Was in there this morning manager acted like helping was a burden on him. He was using foul language and could tell this trinkled down to his employee. If it wasn't for a warranty item I would've left. Very unprofessional and I understand everyone has bad days but working with the public you have to learn how to hide these emotions. They've lost this customer for a good while I can guarantee that!

The Manager at this store is very rude, discriminatory, and unprofessional. Ironically, she s can easily be mistaken for a Hispanic person that DOESNT speak English but yet she treats Hispanic customers badly. She degrades and humiliates non-English speaking customers. It s unfortunate for anyone entering this store that such individual is in a managing position mistreating customers giving them business/revenue.

I never have issues at this autozone. They are always helpful. I did have to go back because I was overcharged but it was just a simple mistake...it happens. They made it right and I was on my way.

Good experience they got me out and on my way really fast! I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto parts in the future that asks my advice on where to go?Honestly your employees deserve the thanks not me they did what they didn't have to I mean an auto parts store won't name names but when I called to get a quote on price and avail the phone kept getting hung up when I call your store yeah I might have to be put on hold but at least I know I'll be answered, your employees don't have to help as much or assist as good or be as polite as they did they had no idea I (a normal guy who appreciates helpfulness such as theirs) would be reviewing their performance. They deserve the thanks not me! I just needed parts without problems!

Very nice staff and very helpful. They seem a little short staffed but I am still happy to have the workers there. It's always so packed that I feel bad for the workers sometimes but I am a loyal AutoZone customer. I will always continue to get my fluids and sockets, spark plugs, brake pads, and cleaning products for my car and truck.

Went in to pick up some items and it was not busy around this hour. Grabbed my items and stood at the counter ready to pay along with another gentleman behind me with hands full. We stood there a good 10 minutes waiting to get checked out. An employee checked someone out and proceeded to walk off while still waiting to be checked out. Employee comes up asked me if I found all ok and said yes other than waiting 10 minutes and he started going off. Randy Steddum, Commercial Manager, was very unprofessional in his title that he holds. Started mouthing off and being very rude and telling us to get out! Being in the retail/customer service industry myself for over 30 years, his behavior was not acceptable and professional none whatsoever!

Horrible !!! Horrible !! I have never been treated so horribly!!! Not one single employee asked could they help me nor acknowledged me all employees just walk past me as if i didn t matter I will NEVER spend my money at this location !!!!

Wow, Very poor service and attitude from I'm guessing the manager. Asked a simple question and was given a rude condescending answer "I don't know sweetie, I'm not a mechanic". Yeah, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to point me in the right direction. Couldn't care less about my needs and couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Highly suggest going somewhere else, don't waste their time because she made it very clear that they don't want to help.

I am an avid fan of great customer service. I didn't need to buy anything. I needed info for a friend in need. Mike didn't even blink an eye. He listened and gave me what he thought would help. When it's about the person and not just the profit, you'll get and retain a solid customer base.

Very helpful and informative associates everytime I need anything. Scott the manager helped me until we got my car going again he showed strong leadership and excellent customer service. He did his job above and beyond thank you .

o. Seems like there was 3 people saw me standing there waiting to pay for items from front of store but were above checking me out. A young guy saw and immediately got me fixed up when he was done with other customer. Lady I was in line for waited on guy before me o stepped to register and she left without saying a word to me then I stepped back and another lady came and got on computer. Looked at me up and down and proceeded to check her phone. Young man was quick courteous the two white guy and a mexican guy both prolly 20 at best was star employees. Rest of em looked like they was tired and waiting to get out of there not trying to do anything but exist......those two could prolly get 10 customers paid and out the door to the others 2.

08/17/2022I called over 8 times. The first time I was placed on hold for over 12 minutes. All the other times I called throughout an hour I was automatically sent to be forgotten about on hold. I had to drive down to the store just to learn in person AutoZone did NOT have the part I need along with rude employees. Terrible customer service! I will continue to use partsgeek.com from now on. These types of businesses have me looking forward to the day all those employees are replaced by robots. Maybe skynet won't be so bad.

Was in there to get some oil for my car, a lady checking out In front of me and the other gentleman helping someone next to us. They had to move it another register to cash her out and they formed a different line. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody helped me. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. New employees are not the best. Definitely liked the ones who used to be there.

Trying to find at least one good compliment to give them but I honestly can t. The customer service is TERRIBLE, trying to call on the phone and talk to anyone is a down right miracle...IF you get someone to answer. I was on hold for over 20 min over the phone. I finally went into town and went in there and there were three employees standing in the back and one person helping 6 people. It was ridiculous. Not to mention some of the rudest customer service as well. I ve tried to give them a few chances, but every time I come in, my experience gets worse and worse. It wouldn t let me post this without giving them at least one star. And advanced auto isn t any better but I would go there before here.

This place has absolutely terrible service... I special ordered a part and asked the person at the register about the part.... he asked the manager if the part was in and she told him that " we could f@#$ing wait until she's ready to check the delivery in.... the store is in horrible shape

Clerks don't seem to be very knowledgeable and lost when looking up parts for specific vehicle models. Not the friendliest.

Very fast service, didnt have to wait long at all. Jerry ran the code for my check engine light and found the issue & even printed out the codes & part numbers for the part i needed. Jerry was very helpful, patient and answered al my questions. Highly recommend

Good service. New guy miss scanned my items but manager fixed it without hesitation on my last trip. Generally my first stop for auto parts. The app is super useful too.

I will no longer give my business to Auto Zone after entering this store and experiencing bad attitudes from employees along with the manager. Oil prices are also over priced, match prices with receipt as evidence. As a disabled Veteran of the US Armed Forces, this store is an embarrassment. Please go to Oreilly s across the street for better deals.
