Can t say enough about the service from Eddie and his team at Route 66 Discount Tire. When they realized they didn t have the correct tire for my RV, Eddie drove me a few blocks down to get the tire we needed. He and his team had me on my way within 45 minutes. Thank you so much Eddie!!!

On my way from CA to NC. Blew a trailer tire and this was the only tire store that had our size. Nick helped us over the phone. Brought out 5 new tires. Had me pull up front in the shade and 3 guys worked on our trailer to get us out quick. Prices are great!! Dont judge by its cover. Staff is awesome and courteous. They made me feel even safer to be on the road. I highly recommend this tire shop to all. Thank you!

Got us in right away!! Good price!! Took Maybe 15 minutes for 2 back tires on our Chevy equinox. Thanks again guys now we can get to Kansas safe!!!!

The guy that helped me and got my tire changed out, was AWESOME. . . He was friendly and he ACTUALLY said 'Hello, what can I help you out with today. . . ' I told him I needed a tire and I told him the size and he said that was the LAST one they have. . . AND it was the only tire shop in town to have my tire size. . . And he got it changed and I was on my way in 20 minutes. . . It Was FAST and FRIENDLY. . .

I stopped here because my truck radiator and transmission got really hot while waiting in a drive through line. The guys here took the time to look things over, check fluids and trouble shoot. I was really impressed. I felt very comfortable as they were genuinely interested in helping rather than making a big profit. Next time something comes up with my truck, I ll come here.

Called in for quotes on a set of new premium tires within Gallup, this place gave the cheapest price. Waited a day for the order to be delivered and the communication was consistent. Within 20 minutes, all 4 tires were replaced. Receptionist was busy but thankful she was helpful and patient.

From Sioux Falls SD and came to Gallup to pick up a project van, upon getting here the van had two tires off the bead. I went to 3 tire shops and wouldn't get the time of day. These guys got it done right away and didn't even want to charge me! If I'm ever back on Gallup and need tires I will buy them here.

I really wish I could be happy with this place. They got me in fast, put 4 used tires on, I paid reasonably for 4 used tires. The next morning, literally not even a full day I go get in my car and the front right tire, the one I just bought was flat. Completely flat. If you are going to sell used tires they should at least know that they hold air. I am traveling across the country, if I buy some newish tires I expect them to be decent enough to last a week at least. There is no hole or any external factor. I put air in it and it held for 1 day, the next morning it was flat again, so here I sit in another tire shop to fix the tire I bought 2 days ago. I will be sure to call, but I give honest reviews for every place I go, and I honestly don't think I would go back here. Everything else was fine, but if the tire isn't good the company is reflected.

Traveling from CO to AZ with a horrible shaking because of mud in our wheels. Discount got them cleaned out quickly and charged us a very reasonable price. Appreciate their good service!

Had a tire going flat passing thru Gallup. I thought this was art of the Discount Tire chain - it's not. These guys fixed my tire - a nail in it- in about 10 minutes. Awesome service. They don't get all the stars because the facility isn't the nicest. For 10 minutes it was fine. Any longer... I very much appreciate the quick service!

Don't Judge a Book by its Cover (My words, not my wife's):Traveling from Mesa, AZ to Denver, CO...Although not affiliated with the National Discount Tire the customer service provided by Route 66 Discount Tire was nothing short of stunning... My wife told me over the phone how great they were/are... Fixed a flat in a matter of minutes; back on the road... Everyone needs to experience this level of customer service just once... Many thanks from a grateful husband... Keep up the good work...

The tire shop I tried just before was going to take 3hr. for a tire repair! Went to Route 66 Discount Tires and it took them 30min, they would of been done sooner but I forgot where I put the wheel lug key, also very fair price, and the guys were great

Had a nail on the side wall of one of My tires.. Landon gave us plenty of options. He ordered us a new tire which was going to arrive Friday. Until then, he replaced the tire with a used tire which we could use as a "loaner". This place is amazing.Need a tire? Speak with Landon.

Great people had a separated tread on one tire. Bought a tire that worked for my Nissan Altima , gave me an awesome fair deal.... but had the tire go flat, they got me in right away hooked me up with a different tire and had me back on road fast. Great owner and knowledgeable staff.

I usually go here to get my tires checked every other day for no cost. But I always give them a tip for their time and service.

I was traveling from Phoenix to Durango and my low tire light came on. As soon as I drove up they asked if they could help told them my issue and they got right on it. It turned out the tire was just low, no nail, they aired it up and sent me on my way. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks Discount Tire!

NOT affiliated with the real Discount Tire store chain, but be aware they'll come up in a search for those. There is NO Discount Tire store in Gallup. I need a rotation and probably a replacement tire, but I'll wait until I pass near a true Discount Tire facility.

I had the greatest experience at this tire stop. Everyone was incredibly professional, fast, and kind. I came across them by chance in a time of need and they 100% took care of me. I highly recommend Route 66 Discount Tire!

Small garage, but fast service. Restaurants a walk across, Don Diegos and Glenn's Bakery, while you wait for your car. Fair prices. Great customer service.

Got a wheel alignment and it was quick and very efficient. On Monday through Wednesday, they have a discount price. Very good people to do business with.
