles on it and I'm stuck with it. I love Discount as a whole and my only intention is that hopefully this is used for learning purposes.

Discount tire no longer really cares about the customer anymore. I have started going to other places like if you were out ever by Lubbock I would go the extra 2030 miles to jack Hamilton in Brownfield Texas before I d spend another dime at a discount tire again. Sometimes small-town businesses can even match prices of bigger chains and give you better service because they care about the customer and appreciate your business. We are big chains they could take it or leave ya

Quick service if you schedule an appointment. Also had no issue with price matching with an online competitors. I ordered the tires online before check anywhere else for better pricing. Came across better pricing, showed them when I was dropping the vehicle off and they honored the price match and refunded me the difference. Quick and painless

I believe his name is Aaron but the Manager that was on duty today was extremely helpful and I really appreciate him. I also appreciate the team that stayed a bit late to get my new tires on and made sure everything was done right. These guys rock

Had a good experience with getting new tires but I paid for my new wipers too but they never installed them so got ripped off on that.

Always a great experience at Discount tire. This location in Hobbs was as busy as could be and they still got me in and out with no problems.These guys are the chic fil a of tire companies when it comes to service. Aaron was very helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I love Discount Tire but this location is always so busy that it seems like they need a second store in town. The workers are helpful and polite but I think I had to wait 4 hours to get a flat tire fixed. I went at 11am and got the text to pick up my car at 3:30pm. I will still continue to get my tires at discount tire locations but I would say they are WAY faster in Albuquerque or Los Lunas.

Made a 9:45 am appointment watch them take in 4 vehicles before mine that didn t have an appointment. My vehicle finally made it into the bay at 10:40 am almost an hour late. Don t tell folks they will be next in and then pull in 4 others! What s the point of making an appointment?

I feel that I was given false information regarding the repairability of my tire in order to sell me a new $250.00 unit. I was told: the patch from a previous repair had come loose, and the area could not be patched again . I wanted to dispute the issue as I have been in Industrial Maintenance for 40 years, but being 300 miles from home my options were extremely limited. I recommend avoiding this establishment if you are traveling.

Husband ordered 4 michilen for vehicle but when I arrived I was told Continental tires were sent instead. I was told they were like tire ordered by Salesperson Matt. My husband was not pleased those tires were put on vehicle instead of Michelin as ordered.

I went in to buy tires because mine were shot. I only wanted 2 but he recommended all 4 because the tread was so bad. Never did he say you need to buy all 4. He recommended. He told me both prices and said this is totally up to you. He was very nice and professional. I had to wait a while because they were so busy bur that's a testament to how many people go to this store.

I had some issues with my service here at Discount tire, but the owner Justin went out of his way to make it right and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Definitely would recommend this store and if you have any concern Justin is the man to make it right.

Went to get my tire checked they took it off said they couldn't put it back on and put a donut tire on that was worse condition then the tire I won't be back neither will my vehicles or anybody I work with this is not the first time this has happened but I promise it will be the last trying to rob people to make a sale sad AF they don't care about the customers

My 85 year old Mother went to have her tires rotated they refused to help her unless she purchased 4 brand new tires. My Mother tires are in excellent shape she had just purchased brand new tires 2 years ago and she hardly ever goes anywhere. They were so rude to her and refused to offer her any services.

We were traveling from Mn and our rental car got a flat. We called ahead to see if they had the tire in stock and to see what the wait time was. When we arrived, Shaun got us in and back on the road within 30 minutes! They were all very friendly and the store was very clean. So grateful to not have to take too much extra time out of our vacation! Thank you for the great service Shaun.

Bryan turned what would ve been a bad week turned worse inside of a day, into relief. All I can say is that, without hesitation, the customer service was above and beyond any I ve ever seen. I liked that I was shown what was wrong so that I could actually see what they were saying I needed. I didn t just have to take their word for it. A complicated situation for me was set at ease, again, without hesitation. He was my angel for today. Thank you!

Went into the Hobbs location at 8:15 AM, visited with a sales man about replacing two Jet Ski trailer tires and rotating my truck DT tires. After 50min of waiting outside asked salesman how long. Said it should be a very short wait. another 15mins nothing. Decided just to get a refund and go elsewhere. York tire in and out in 9min. Oh, the $70 each per tire ended up being $223 total with all the warranty etc. NO MORE, I'm done with them.
