It's nice inside and the shower and bathroom was clean but the shower water didn't get hot and the whole reason I stopped was to take a shower..I don't take cold showers so I had to leave to go shower somewhere else

One of the best and most friendliest TA I've stopped at, just wished the restaurant was open. Also I never seen a TA hotel before, rooms were so clean and fresh.

I've been to quite a few TAs for my service, and this one in Gallup NM has been by far the best. They got my truck in FAST, they had a full set of super single drive tires I elected to buy after losing the tread on one, and the service crew (especially Technician Ryan) went above and beyond for a routine service I needed and had done at the same time. Ryan looked into a problem with foreign material found in my fuel system and took the time to show me and discuss my options to correct. Above ALL, this TA is as professional and efficient as anyone could want and expect. I came in with a problem and was back out on my way in a single ten hour rest period. Well done!

Great service got me in right away. Very friendly techs and very professional would highly recommend. Jordan did a great job replacing three of my tires.

We like to try different Restaurants, In Gallup Nm we stopped in at TA Truck Stop.we had lunch I ordered Southwest Buttermilk Chicken Sandwiche. Employees wore face masks.which was nice, the Restaurant was not busy and clean and sandwich was Delicious .I definitely will return.

If you're looking to come for a repair and you want to get in and out this is not the place to be these people are slow slow slow the service is good but they're just really really slow you can come here for a rest they have a restaurant it's not the best the food sucks but it's a giveaway also if you want some WiFi you got to pay for it you got one hour or 24 hours or more and you can use it outside of the building which it's a very bad for me too so overall I'll just give it a three-star that's about it.

Restaurant is okay looks like it had better days. Has a motel which looks shady. A security guy which will harass you if you're not a "desirable" customer. You know what I mean. Anyway I would avoid going into the store and dealing with the surly natives....

One of the few good TAs in the country in my opinion. Clean and well run.The parking blacktop is a disaster though. Drive carefully.

Parking at the loves next door was a mess, and hard to get to from the diesel pumps. the TA was much better set up for access, I did go inside and the restroom was very clean, maybe TA could give Loves a few pointers about. How much better parking is at their place?

The TA here was fine. But there's an issue with the TA in Youngstown Ohio exit 223 that music that the employees have to listen to all day long must change. It's very depressing and it's one genre of music. Which is very unfair to the variety of customers that come in plus the different employees that work there.

We always use Blue Beacon Truck Wash whenever we find them on our travels. They do a great job helping us keep our Motorhome clean. Can't go wrong using their service at reasonable prices. They supply a vacuum for truckers and garbage too. Easy in and out, usually a long line but be patient it's worth the wait. Plan on half hour or so.

Had a late bite to eat. Food was delicious. Can't beat anything else and the service was excellent.

The food was good and the waitress was friendly, nice to see a restaurant that is actually doing sit down service for a change. Little disappointed that their fax machine is broken and they have no other alternative arrangements. Really hard when you re an owner operator and you need to get a permit faxed you on the road do you have a fax machine broken.

No bathrooms. Staff is rude and believes outhouses are good substitute. They were too stupid to realize that drivers wanting facilities (where they spend 1000 s of dollars on fuel) is not unreasonable. Absolutely unbelievable the stupidity here

Specifically Mechanic Ryan Jake was a clown for threatening me with calling State Police to inspect my Truck after I questioned his failing my TA DOT Inspection due to tire tread depth. Law states 2/32nds is passing, but he felt I was wrong and was defensive when I told him the tires should pass. We got into it pretty good, an altercation, poor customer service, poor attitude, but then he decides to sabotage the rest of my DOT Inspection because he was mad. He got his buddy Jason to fail my Trailer DOT FOR NO VALID REASON! I'm attaching the Inspection Reports. I'll never go here for maintenance needs again.

I'd go to another ta or truckstop if you can. This ta is just nasty...from the parking lot to the employees to the mechanics. The only nice person I have met here was the maintenance guy last summer (2021) & I haven't seen him since that summer.

Pathetic service,,,They don't allow gent's washrooms to be used after 9pm ! And what is wrong with your Truck parking lot?,,,it is in Haphazardous state. Went to the restaurant to eat salad without bacon,,,got that with bacon,,,, Never coming back. Be more lame.

Nice place to stop and refuel. Offering just about everything you could use when traveling with not only snacks, drinks and food items but often those phone charging cords, souvenirs and what not you can use. Clean, great customer service, easy on and off freeway.

An awesome, freindly & most of all professional staff! Also, restaurant is an awesome place to eat. Then the c-store has wonderful quick food, movies, snacks, fountain drinks & reasonable priced electronics & motel!

Sway bar broke on rv trailer while on I-40. I was able to sleep in rig, got up early am, walked to service dept. They fixed while I went next door and had fabulous b'fast (omelet with tasty ingredients and FRESH honeydew & cantaloupe). Tanya's superb and cheery service made my morning.Reasonable charge for repairs, too!Highly recommending this TA Center.

Everything was good . I had to take shower this morning so i went to lady named SHERRY, over register but she behaved so wiered even i have TA card with me still she was asking nonsense question just for shower.

The truckers plz dont go to this place to get any services, They are thief , They dont have any price list, what they want they charge,They know about the fault that this fault they cant fix in the shop, start work charge 500 and say plz go to the dealer, specially on desk they hire people who can make more money from truckers
