I Recommend This Place..We Got Oil Change, And Other Things Changed..Our Windows Were Also Cleaned, They Had Us Waiting For 20 Minutes..Which Was Good..Was Definitely A Quick Service..We Would Go Again. Thanks Jiffy

I was so impressed with this location! All the staff were prompt, courteous, professional, and FAST! WOW! I was in and out in about 20 minutes for an oil change. They were not pushy with extra services but did explain recommendations. Amazing service!

I instructed my wife to take her car in to this jiffy lube at 206 Nizhoni Gallup to check the oil and top off if necessary. Instead of just checking and topping off they changed the oil! I had just had them change the oil back in august there was just 1500 miles on the oil and they knew it! This is a prime example of how they take advantage of unknowing people, expecially females! Beware of this particular jiffy lube.

Excellent service and quick.We were passing through Gallup on the way home from a 10-day road trip when my truck s oil change came due. In and out in about 20 minutes. The manager personally thanked us for the business while his crew checked and filled all the needed fluids, checked tires, and cleaned every window including all those on the topper. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

There was dried mud on bottom of my vehicle, especially around the oil drain plug...after "oil change" the oil drain plug showed signs that it was not drained at all...don't go here...

Although we moved to ABQ a couple of years ago, we continue to trust this Jiffy Lube in Gallup. Great service!

We had the best experience at this Jiffy Lube. We were traveling west from Arkansas to California for my 50-year high school reunion. A once in a lifetime event I did not want to miss. About 700 miles into our trip, we smelled oil burning on the motor. We had just had an oil change the day before we left home, so we were pretty sure it had something to do with the oil filter. We pulled into the Jiffy Lube and had the nicest crew check out our vehicle. They were very helpful and found the problem right away. The price they charged us was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

This staff is quick, friendly, and all around excellent! The cashier was kind enough to put in a coupon code for me even though I didn't have one. And did you know they'll top off your fluids in between oil changes? Windshield wiper fluid included!! They've made a loyal customer out of me!!

Needed a quick oil change and they did just that. I didn't wait for more than 20 min for my car to get into the bay and it didn't take but minutes for my car to be ready. Had i been at Pep Boys it would've been a 2 hour wait. Nobody has 2 hrs to waste at an auto shop. Time is money.

The guys are lazy. They have no customer service. The manager has customer service that s for sure. The mechanics they did not do a full on inspection. The cashier FAILED to read me my report, and when I asked him to do so, he did not like it. He also refused to use a coupon until I asked for the manager. I also asked, why didn t they check my cabin filter. His excuse was because I was sitting in the truck. Mind you my cabin filter is in my glove box. I m sitting in my driver seat. I am nowhere near in the glove box. They talk to me like I don t know where it s at or I don t know some of the stuff that they do just because I m a female. I know a little bit of mechanic work. So next time watch how you approach and talk down on a lady.Service: Oil change

There was a waiting/viewing room to sit in and watch my car getting immediately worked on, which was amazing. The staff were polite and friendly and finished with the car very quickly. As a younger female traveling alone, I felt very safe here.

This place is awesome. They are friendly, good at what they do, and very concerned about customer satisfaction. Service is quick and thorough and I use them every single time I need an oil change or other car needs.

We normally received good service on our truck and the staff were friendly and helpful. Please be sure to double check that the work that you paid for was completed. I'm active duty and we relocated. On the last time that my husband got the truck serviced, he assumed that the oil change was done because he'd never had problems before...wrong assumption. We are out of thousands of dollars now as we try to get settled in to our new duty station. Not sure what happened, but we sure got a bought lesson with this one...

I used to take my Traverse to pep boys but no more. Jiffy lube is the complete automotive service. The technicians are friendly and very reliable.

The guys do well at changing my vehicle's oil and other details such as vacuuming, cleaning the windows, checking the lights, etc. Also, they're great at reminding me of other services and recommendations my vehicle requires. The customer service is hit or miss but the last time I was here I spoke to a young gentleman that said he was the manager and he was professional, well-spoken, and courteous. The COVID precautions include remaining in your vehicle to reduce contact but does require you to leave your vehicle to enter the lobby (where only employees are allowed) to pay. If you're using coupons it must be printed. They do not accept digital coupons. Cash or credit accepted.The location is at least five miles from I-40 but I prefer this location to the northside location.If you're looking for a place to get your vehicle maintenanced quickly this is the place for you.

Technicians there were very helpful and kind. Received an oil change which was fast! And also received complimentary snacks which was super cool! I'll be going there again!

Decent. Although i just got a top off on my nitrogen ($5) the staff of young men were attentive. Not sure why other post gave 1. They had popcorn and Slush puppies available in the lobby for customers. Lobby and garage was well kept. I'm a critic of everything but don't expect the royal treatment every time ..so that is why I rate decent.

I usually hate Jiffy Lube, but the guys who work here were really friendly and proffessional. They'll answer your questions and treat you like a human. I brought my car in because I was leaking coolant and they checked it out for me and even topped the coolant off. They didn't even charge me for it.
