Outstanding customer service and communication. I've taken two of my vehicles to them, and the quality of work is amazing. Ramiro was very fair with the pricing and was informative with me while my vehicles were at his bodybshop. I highly recommend them for all your auto paint and body needs.

We re writing this review to express our utmost satisfaction with the auto repair service we received from Ramiro and employees at Alliance Collision Repair LLC. His professionalism, coupled with his friendly demeanor, made the entire process a breeze. He seemed genuinely concerned for our vehicle's issues, as well as our distress over our situation on a personal level. He took the time to listen to our concerns and provided clear explanations about the necessary repairs. His approach to customer service is truly refreshing, as he treats his clients not just as customers, but as fellow human beings. Another thing that sets him apart from other professionals in the field is his humility and openness to feedback. After getting our truck back, we noticed a couple minor issues. Kindest and most professional people I've had the pleasure of working with. I needed to find a place when my car was involved in a collision and when 7 other shops were booked months out, they had my car in their shop within the week. The communication was fantastic and while unfortunately my car was totaled I know had it been able to be repaired they would have done their best to get it back to it's best condition. They were honest and helpful when I didn't know what to do at certain points and that's not always the case with other businesses. Should I need assistance in the future I'll definitely be coming back here. Thank you for all the assistance and the great experience to help my stressful situation be less so.Service: Body & Trim
