I cannot communicate enough what a wonderful experience it was dealing with this Cummins facility.Michael, the Branch Manager, told me to come right in. He was always available, and kept me posted on the progress of repairs throughout the day. When he wasn't immediately available by phone, he called back within 5 minutes. The way he handles customer service is a breath of fresh air in today's business world.Ryan and Robert, the service techs, listened intently to my issues. They were patient, very personable, and asked additional questions. I felt very sure they understood the problems when I left my Tiffin Allegro Bus with them. The work was done promptly and correctly, and I couldn't be happier having broken down near their service center.Thank you!

If you like being placed on hold for hours, and when you go to there store they ignore you while talking to others about there BS at home. As far as knowledge of products, well ya better skip the parts department. Talk to their mechanics instead of the parts counter otherwise you'll get the wrong part. 2 stars is generous as far as I am concerned. hope the other branches aren't like this cause Hobbs branch is a joke.

I was in need of a repair really quick. Unfortunately Cummins wasn t able to get me in as they were swamped. But they took the time and made calls to find a shop to get me in ..... thank you ; Jimmy.
