I ve been coming to oriellys my entire life. I ve never found one that wouldn t answer the phone I have called this store five days in a row and not one time got an answer calling is out of the question forget about it

I wanted to personally thank an employee of this OReillys in Grant NM. Joshua went above and beyond when I was in his store. From California to Texas. Car trouble in NM and he came though. Helped with my car and got the parts i needed to make it to Texas and back to California. Thank you so much Joshua !!

What can I say they're not any different than any of the other competitors half the time they can't find the part in the back room that they say they have in stock. The guys that work the counter are all nice though not their fault they don't know anything about parts or cars or is it

Staff is helpful and when applicable, knowledgeable. Prices are fair and competitive. For being a small area, sometimes parts have to be ordered in. But aside from that, a good place for auto parts.

My hubby likes this store because a cousin of his recommended it to him because it has everything. He looked everywhere for a side view mirror for our truck and this store got it for him within a week.

My family had to make a stop because our truck overheated right off the exit ramp, the employees went above and beyond their duty to help my family to safety off of the freeway. One young man was our angel in mercy. We thank you for all you did for us. I hope he gets a raise or he gets credit for his excellent performance at that this location, thank you all for everything.Stanfield family.

Needed a relay switch on New Years Day. Truck would not start. Bobby at O Rileys in Grants not only had the part but drove it over to our hotel. Great service and so friendly and helpful. Can t thank them enough!!

I tried calling for a part several times no one answered so I decided to drive down to o'reillys and just order it in person there was only 2 people in line and 4 employees there working the phone was ringing and no one picked up the phone to help anyone and some of the employees looked upset with helping people so after 20 min there I finally got my part thanks I think I'll go with autozone next time.

Great customer service. Placed an order for a fuel pump one evening and they had it by the next day. Gave me time to disconnect all essential parts for replacement.

I used to shop at O'Reilly's pick up the worst customer service I just save gentleman is still there with attitude rude hateful and very disrespectful I would never walk into this place ever again I would never recommend this place unless they change it the employees or get rid of the employees and put some new people in it give customer service and not just treat you like a doormat not a thank you and nothing if they can help you with anything else too it's really rude hateful disrespectful A minus

Was stranded on a friday manager sold me the parts i needed even lent me the tools to change it. When that didnt work he went way out of his way to find me a shop that was honest and bent over backwards to help me . cant say thank you enough

Pretty good parts store. Every now and again though I'll get a younger guy who acts like idk anything despite knowing I'm there to get parts for my truck or car that I'll be installing.
