Speedway towing provides great customer service from the dispatcher to driver. They communicate well with updates on their services. They handle your vehicle with care and make you comfortable and confident about their service with your vehicle. The driver Julio did an amazing job of aiding us in a tough situation we were involved with. Our truck needed to get towed to Albuquerque, NM and Speedway allowed us to keep our trailer at their yard for a couple of days while we picked it up. Keep up the great service Speedway Towing.

Julio went above and beyond to provide a professional and memberable experience for me. He was super friendly, communicated effectively and was highly sympathetic in my time of need.I was allowed to store my trailer at their establishment (for no additional fee) as he continued the tow to Albuquerque.

this business is a scam they told us to transfer 7 pallets it will be $350 and endup charging us $1200. we refused to pay and we made a video of them saying total is $350. they called police and police is also friends with them. we showed police video proof of them saying $350 and police forced us to pay $1200 and threat us. please avoid these SCAMMERS

very very rude staf and owner to much over charge only trailer tow . some one hit my triler is back only one side damage trailer is running 15 mile towing around maximum 1hour job the charge $4800 . and the Change load one trailer to another trailer in yard $3400 total $8200.00 . this is a scam business.

I broke down 11 miles west of Gallup, NM. Called a car repair place that called around for a tow truck company for me. Showed up in about 20 minutes. The driver's name was Frank (he was really nice, we talked about Route 66 on our way to the garage) and the price was much lower than expected. He even drove me to an ATM so I could get him cash.

I don't understand why people didn't give a good review to this towing service. I had a driver breakdown on I-40 wb in New Mexico and we contacted this towing company. They showed up to our driver within one hour and according to my driver they were very nice, professional, fast and courteous. When they arrived at the shop in the middle of the night they told my driver that they will unhook the trailer from the truck so they didn't have to worry about it in the morning and even asked my driver if he wanted a ride to a hotel nearby or something to get something to eat. Excellent service and fast response time. Price was a bit more than expected but great service.

After i went head on with a diesel and survived these guys wouldn't let me get the belongings out of my vehicle. worst people in gallup to tow!

This is just one of those kinds of businesses that can get away with dang near anything and it wont impact their business. I say this because you need them out of desperation, youre stuck between a rock and a hard place. Have circumstances in your life? Dont share anything because THEY DONT CARE, and they will use it to get more money out of you. They have no ethics and will lie too. Will they be courteous and appreciative? No! They are in the favor for hire business and will yell at you and belittle you as if you were an adopted redhead kid. They have no tact or interpersonal skills. Will this review matter? hellz no! 5 clowns out of 5 rating

Great experience. Very respectful. Was there in 20 min to tow me down the road. Charged me less than the very rude competitor. (Do not use A and A). They are very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.Speedway towing, again thank you for your help. Go with Speedway! You won't regret it.

My insurance called this place for me. The insurance said I would receive a a text message from them. Well I never did receive a text message. I called the business myself they told me they don't text message people. So there is no way to keep an ETA on them. They did tell me it would be 90 minutes well here I am 3 1/2 hour later with still no phone calls no text message and no tow! I've called the business several times of course no one answered. Needless to say this so-called towing business is not worth your time. Please do not use them unless you want to wait around in your vehicle for someone who will never arrive. They don't care about the people or their safety. Terrible terrible terrible service or lack of!!!Service: Car towing

Had my truck towed there. Front end damage. They probably thought I was not gonna fix it. I notice my banks turbo gone and they had put a Garrett turbo back on it. Fkn thiefs

These guys were great, I had to have my truck and 5th wheel towed, they got there quick, had me safe and towed into Gallup in no time. Was less than expected and very nice guys. Would definitely recommend.

I m really shocked at some of these reviews. October 13 2018 I called this company to come tow our truck to a shop in Gallup. I seen very professional and courtesy and prompt customer service. Once they got us to the shop they waited for us to gather our things and took us to the motel. And the bill was very fair. They are by no means crooks. I have used wrecking companies before to tow vehicles and these guys I will definitely call again. And for the review about not giving belonging to the unregistered owner it s against the law. So that just reassured me they re honest people.

One star is generous. This company is unashamedly criminal with the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, from the tow truck driver to the worthless secretary. Please, save yourself the hassle and use any other towing company in Gallup.

The Owners/ Office Staff were rude and dismissive. They only allow the Registered Owner of the Vehicle in to collect their belongings from the vehicle. Just so the person is not taking parts from the vehicle that was wrecked in the first place(DUH). I guess people have done that before, IDK...

This company is the real meaning behind Highway Robbery. They charged us an absurd amount to get our trailer fixed. $1840 to be exact. And did not do a good job! Our trailer breaks went out on the way home after they worked on them. The line broke that they hooked up because they used hard line from the front to rear axle when they are supposed to be flex lines. Oh, and they didn t even hook up the other rear caliper. So I left with 3 breaks. Also, they put 3 new radial Chinese tires on, when it had bias ply tires. So I have 3 radials and 1 bias ply tire on the trailer. You are not supposed to mix bias tires with radials as it says that right on the radial tire. I would not use this company ever. They replaced a hub and the spindle with the torsion arm. A hub is $60 and a spindle arm is $100. 3 new tires are $350.

Do not use...crooks, tells u a price.. and then after your on the hook.. tells you alot more... and you have to pay it or they hold your truck... total scammers..They should be shut down..I ended up using "All city recycling and towing" out of gallup, nmand they were very respectable. .Big rig tow and smaller vehicle as well..

Was Stuck on the out skirts of Gallup and these people have 24 hours posted as their service and tell me don't call back I'm still trying to sleep. Pathetic Service.

Got here with a broken jack shaft and u joints, Kris went out of his way to help us out and get us back on the road, very knowledgeable mechanic and knows what he s doing, would reccomend him to anyone!
