I came from Gallup for my road test and they denied me because i forgot the registration and insurance, i already checked in and this blonde lady told me to reschedule because it was appt only. She was rude and impatient for me to run and grab the information, waited a month just to get brushed off

I always dread having to deal with the MVD as I have had trouble in the past. But todays experience was nothing short of amazing. I got in and got out in less than 30 minutes; and the lady who tended to me was absolutely awesome! She was very friendly and it was a very comfortable experience.

Great service! Got me in and out and so easy I litteraly thought it was a huge process to get a basic ID but no this lady helped me and instantly got it done within minutes, best MVD service I've ever experienced lol

I have had excellent service here. Everyone was patient and polite and very helpful. It helps on your part to be respectful and prepared before your appointment. I ve had absolutely no issues here. Ms. Antonio and the other ladies have been excellent.

The woman who helped me I believe her name was Melissa was so sweet. She helped with with all the paperwork and took her time to make sure everything was correct and answered all my questions. Everything was sanitary and clean and everyone was wearing masks.

My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience here, poor and very rude service. We drove in all the way from Gallup because we heard they were taking walk-ins only to find out it's appointment only, still one of the ladies let us in and said she would help us renew our licenses and registration, after waiting a few minutes, my boyfriend gers called to the window and the lady who "helped" him was extremely rude since the beginning basically refusing to help him cause he had no appointment and she overcharged him for his registration!! Overall, the worst experience ever!!!

Had an appointment scheduled on Wednesday.. Showed up and did not have all of the documents they needed.. That's on me. They gave me a return form and told me I could come back any day before 11:30. I told them I'd be back the next day.. At the time, I wasn't upset.. It was my fault, no big deal. Showed up Thursday with my return form... They're closed. It's a 45 minute drive and time off of work for me to be here. You'd think someone could have let me know not to show up on Thursday if they weren't going to be open.

So my dad calls MVD to tell them he needs to reschedule his appointment. And the lady that answered was totally rude.. so unfriendly and very unprofessional.. she hangs up on him and I had to call back. Due to the whole coronavirus you guys need to understand that not everybody knows how your going about with tests appointments and what so ever. And yes I was being polite but she had the audacity to give me a snobby attitude.. I just wish I got a name.. thanks for pissing off my dad!

I thought that I had made an appointment, but it turn out that it wasn't one. But the lady at the door, took me as a walk in, and Anna Marques took was me immediately, and I got my Id, and was finished within 30 min.

Son had a road test scheduled. We checked website to be sure we had everything we needed. We got there and requirements changed which they did not make us aware of. I could have gone home and come back but they told us we had to make a new appointment. The last few times I have been there, the employees have been rude and condescending. We went to MVDExpress in Albuquerque and were in and out within 30 minutes, he now has his license. It was so worth the effort to just go to as Albuquerque.

This is the worst DMV I've ever been to.The people that work there are all rude. I've never experienced such condescending arrogance in what should be a customer service experience.The "information" the employees give is either terribly inaccurate or their website is. If you live in a rural area, like most of New Mexico does, I'd suggest driving a state over and claiming homelessness there. It will be a faster, easier and overall nicer experience.If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

My elderly grandmother went into renew her license and was treated with such disrespect by Melissa at the front desk. When working at a government entity the general public should not be treated with disrespect. Melissa a word from the wise to you, disrespectful people do not go very far in life, you should fix your attitude and start doing your job, you can always be replaced.

If I could rate lower I would. One staff member says my document is ok but I needed a letter. I went to get that, came back, and the next lady says my document is not acceptable. Spoke with the manager and all she said mistakes are made and we're human. Well these "mistakes" costed me 3 trips of my day gathering these documents because mine were insufficient plus time off of my job that I need to pay my bills. These "mistakes" made me so frustrated with these people. I was also next in line thinking I would be out of there quickly after spending 40 minutes waiting but nope. The fricking counter lady says now she's serving all people who need registration stickers only!!! I've been waiting for 40 minutes for my registration sticker and license but these people who have been here for only 5 minutes get special privileges.

Coming from Florida, where there are so many businesses and professional individuals. It is a big shock. I was attended by Melissa. Unfortunately, it was so unprofessional. It was obvious she did not enjoy being there or wanted to help. I was told to go and retrieve my car and bring it around to check on the vin. It is October,so i do understand it's chilly out. I went drove my car back and came in to let her know. When I approached I was told that I didn't have everything from the beginning,so i had to sit while she attended others. I sat and waited to go, when she told me to grab another number!!! I had already waited 30 minutes and now had to wait however longer till my number came back up. After I sat back down she told me that she wanted to wait till some of the other ladies came. This is so frustrating.

Frustrated today. The government is solo disorganized. They put stipulations that we have to abide by but they don't work with you. The DMV asks you to get an appointment. When this all started I did have an appointment and then the world closed down. It opened back up with "stipulations" and I got another appointment. For today at 1:30. I went and sat in the parking lot until 1:30. There was a car there in the back. I knocked on the door at 1:35. Nothing. I walked around back, while 4 other people thought they were open since there were customers there, and the car is gone. I need plates for my car. I got pulled over and explained that I have an appointment. The cop let me go...now I don't have appointment any more. I tried to call the DMV 800 main number cause there is no number to call the local office anymore 3 times while waiting and there is no answer The appointments are backed up past December. Good luck with the Grants DMV. Im going to the DMV express in Albuquerque.How disorganized the government is. How frustrating. And yes I am ranting. Ugghhh don't waste my time.

We we have been rescheduling ever since last year!!..When we get the documents fix... They complain about something else!!!!... SPECIALLY THE LADY MELISSA!! SHE IS SOO RUDE!!...and disrespectful!!... So unprofessional!!... I guess you have to be "white" And "racist" To get things done here!!....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING here!!Last time I'm ever coming here!!...i rather Use my gas some some where else!!An hour wasted!!!

No good morning, no how can I help you. First thing that came out her mouth is "where your certificate"?. My daughter was there to take her driving test & this rasict women had attitude already. She killed my jeep with lysol, I was surprise that her hair fit inside my Jeep too. My daughter took off & there was a semi truck park on the side. My daughter completely stops to look for on coming traffic, no cars coming she exits out. Right there the big blonde hair smell nasty purfume lady told my daughter she failed. NO. EXPLANATIONS she get out & walks bk into the BUILDING. GRANTS MVD HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARD NATIVES. GO GO GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE.

The dmv has to make it clear when they are closed due to the weather. A simple sign on the door is not communicating. We called before heading out a number of times. No info on the web site. Must work on communication.

My mom went to the Grant's Nm Mvd last year to renew her vehicle registration. The customer service lady was very helpful and friendly. WE are likely to go back by the end of this month again. :)

Seriously!!!! This place to come for help. I took my lil girl out there to get her license. No luck. The lady who took my baby on her driving test was a real unsatisfied individual with her job. She was mean and rude to my lil girl. Fell sad for her..

I cant imagine a more difficult way to do business than what this branch practices, or a group of people who cares less about the people they serve. They are astonishingly lacking in any kind of service skills.

Going by appointments don't help when you need something done at the last minute. Some places still let people in. If people are in line at Wal-Mart... Why is MVD any different?
