Took truck in and asked for a quote only, i was not even authorized to do work on my boss' truck! They went ahead and did 1500$ of work with out approval and refused to make any sort of consellation. One hour of shop time charged to look at a faring at the rate of 205$ ...one hour to "look" The temporary fix was untouched I do not recommend this place unless u have money to donate to Bruckner Volvo.

If you don't mind over paying for poor quality work, this is definitely the place to take any rig. I paid almost 10 grand for a clutch. I'm pretty sure one of their reps will come on here and try to legitimize their reasoning but in the end, I paid for 2 clutches and a "synchronizer that wasn't even the issue" within a 4 month period. I Will NEVER bring any of my trucks here and will NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other independents out there that have done better work for less.

Took our truck there because they said they could get it in the shop and had what it needed, they returned it in worse condition than we brought it to them in. Spoke to them on the phone about payment and the lady was extremely rude and hostile. You re better off using the Odessa store.

Mechanics have no knowledge they had my truck for 3 months and left worse !!!
