Talked to Trini about an 05 Colorado with some cranking/starting issues. Gave me some pointers on diag-ing the issue. If it don't start. Definitely going to tow it in to him!!

Great Family owned business that's been in operation over 40 years. Trini the shop owner is kind, friendly, honest and fair. Fernando worked on my car and did a great replacement of my Serpitine belt and pulley. He showed me what the problem was and how to fix it. He was so friendly and fun.They all got me back on the road in no time and put me at ease. Also Jacob that did the electronic work was great and cute too! Andria the office manager was super sweet with her two doggo fur babies. Thank you for the kind help!!!

Friendly, fair price, honest, and reliable. They get the work done when they say it will be done. They gave me a follow-up check up to make sure the repair was good. Re check for leaks and check nuts bolts. New engine installed 2 days.

Excellent experience, genuine, helpful people. Helped me get back on the road. Yes, I recommend stopping by with your car issues or car upgrade ideas. They do quite a bit there.

Guys here are the best in Gallup..Trini helped me out with blown rear. Then my transfer case blew.. Great place n great repairs. I will keep going back to them. It's hard to find a great shop.. I have now and all my work goes to themService: TransmissionService: Transmission

Went in because I couldn t find oil leak was told just a valve cover gasket. Picked up car two weeks later with camshaft issue oil still leaking and in worse condition then I dropped it off and $330 later. We took vehicle in for a quick diagnosis and tune up. Mechanic told me $294.00+ tax for tune up. Next would be diagnostic test for $64.00. Which I was unaware of the price. Then i was told belt has cracks(nope was still good)and air filter is bad(was still good). In the end I paid 503.00 for what I thought would be a simple tune up... I thought they were good because I did business with the original owner b4 and he was always honest. Guess I'll have to find a different place again. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

The only reason I would not give this place five stars is because they insist upon customers wearing a mask, despite the fact that there is documented evidence that masks do not prevent infection.Their place, their rules. If you are comfortable with this, then this is a great place to take your car for service. Very reasonable labor rates.

We broke down with our truck stuck in reverse. Late on a Friday but Trini agreed to let us get it towed to him and check it out. No hotel rooms available, no rental cars. He did a temporary repair in 90 minutes that got us home to AZ. He's a godsend-- wonderful honest man. Charged $34!! No one else would have looked at it for less than $100. Thank you Trini!!

Estimations are off (guesstimate). Asked for a Remanufactured engine.Got it back with broken pieces like sensor clips, a fasten mechanism in my valve cover broken, for pcv valve. A hard line hose snapped and they just put a rubber cup-link to cover it up. A fuse was burnt out, and that was the fuse to relay Data to diagnose the engine, so I know they didn't diagnose it before giving it back to me. Oil leaking now from rear main seal. Only drove it like 1500 miles.

I broke down while traveling from Oregon to Texas. It was the alternator. The owner is an ANGEL. Pep boys wanted $430 to install a new alternator. Trini the owner is a real mechanic and charged for one hour to install a new alternator. Awesome people, highly recommend.

Trini you are wonderful!! 6 hrs into a 20 hour road trip I got the check engine light. Less than an hour before closing and he took in my van and took care of me like family! Can't recommend Trini enough!

October 10, 2018Hi Trini and the gang! Thanks again. You got me back on the road pronto. I came in with the 1977 Toyota spewing radiator fluid. You knew just what to do. Had the old one out and the new one in, no sweat. And so reasonable. Just did a thousand miles, no leaks, no problems. Say hi to mom and thanks for the slice of carrot cake. Yummy. This place is a terrible shop with no morals. By that I mean they will overcharge you for a used transmission. And warranty is a joke 12 month/ 12,000 miles. $1500 for a used junkyard transmission and charge another $1000 to install it. When installed it will leak cuz they didn t change the transmission cooling line fittings. Hope customers willl avoid this place by all means possible and see some professionals. And the vehicle I talk about is a 2011 impala.

Broke down on new mexico and this group of wonderful people went out of their way to get us on the road again in less than 24hrs, even took us to our hotel even though it was closing time for them! Nice to know kind people still exsist.. cannot not say enough nice things! I will recommend them everytime!

They take advantage of you, like who charges $80 for fluid disposal? You get what you pay for I guess ;cheap, go somewhere where you feel comfortable at.

I will never recommend this place to anyone my husband and I took our Honda there and they messed it up more there was bolts missing and the cover for the belts that held them together they broke and all our car needed was a timeing belt they messed up our car so bad luckily we found a Very Very GOOD machine that cleaned up there mess .. So if u need a good machine keep looking do not take ur vehicles to this place they suck bad

I have 4 time make an appointment 1 time was my fault then they tell me to bring it in the next day at 10 and had it there at 9:30 and they said they could do it because of being short handed after trying 3 or 4 times and not answering the phone before driving from the east end of town
