Super thankful to Steven for all his kindness and willingness to rescue my family and I while stuck in deep snow, no matter the time of day. We ended up having someone else help us out, but Stephen ensured and checked back in to make sure he didn t need to come and rescue us, even if it was as late as midnight! So appreciative of his willingness to help, after being turned down by several companies all day.

We are so gratefull and thankfull for help with our muffler in Fiat 126p ( we are from Poland).We had exhaust and muffler in pieces, and bolts cut and Steven made so amazing Job thank of him we can finish Route 66. All Love for all crew

Very pleased with the owners and the work that was done to my Camry to get it ready to sell. Had some spots painted, a dent popped out and painted, as well as front and back bumpers. We were going to do a private sale but it came out looking so good we were able to get asking price for a trade in! I have some work I need done on another vehicle so I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Grants custom and collision, I ve already recommended you to family and friends!

Fabian GaricaSo in defense Fabian please tell the true story and all the facts. Remember it s not your car and we were not paid for additional work. And still waiting on your adjuster approval to move forward. That is your choice in insurance companies not ours. Shame on you for not telling whole truths. We have done all your work before and never have had an issue with us. But you did have a different insurance company then. Please be honest. Or I can place all paperwork on line and let the public know the truth. Yes it s been difficult and we have pushed to get it done. Now I know for a fact we are not the only shop that is having difficulty with parts, paint ext. So your complaints should go where the problem truly is. Thank you for this complaint. Steven told me my car would be done in a week and even though he wasn't there due to a broken foot it was done on time. Quality of job was great and repair procedure was explained to me by Paul. I will have them paint my car as soon as he is available.Two up !

Steve (the owner) came to our rescue. He fixed our exhaust system in 45 minutes. We were driving through on our home to MI and he was willing to repair our truck on the spot! What a lifesaver! Charge for services very reasonable. Not all heroes wear capes

Steven had done an excellent and amazing job to my car. I never met him before but he kept his promise and fixed the car in 72 hr. His business lives up to my high standards. He needs to be congratulated.I am rating this business as a five star with no reservation.

Service is horrible. It's been 4 months getting our car fixed, Which made my husband lose his job. Wouldn't recommend this shop. Also family could've told us when they went on vacation for 2 weeks instead we've been calling and calling. No bueno business here!!

Grants Custom collision is a joke , they have held are car captivity for 10 months... fix your car already , you have been paid and you are fraudulent with the money that was paid too .... enough is enough give us back our car already
