My boyfriends tire was pretty bad so we went to Walmart and found a great tire for an awesome price! We got a tire the day before for $118 at a different place, but at Walmart it was 65$. We saved more here then the other place. However, it took 3 hours to put the tire on. We walked around looking at stuff the whole time and made our own fun.

I wasn t able to use this business. Why? Because they wouldn t help! Day 1: we got there at 6:40. They close 6:30. Ok. Left car in the lot. Day 2 we get back and they refuse to mount a tire for us (flat in the man-eating 491 potholes north of Gallup). I just needed a flat fixed. Then. They don t sell the tire we need. They told us oh well! I wish they had bothered to oh well us the day before.We went to Shaffers. Tire mounted in 5 minutes. Nothing wrong with the tire. Plus! He carried the tires we were told don t work in Gallup. When we asked him why he thinks Walmart won t mount tired or help they don t care He said more, but I ll leave it there.Walmart doesn t care and won t help.

If you don't go there at the right time it can be extremely busy but the guys that work there do a good job are pretty thorough at checking the vehicle out

Got my tires done here, and staff was friendly and very professional. They got me in and out with an appointment. The crew was looking busy and that s what you like to see. Phenomenal job, well recommend to others.Service: TiresService: Tires

Oil change was quick but then I had to stand in line for 10-15 mins just to pay and get my keys because they only had one cashier.

3 times I've arrived before opening and 3 times they opened 15 minutes late, tire repairs take too long, My family owned a service station years ago and a tire repair took less than 30 minutes. Wal Mart center is never less than 1 hour, and they never get a warranty repair right, the cashier always has to fix the paper to remove charges. The only good thing is it is convenient and nation wide.

We came in for an oil change. Walmart drained out transmission fluid and put new oil on old. We knew something was wrong immediately but instead were sent back across the cstreet to check the tire balance. No it was the error of Walmart. The Roswell store tried to make things right. Our biggest beef is with the corporate office who half fixed the problem and dumped us. Now 5 months later we still do not have our car plus now I'm using retirement savings to fix their error. BUYER beware. They do not back up their auto servicesService: Auto maintenance

I had a battery warrantied and the cashier didn't know what she was doing then the manager didn't know what he was doing then another employee showed three employees trying to warranty a battery??? Took 30 plus minutes who's the manager very unprofessional?

It took 2 hrs 45mins for a tire replacement. Only 2 cars w 1 tire that needed replacement. The guy jus stood there joked w another co worker. He had 4 cars that needed oil changes.

we were traveling through this area 15 hours away from home and 10 from our destination and our car started having problems (what i assume is out of balance tires or an alignment).. my bf insisted on coming here, they would not help us because it was too late and insisted that the problem was just our tires. we came back the next morning and it took them 2 hours and 15 minutes to put on two tires and it did not fix the problem. the employees were also incredibly rude.

It was all right we went shopping while they changed the oil and they called us when they were done pretty convenient.

I'm handicapped and have to get out of my car for oil change. Have had items taken from my car. Other companies allow people to stay in their cars and drive in and out. What Crime opertunity is Walmart promoting? Hummm makes me wonder how many others have had same or similar experience. Asst mgr Jose very t rude as we're the employees.WALMART NEEDS TO RETHINK CUSTOMER VALUE. IF YOU WANT OUR MONEY, then be more Customer service oriented and polite. AFTER ALL IT is the poor people who write YOUR PAYCHECK.

Called for some tires was on hold for 15 mins then hung up on me. Called again and finally talked to a tech at the tire and lube. They had the tires I was looking for then they told if I get there by 630 they wud get me in right away then when I get there they said they only had one tire tech and there not able to do the tires today. Very bad and disgusting customer service

This Walmart is A++++ Two Big Thumbs, Way, Way Up! I highly recommend! After a terrible experience with Pep Boys, Walmart took care of business and quickly got my Ram ProMaster City back on the road! And for less money than Pep Boys had originally quoted me! Do not go anywhere else, this Walmart service center is the best! This Walmart service center is honest, thorough, fast, polite, friendly, non discrimatory highly skilled and knowledgable!

This place is the worst at serviceEmployees talk with each other more then working on service. 2+hrs for replacing tires and that is with 2 techs.....come one the Managers need to push these techs to being profisate

This old worker told me to take my dog out he said there are no dogs allowed in the store and he was so rude I went thru another door an Sen like 4 other dogs not in cages walking in the store at least my dog was in a cage
