It's newly renovated inside, but the outside needs some love for sure. I came here again after 2 weeks and I guess there is a theft problem here because the staff just stares at you like you're in a hood store.

In 10 minutes after getting pump DEF got a message DEF poor quality derate, probably they mix def with water! The parking area is not used efficiently. Lots of useless barriers and curbs, including the remains of old scales. The asphalt surface is old and broken. There are about 12 paid parking lots. On Saturday evening at 8 PM there was not a single free lot. At the same time, all RESERV-IT places were empty. All you had to do is to move the pole and pay for parking. There are quite few food in the store; half of it are refrigerators with carbonated drinks. They don't sell beer. The hallway on the way to the shower and laundry room smells like dead skunk or leaking sewage. The shower room was dirty. The shower hose barely sprayed water, fortunately it was hot enough.Update. Someone commented on my review. It is worth saying that they can't even allocate their own support page. {facepalm}

I don't recommend coming here because they have huge pot holes and the fuel island for the truckers is to tight. Good luck to the oversize loads cause yall have to back out the fuel island when you re done. Yall have to do better at this TA. Nice people at the front desk. Clean restrooms. The showers are clean though.

Edit: took another 2 stars away and don't recommend staying overnight unless you're an extremely heavy sleeper. Who builds a truck stop next to a busy train intersection? Every 30 or so minutes the train lays on its horn, ALL NIGHT LONG!If you're not staying overnight its pretty good, especially for an older TA. Just keep that in mind.The fuel was the cheapest around. The line went out the street because they don't have very many pumps and no pull ahead area which tied things up. And it's not a lot of room from the pumps to the street.Plenty of good free parking.The store was nice, the laundry room had new equipment and the showers were updated and clean. Good hot water pressure. Only problem is there was absolutely nowhere to put your soaps and stuff in the shower. Not even a single shelf. Had to put everything on the nasty floor. That's why I'm only giving 4 stars.

If you need a real professional technician on trucks, ask for Brett. He's really, an autstanding mechanic with an amazing experience and quality of service. Really experienced, one in the million. Customer service is "just good", but all you need is a professional who's working on your truck, not a cashier. So keep in mind.

We ate here for a quick pit stop and the food and staff were wonderful. Jennifer was amazing as our server, she was the best server I've had. Jennifer was Upbeat and an overall positive person, I would gladly have Jennifer serve me Breakfast again.

I wouldn't go to this place or park. It is old the security wants to harass Travelers that parking spots that don't say no parking or tow away zone or anything like that, but threaten you saying you can't park there when there's no posted signs. It's no one that they a dying business.

Reasonable enough facility but the lot needs serious attention. Trucks are dragging bottom in this hole.

The customer service in this shop sucks.I'm sitting here for an hour to get an estimate.I settle on replacing two tires. Right in the middle of mounting my tires all the mechanics get called to a meeting. 15 minutes later and still no mechanics.What a joke. There's no wonder why there aren't any customers in this shop. It's going on two hours and I'm still waiting to have two drive tires installed.I ended up being there, in the shop, 2 hours any 24 minutes, per my eld.

My wife and I use this TA in Gallup as a switch point on route to Cali. Each and every time we've been here, the place is sparkling clean. The pump area for trucks is a bit tight...no wide loads here lol. Never needed to chat with staff so no option on them out their service. This is strictly on the facilities outward appearance.Cheers

First to tell you that the computers aren't working after they already already authorized you for fuel and cash then you go in and oh no nothing's working you got to sit here forever half hour I had to wait for him to figure out how to work out on the computer they're soda is all syrup there's no seltzer in it so I don't even think it's being refrigerated. And your attitude really stinks

I pulled in here just quickly , what a nightmare ! The fuel aisle are so narrow and the bollards have been hit so many times ! I drove around the parking lot , small and the potholes are unbelievable ! ! Took me ages to just drive around and get out ! Avoiding deep wide holes and other trucks just no room to move around the holes ! How can a truck stop be allowed to operate this poorly ? Getting worse just like the roads ! ! Avoid !

Large pot holes your bumper will hit the ground,ordered breakfast and it had a sour smell,so thinking it was the bacon I removed that and tried the rest but the pancakes crumbled like they were old and I had to fight the urge to throw up immediately after trying the food I ll stay on the shoulder of the highway next time I run out of hours side note the shower was nice

The Smash burger was probably the best thing I've ever tasted and came to my table immediately. It wasn't busy for the time that i arrived (8:30pm). Maybe i was lucky, but i pulled right up and got a parking spot. The staff was great. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. So I gave them 5 stars.

Extremely tight fuel bays, lot of pot holes bigger like toddler bath tub. At service center I asked a guy to fuel desk instead of greeting or saying he just pointed out and turn his face while he was doing nothing. His facial behave was like he is king and I am slave and why asking him.

This is the worst place to go , the mechanics don t know anything! The parking lot is full of holes . And the staff is not friendly.

Very nice folks work here. If you need service on a vehicle, call ahead. Sometimes the wait time can be long and it helps to get into que before arriving. I have tried this twice and gotten in and out quickly.

It's nice and usually clean but they let trucks sit in the fuel pumps for a long time. Hard to get fuel and the trucks can't pull up because there's no room.

Very clean and big parking lot if you drive a tractor trailer. The restaurant inside is also amazing! Good country food and the portions are generous!

The shop mechanics are CRIMINALS here!!!!Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!After changing a tire, one of the mechanics disconnected the handle on the fifth wheel,and I ended up losing my trailer right before entering the freeway!!! Went back to see the manager of the shop, and he wasn t there!!!I think this says enough about their service !!!!

If you have DEF problem never ever come this place. They waste of my time 3 days. They couldn t fix the problem and charged $3.400 for non fixed job. If you have DEF problem stay away tow ur truck to dealer. I had to stay 3 days they couldn t fix anyway I should ve call towing to the dealership.

I was there 8/14/22. Had a day cab so got a room. I could barely stand up. Told myself I was just tired and old. lol The security guard was so nice. helped me to my room, then checked on me later. The girls at the motel check in were great too. The next day I made it to Santa Rosa N.M and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. Thanks Again

Better than expected! Keep in mind, this is a truck stop motel. We travel cross country with our boat and don't always stay at the fancy places when all we need is to sleep. For the price it gets 5 stars! Clean, friendly staff, restaurant and truck stop right across the sidewalk. Newer TV, Micro, little fridge, coffee pot. Amazingly hot shower with a great shower head. All the basics done right.

Stopped for gas. We needed a gas station that had enough space to pull in and around with a 26ft moving truck towing a car. This placed work fabulous for that.There is a small convenience store if you go into the restaurant door. Plenty of snacks for the road. They had fresh fruit on ice in cups. Lottery ticket machine.We followed the sign around to the restroom They were clean.
