The best service I ve ever had. I had a blow out just west of Grants and Milan, New Mexico. I called and asked if they had any tires in stock and they had 1. I had to drive just over 50 miles on a spare, but they stayed open for me and got my tire replaced in 20 minutes! I definitely recommend this place!

My boyfriend Josh got stuck and the tire blew. We put the spare on and came n to Gallup. Then the spare came off the rim. We made it to Goodyear in Gallup and we got a tire! Awesome 30 minutes, the girl put the tire on, we paid, and we're back on the road! Thank you so much Goodyear!! Everywhere else was telling us a waiting list, make an appointment and when I call else where they don't have the tire size in stock! You save our bacon this winter! Adventures of Josh and Lucy is back on HWY 602!

Excellent customer service. We were driving back to Texas a year ago from Arizona, and we ran over something in the dark shortly after entering New Mexico, which blew out one of our rear tires. With 30 minutes until they closed, they replaced our tire and got us back on the road when other shops nearby said we d have to wait until morning. Definitely recommend

Got a screw stuck in my tire by Grants NM. Justin and Wendell fixed our tire minutes before they closed. They were VERY friendly and kind to stay and help us out.

The first time I went, service was quick. That's why I went back the second time.... My son's vehicle has been there over a month. Can't say I'm happy about this and the cost is HIGH! Have had only one call back and that was yesterday. I will probably find another place for the future once this ordeal is over.

I was traveling from Flagstaff, AZ and noticed my front wheel alignment was very bad after the extremely rough I-40 drive. I called while I was still on the freeway and Delfred said to bring in my car. The shop mechanics did an excellent wheel alignment job within an hour and at a reasonable price. Thank you for the excellent wheel alignment service!

My family and I were traveling from Texas to California and I noticed I had a tire issue right at closing time. These guys stayed late to make sure we were good to continue our trip even after hours on a Saturday. I would recommend them to everyone call them before you go to the wrong shop!

The guys that work at this shop are amazing! We busted a flat tire on the highway and these guys helped us over the phone and helped walk us through the entire process. When we got to the shop they knew we were only passing through and got the tire replaced in about 25-30 minutes. Where as all the other tire shops told us it would take 3-4 hours. The guys in the garage and at the front desk are a great example of 'above and beyond. Absolutely excellent service!

Just went here for the first time this past week and will never go back. I scheduled an appointment online for 4 new tires at 9am. Got a confirmation email and everything. Went in at 9am to find they didn t have me scheduled and didn t get the tires in that I had ordered for my appointment. The only option was to use what they had in stock, which was $300 more than my appointment confirmation said I would pay. The person I spoke with did nothing to help the situation, said I could either take the expensive tires or schedule another appointment when the tires I ordered did finally come in 2 weeks later.

We had a warning sign says maintenance required and we came here for service. The owner was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the issue and told us everything was okay. He helped us check the tire pressure and oil status as well. Definitely a trustworthy shop and I recommend it.

They don't want to help, they just want your money. Did an alignment and they told me I need a kit to finish the full alignment and still charged me full price for a job not completely done. I lived around Gallup all my life and I never came here for service, now I know why we locals stick with fire stone, point s tires, or pepboys.

Serviced is ridiculous, no communication, wait time is tooooo long. Appointment times was not and isnt acknowledged. So i suggest you go next door to fire stone. Where I was greeted at the door, Friendly, quick service.

These people have bent over backward to help me out. When I blew a tire, they worked after hours to get me home. When I had engine problems and my car dealership couldn't get me in for 2+ weeks, they got me in on the same day and fixed the problem.

This is not my first trip to this location. In the past I ve received excellent service and been well taken care of. Trust them to continue. Today I brought my car in and they could not locate my appointment- no problem. Added me informs oil change and tire rotation and they agreed my car would be ready. I spent 2 hrs walking around and when I returned to wait the final hour my car hadn t moved. No problem right? WRONG. 45 min later my car hadn t been taken and clearly would not be ready. We were busy . WHAT????????????? I took a morning off for this and am leaving without that service and now need to do this AGAIN. I asked that they not promise others what they cannot deliver. So disappointed in them.

We had a flat tire and got it changed here. It's in a convenient location downtown, the employees are very friendly, and they worked fast and well. We really appreciate their help!

Definitely a place to come to for vehicle maintenance! The staff is extremely helpful and beyond patient and kind! Especially the service manager Delfred! Extremely satisfied with the customer service and the maintenance!

I was on a road trip with the family this past July. As we were approaching Gallup our van started to shake and vibrate really bad. I immediately pulled over and did a quick inspection. I couldn't see anything noticeably wrong and it didn't help that it was in the middle of the night. We made it to a hotel and based off of a recommendation I headed to Goodyear in the morning. The staff there were polite and most of all honest. I was expecting the worst and they came back with two bad tires and an alignment. Additionally, they were able to squeeze me in ahead of some scheduled appointments so that I could get back on the road. 2,700 miles later we had no further issues. These guys are aces in my book!

Manager & employees were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Really helped us out as we traveled through there state. Not sure what we would have done without their expertise.Our van developed a nasty growl & we still had 20 hours to travel home. They quickly diagnosed our problem & efficiently got us back on the road. Big kudos! Highly recommend

Avoid at all costs or it ll COST you. Got oil changed 3 months ago for about $100. Came back asked them to service and rotate tires suddenly price went up to over $400! These people are crooks.

Fantastic service. Honest workers and owner. Told me what was wrong with my car and even pointed me to a different location where I could have the job done sooner. What more could you ask for from a mechanic?

We were on a road trip and started to smell gas in the car. Oh no! We swing by Goodyear in Gallup, and they checked out the car top-to-bottom and thoroughly explained what they checked. Turned out nothing was wrong with the car, but they assured me that if it continued/got worse to get it checked out. Great service, fantastic customer service. Whole-heartedly recommend!!!!!

Poor customer service. Dropped off a loose tire and waited 3 hours to get it repaired. The front desk guy acted like it wasn't his problem and didn't apologize. Will not come back for any service here. Don't waste your time here.

Driving through on our way home to MN. Picked up a nail somewhere and tire pressure was going down. Drove into Gallop and found the Goodyear Tire repair. Honestly don't even know if we have Goodyear Tires. They had it fixed and we were on the road in 20 minutes. No charge! What an awesome place. Gave them a tip - make sure you do too!!

Excellent & friendly service.. My wife and I were on our way cross country when our engine light turned on. Though probably not a big deal we didnt want to wind up stuck in the middle of nowhere New Mexico. They took us in right off the street on a saturday and Wendall cleared our code and sent us on our way. They did not charge us. Just a fuel sensor but it was good to get the peice of mind for our trip back to the east coast.

Always a great atmosphere and very polite customer service. The very best autotechnicians in town by the names of Manuel Garcia and Brian Huskett. They do thorough inspections to ensure the safety of my family's travels. I sure do appreciate the whole Goodyear team. They work as a team and I feel that's a big part of a good business system. Thanks to the guys for keeping all their customers safe on their travels. Not many people show gratitude even such as a simple thank you...so , on behalf of those who haven't thanked you lately, Thank you!

1. They didn t have the tires I requested for an appointment so I had to by a different set. Let me drive 60 miles and didn t bother to call to say tires were not in...saying well it s a busy day.2. Sold me a faulty tire so the very next day I woke up with a flat3. Made no effort to make the situation rightDon t use them worst tire buying experience ever

Talk about very poor customer service!!! No communication!!! I called prior to taking my car in, I was told a couple of cars are a head of me. 2 hours later of waiting, I checked to see when are they getting to my car. I was told they won t look at my car until 3pm!! I was there at 8:30am!! I wouldn t take your car there!! Who knows what would ve happened if I did have them service my car!! I would probably be stuck with more problems!! Good luck if you take your car here!! Thumbs down!! 1 Star!!
