Thank you Damien for assisting me with my return and purchase. It was a smooth transition and also helped me load the items in my personal vehicle. Gave me information about a possible future engine purchase through the company. Very knowledgeable friendly and professional. Can we put in a pay raise for the staff at the Hobbs advance auto parts.

Stopped in for a blinker light and the staff helped me find what I needed immediately! They provided the tools to change out the light... Very friendly

At most there very quick to get you out of there . They have a few choices that others don't. All usually have better things to do .

First off when we arrived there was only 2 customers in the store. We had already called ahead for the part needed. We waited in line for more than 20mins while the only guy working called on other people to help them instead of us. Then when he finally looked around as if no one was in line, he said "NEXT". We walked up and told him we called ahead for a part and he looked under the counter and said " no one told me about it..." he didn't even ask what part we needed. Then he came back and said they didn't have the part after all.... then he started helping the customer standing next to us. Finally the other employee came out and started helping other customers. He came back and said they don't have the part at all..... so we waited 30+ Mins after calling ahead and being told they had it for nothing. Don't waste your time here go to O'Reilly or auto zone both close by.

Mangers are TRASH, don t treat their employees equal, the manager that s always there she leaves whenever she wants she ll schedule people so she don t have to work. Highly don t recommended going. GET BETTER MANAGERS THAT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE BUSINESS!

They don't even take the time to help you if the system don't have the part number. Thanks Ashlee you been really unhelpful. If you don't wants to work stay home better.

For years been coming to this store well greeted by Joshua, Great cashier/counter sales man, helps me with everything I need, gives me great details about most parts I need and what great parts he d recommend highly recommend joshua for the help, great service well, maintained store!! Well stocked on everything!!!

I was there for 10 minutes while three employees stood there chatting about nothing staring at a computer while the 4th was running back and forth getting parts. After 10 minutes they looked at me like I was bothering them and was rude . They are not quick to help.

I tried making a return. And the lady at the register was not only rude and unprofessional but just said, no, we can t do a return then I asked to speak to the manager. And the manager looked at me with disgust and did not speak or approach me. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. I would not recommend it.
