Had a 1:00pm appointment for one window tint at $38, took a little over an hour... had to wait for entry, front doors were locked... overall not bad if you don't mind the muggy temp inside

I got clearshield or clear bra and they scratch it and my window tint was also damaged. They didn't call me to tell me the car was done as well. Terrible work from this people

Never received my parts order after 3 weeks. Not sure it was even placed as I checked for an update a week later and no one could find any info as the person who initiated my order had been out...? Poor customer service and records seemed very outdated as employees were searching folders/stacks of papers trying to locate an order for another customer. I will be seeking a refund when the store is back open.

I had my windshield replaced by this organization also my windows tinted and I must say I am pleased with the work done on my car.It took two weeks to get the windshield in and the owner stayed in contact with me until it arrived. I really like the customer service they provided to me.Thank you

Ordered seat covers, took our payment, never got our seat covers. Owners kept saying well get back to you -nothing. i gave up. Their shop front office is in disarray. it's no wonder they're lost.

I have been here about 4 or 5 times this year to get the same window regulator replaced. I have bought a new regulator for my passenger side window and it was replaced by this auto shop. A few weeks later the same part broke. It took 2 weeks the 1st time around and 2 more weeks the 2nd time around to get that part in. Good thing I had warranty because as soon as I drove away the 2nd time and rolled down the window, the window would not roll up. I had an appointment at 1030 and it is now 1pm and back at the shop for the same window. I have had enough patience with this company and hope that I have went somewhere else to get this replaced. Very time consuming and inconvenient. Be ready to wait. Also take pictures of the area you are going to get replaced or worked on because my window that was being worked on was scratched deeply and it will need to be replaced soon as well.

Stop by here a couple times. Talk to a gentleman who came out of the shop ask him about some parts for my vehicle. The guy took down my information and what I wanted for accessories. He then told me he would give me a call once he found out the price for those items I wanted for my vehicle. I waited a few days never heard back from him. A couple days later I called and spoke to a different gentleman. I asked him for the same items me told me he couldn't get them. And said it would be better if I bought them online. I don't know what's going on but maybe it's the laziness of people not wanting to work due to the pandemic. The guy is probably right you'll probably get a better deal online. I just hope the owner knows what he's paying his employees for and that's bad service.

Today I had my driver side window replaced. Hoping everything would be ok. I returned to Gallup Custom and paid for the window. As I was entering my vehicle on the driver side I noticed that my window switch slate was not secured in its place. I complained to the owner Fred about my window switch slate and he asked one of the workers to fix it and the guy glued the slate down and taped it. He made a mess with the glue and it so happens that the glue had to be black. Ugh! So disappointed. I tried going inside and calling but no one wouldn t help me because it was after 5pm. The guy didn t think of what if in the future, I would need a replacement and they would need to take that off again . I got my window replaced and now I have to get that panel fix. The window was installed pretty good. They get one star for that. But Not for damaging my vehicle. That was not what I wanted. Please be careful taking your vehicle there. IF you are getting your windows tinted here they do a good job anything more order off the internet. They have items in stock but it's a very select. Most things have to be ordered. Which brings me back to it is better to order online. Don't believe them when they take all your vehicle information for a product that needs to be ordered and they say "we will call you back." It took me four months to get an answer from them about an item. It is currently taking me two weeks to get seat covers ordered. They have not called me back to confirm the order has been placed. When you do get on the phone with someone they tell you to call back so you can talk with the "Boss" The reason I'm dealing with them is because I was given a gift card to shop there and would like to use it but they delay, delay, delay. The business gives a bad name to other small businesses. STEER CLEAR!!!

Took too long. It being tax season and the beginning of the month. It took 3 hours to fix two chips on my windshield. Owners were rude. But.... Ive been there before. My first experience was fast and nice. Just don't go during busy days or make an appointment. My mistake.

We were traveling through and got a rock chip on our windshield. We found their name online & they said to stop by when we got to town. It was kind of hard to find them with the one-way streets downtown but when we did they worked us in. Expect a wait because they keep very busy, but they maintain their professional attitude in the midst of it all!

They used to be a great place to get exceptional customer service.... But since covid they literally will sit their and tell you to wait at the front door, it's locked, and then they will help you. They never open the door and your left waiting outside on the side walk for hours. I understand covid precautions, but their precautions are ruled by irrational fears and ignorance, not science. I will never give them my business again... . Better to travel to Albuquerque or Farmington.Service: Installation

I had been to several diff places , this was my last stop. Frustrated I went it in and explained my situation with my headlights. And the owner took time out not rushing or brushing me off. Not satisfied,with the rims I got, I ordered black Rims off a book the owner showed me and i pacifically told him I don't want anything with crome on it.. the order came bk from phx and the rims came bk with crome on it. I called him and he said it was the shadowing ??? U can't see it on the book. I could've asked for a refund, but my spouse said it would take longer to do everything again. So, we got home to put the rims on are self, but another problem the lug nuts would not fit, because the thread was to thin.. so, we took it all the way back to gallup, which we live 1 hr away. He gave us the one that would fit. But, when we got home the lug nuts was to long to even fit under the hub cab so my spouse had to improvise to make it fit just to save us another trip bk to gallup.. so from my experience this was not a great place to get rims or tires.

I placed and order with them for a part and when my father and son went to pick it up they were treated disrespectfully and had rude service. One of the employees tried helping my father to see if the part I ordered would fit and another employee came out and told his coworker not to assist my father. This is my first time purchasing with this business and looks like it ll be the last I don t appreciate the rude service and disrespect.

Purchased brand new truck camper shell. They ordered it in and called to schedule appointment when it arrived in a week, for the morning at 10 am. Went to business, sign on door says closed till 130pm. I see someone inside knock and the owners son says we are closed. I said but you called earlier yesterday to come in at this time to do install. He said come in then while waiting a lady came in and said to me "were closed cant you read? all you damn Navajo are the same."

I love Fred, the owner. But this past experience was horrible. My brand new car which I just drove off the lot and straight to Gallup Custom for a tint had a huge scratch on the driver window straight across the middle was claimed as not being their fault. And the tint all over is so horribly done. Scratches, lint, short film.. you name it. The guys that work here now do Not what they're doing. Where are the guys from 2010! Sorry Fred but this is just unacceptable work. I basically paid them to destroy my vehicle.

I wouldn't even rate 1 star! Bad service. Very unprofessional. They love to argue and not take ownership of their mistakes. Unsatisfied customers every visit I made to get my door panel fixed. The owner has the audacity to tell me it was not their doing. Be warned!

My appt. Was at 130. It's 430 and im still seating here waiting for my car. The guy up front tells me 2hrs Max yea i believe you. Im not sure why ppl give them 5 stars this place is dirty, and ppl can't even find what there looking for everything is everywhere!!! Bad service n poor management take your money else where n get a better tint. Very upset for bringing my new car here!!!

Unprofessional and RUDE. I had ordered a window and was told they needed a deposit to order it. That was fine but they ordered it anyway. Between the time I had asked about it and the time it took to come in-- I had traded up my car. I called anyway to let them know and the woman who answered threw so much attitude my way and said 'Tsk, well you're going to have to pay the restocking fee.' Then HANGS UP ON ME. I call back and ask to speak to the owner. She says, 'Why? Who's calling?' I give her my name and she yells for him and says to someone next to her-- 'Remember that name, and don't sell to her, she won't pay for it' At this point I am LIVID. I was calling TO pay the restocking fee AND schedule an appt to get my new car's windows tinted. I will NEVER come here again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear.

I like the staff, the quality of work and the general atmosphere there. They always find you what your looking for and are always grateful for the business. Have been there with multiple vehicles over the last few years.

Only low price on tinting service.. usually i do my tint at best tinting but they were closed.. and other tinting business costs up to 450.00. They did a good job and best customer service.
