It s a little tricky to access, but once I managed to find the entrance, my overnight stay at SureStay was exceptional. The front desk staff at both check-in and check-out were extremely helpful, the room was spacious, clean, with all functioning amenities, and I felt safe and comfortable. Once parked, I appreciated being able to walk over to Denny s, open 24h. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. I did not make use of the indoor pool. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here 1-12-2024. Easy/convenient access from I-40. For the price I payed it was decent value money. In saying that I did an on-line reservation at the check-in counter (cuz I didn't want to make a reservation earlier in the day not knowing if I'd make it there in time), saved me 10-15 bucks. Though I didn't take advantage of either, the pool and hot tub looked inviting. Typical hotel breakfast...fruit, cereal, waffles, egg 'thing', juice, breads, etc. Tho needing some update, room was decent and clean. Microwave and fridge worked as it should, bed was comfortable, decent pillows. But, being in a bottom floor room I heard the individual above walking around, creaky floor, and could hear, in my the bathroom area, water run thru whatever pipes, probably from the individual above using their shower, sink, whatever. Didn't hear any noise from rooms either side of me, but maybe they were unoccupied. Would I stay here again, for sure, but I'll request/get a top floor room.

Driving for 21 hours, you just want to be able to stop at a hotel, relax, and sleep. You have to upgrade to a "suite" so you have a roll-away bed they claim is upstairs in the closet. We find out there's no elevator, and this "suite" is the only room that's inside the hotel; it's a straight staircase with small steps. Already tired, carrying our luggage upstairs. I finally get settled in the room, and I go into the closet to get the roll-away bed, and guess what?! It's not there. I asked about it; they only had one worker working that whole night, a sweet older lady, whom I felt bad for. So I had to help pull/carry the roll-away bed upstairs; I didn't know I worked there?! To top off this horrible experience, my brother has health issues, so he makes fresh Keefer for his gut health and puts it in the fridge in the hotel room. The Keefer is completely frozen, the fridge doesn't work, and it costs 30+ dollars to make. I am furious at this point. In the morning, when I complain to the manager, I am told that we have to go through Expedia for a refund, not them. If they answered their phones, I would have booked with them; I called multiple times with no answer. I start that process, and Expedia informs me they cannot get approval for a refund from the manager. So between having to carry my bags upstairs, then having to carry a bed upstairs, and we lose out on our drinks because they freeze, they don't reimburse?! It was one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel.EDIT: I wish I could respond to your reply, because that was a truly pathetic, and most basic boilerplate response I have ever gotten. Didn t even address the main issues. I ll be contacting the main Best Western corporation.

After checking in late at night from traveling across country to a new duty station on military order with a military service dog with me not even 5 minutes after being checked in there was a shift change and the lady who took over big fat lady looking like Freddy crugger demand we leave after paying 260 for one night she then went and charged anther 400 to my credit card I then had to call the police because I was not leaving a place that just stole 660 from me and have my kids and service animal sleep in the car on the side of the highway the owner ( Pavan Pradad )of the franchise is a foreign immigrant who refused to do there job I even took a copy of the rules because corporate will know about this encounter after stating in best western hotels before and sure stays in other destinations in America and have never been told to leave because I had a dog with me the part that pisses me off the most is that lady had no problem putting two active duty soldiers on the streets to sleep right after CHARGING MY CARD 660 this happened 4/19/24 do not stay at this hotel if u have service animals or if ur an active duty or veteran unless u want to be kicked out.

Pot holes in front of the entrance. Not their fault but not worth possible car damage. I could hear every single toilet flush and shower from rooms around me.But...service was excellent. Breakfast was all carbohydrates...which I personally can't eat. But it was complimentary and clean.Overall...I would return if I needed to.

The front desk staff was great--very friendly. The room is ok--very basic. The thing I really disliked is the smell of the cleaning solution...it's extremely strong and floral. Worst of all, the inside of the refrigerator was also cleaned with this solution and our food (leftovers, etc.) smelled like the cleaning product. DO NOT clean the inside of the refrigerator with that stuff. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again because it smells so strong, it's impossible to ignore it.

Everything was good until the next morning. Items stolen from the back of my truck. Filled a report with the hotel and the police. The hotel was supposed to review the hotel security cameras. I have yet to hear back from management. I suspect this might be a common occurrence.Safety: I would be cautious and make sure you have everything secured.

It was late and we got checked in and misheard the directions of the room.. Jazmine yells at us that there s no rooms up there from across the room. Very rude.Breakfast bar wasn t full, no regular pancake mix, no butter, very few options of bread. Biscuits and gravy looked ok, oatmeal was good. The room was ok a bit outdated but fairly clean. The toilet was clogged (cause I always check that first) and I guess we had to do it cause no maintenance was on duty.

This is honestly the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at in my life. The tub and shower were broken and we could barely take a shower and the heater was broken and it was 20F outside. Also the area is super sketchy and so are the people that hangout outside of this hotel. I would not recommend this place it is seriously disgusting and horrible.Safety: I didn t feel safe here at all. I wouldn t recommend this if you want to feel safe.

Front end staff was courteous.Room was in rough shape. Sheets have stains. Dirty vibe.I wanted to like it more, but once I saw the first red flag they just kept popping up.If this was a $60 stay I d get it, but for $100, you should be able to expect bulk-order bedsheets to be replaced periodically and not have that kind of problem.Bathroom is large but dated throughout also.Haven t had the breakfast yet, hoping it can change my overall rating though!

The room was decent. That's all I can say about this hotel. We booked for two nights seeing that it had a pool and hot tub with a toddler that loves swimming... We were told that the pool and hot tub were closed, but we could use the pool and hot tub across the street at Best Western. When we finally packed up our swimming supplies and our toddler (so excited) and went over to Best Western, we were shocked to see their pool and hot tub were closed as well. We paid in full and when I voiced my concerns to the front desk all they were willing to do is give us our rewards points back. What a joke. I was also told that the manager is in and out today if I can catch him and talk to him. I finally spoke to the general manager via phone and he was willing to give us $20 for the inconvenience after we spent $225 to stay two nights. Needless to say don't waste your time at this place. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. What an awful way to treat a military/veteran family.

Even for a 2-star hotel, this place disappointed. On the plus side, plumbing worked and the drippy shower faucet seemed to have been fixed during our stay without our even asking. The biggest negative was the noise. Partiers and just plain inconsiderate loud people killed sleep late into the night and early in the morning. Also, the bath towels were irritatingly low quality. Room had a depressing atmosphere, but a good amount of space.Lots of choices for breakfast, but mostly cold/instant/bland and more plastic than food. We spoke with a very nice person when we called, but most of the staff working the weekend seemed unhappy to be there. Grandkids liked the pool. Location is convenient to the interstate, but not so close as to cause more noise.

We stopped here because of the known break-ins in Gallup and Albuquerque. The rooms looked updated and nice. But, the beds were dirty. Hair, grease, and BLOOD. It was paat 12 am so, we put towels down and dealt with it. The door wouldn't open and you have to pull up and push your body into the door. The beds were so stiff and we woke up often. You can hear every single word, anytime someone else turned on water, etc.The rooms are spacious though. And the bathrooms are big. You definitely get what you pay for. Especially after sitting in construction for 2+ hours. The location was nice, we didn't do breakfast, we just wanted out come morning to get on the road.

First of all... The beds. SO COMFY. My husband, kids and I are on a long road trip, and this is the 6th hotel we've been to so far... This hotel had the most comfortable beds by a lot. The room and bathroom were very spacious. They had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and a decent continent breakfast. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It is also located right off the freeway and is close to stores and restaurants. There are a lot of hotels in the area, and I would definitely recommend this one.Rooms: Clean, spacious and great bedsWalkability: Walking distance to Denny's and a Walmart.

I gave a 2 because it was clean and breakfast was good. Bed was lumpy tiny pillows uncomfortable. Was so noisy..fridge ran all the time had to turn off. Toilet kept running I ng. Mirror in bathroom lights around it so bright could not look into it..no carpet on floors so could hear people on second floor walk across the floor. Walls so thin could hear people talking next door. Said had a pool and jacuzzi but we could not use. Did not get any rest. I would pay extra and go to another hotel. It was not worth $100 with tax per night. Staff were pleasant

My receptionist was Robert he was very ppl oriented and great conversation and laughter and answered all my questions. After getting in the room Robert called to make sure everything was ok in the room. Also Nichole was very pleasant as well. From the front desk to the room everything was clean. After a while the tub water goes cold, so i had to cut it off then back to hot. Was a little bothered that housekeeping knocked at 10 when checkout is at 11. They do offer breakfast from 6-9 am. But overall the stay was ok.

Room was nice. Clean with nice upgrades over some other motels of simular prices. Some exterior areas need attention but don't let deter you. The free breakfast was better than many pricier motels. Staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms: Rooms have nice beds. Room safe. Refrigerator. Microwave. Coffee maker. Nice TV with lots of HD channels Big bathroom that will accommodate limited ability people.

I give this hotel 5 stars because even though it's not perfect or the RITZ, it's nice for what you pay. They have remodeled some rooms, it was clean, no bugs. Didn't smell like smoke. Yes you can tell the blankets are a bit dated, and the towels a bit rough, but they were clean and the bed was amazing. It was quiet enough for me and better than sleeping in my company van. Some people don't appreciate the struggle and want everything everywhere to be perfect. Be understanding. The young man at the counter was very welcoming and nice and courtesy called me to ask how the room was.

First time we stayed I would rate the visit 3/5, customer service was extremely kind and accommodating last minute, the room itself had a loose dead bolt, not very well cleaned and barely any hot water. We shared this feedback and decided to give them another chance, this time the visit was much better. Roomwas very clean and customer service gave us a room at the very end of the hotel which was extra quiet. Your front desk and housekeepers are amazing and working very long hours, so greatly appreciated!!! Will gladly stay again.
