I broke down near Gallup NM. I found the best, most honest Mechanics in the country. Cord and the team made me feel comfortable, fixed my car, waited hours after close for my car to come in on the truck. These are the nicest people in the World. They did all the work at a reasonable price. If you need help near Gallup NM, I recommend Delta Tire to make you feel the comfort of a knowledgeable mechanic.

We had a low tire pressure light on our rental car, so we stopped by Delta Tire in Gallup just as they opened in the morning. They checked all four tires, inflated them all to the correct pressure and did a quick test drive to ensure the warning light was off. The employees were professional and very helpful in getting us back on the road at no charge.

They are awesome! We were traveling through and picked up a nail too close to the sidewall of our tire. They got us right in and out. Super friendly!!!

After navigating the worst road in the US, we found ourselves stuck on the side of the road with our second blowout in 50 miles. I tried to call AAA but they just wanted to tow us. It was our travel trailer that has the flats so started searching internet for someone to help. Found Delta Tire a few miles back in Gallup. When I called the gal on the phone was so nice and understanding of our situation. She checked the stock and said if we can get there in the next hour they can take care of us today ( it was 3:30). My husband was on the side of the road for only an hour as they jumped on my tires as soon as I arrived. Thank goodness or we would have had to sit on the side of the road till morning. But there is one more thing. On our way home a week later, another blow out 100 miles east of Gallup. So we called our friendly tire shop and again they went over and above to get us back on the road safely. The best customer service we have received for any type of service. My husband commented he wishes this store was in our town. Over the top , excellent service!!! Thanks for getting us home safely, you rock!

EXCELLENT experience!! Cord and Kori were amazing. They were kind and professional, and very attentive. I felt that prices may have been on the high end but WELL worth it.! As it turns out the manager took care of my flat as a courtesy. That doesn't happen very often theses days. Also the lady cashiers was very warm and friendly. Ten thumbs up

I had the best experience today. I was traveling from CA to OK in this winter weather and ended up with a slow leak in my tire. Thankfully made it to Gallop after snow, road closures and major delays. The service I received really made an unfortunate situation so much better. I m grateful for the kind, quick and efficient treatment. I would recommend these guys any day! Got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

Delta tire in Gallup NM is the best. It is over 120 miles for me in any direction to get Services. Delta treats their customers with kindness and respect. Downside is I am paying about 10% more than the beginning of the year. I thought I was eligible for a 70$ gift card when I bought new tires a couple of months ago. Never recd it.

If I could give them a million stars I would. Karl with Delta Tires was amazing! My parents were on a road trip from Kansas City to Nevada and got stranded in the middle of nowhere Arizona with barely even any cell service with a flat tire and no spare and on Saturday late afternoon on Easter weekend to boot. Even though they have roadside assistance with AARP - AARP was zero help. Like zero help at all. I started calling places around (while they waited hours for roadside assistance still) to try and find a tire shop that might have a tire for them only to find out the tire replacement needed was a special order tire. I looked what seemed like forever but I finally back tracked to the town they were last in which was Gallup. From there I immediately found Delta Tires easily from a Google search. I called (after trying several others only to hear they were closed for Easter weekend or they were closing very soon and couldn t accept a tow) Delta Tire and Karl answered the phone. Immediately he was so understanding. I was getting slightly frantic that it was getting late and we had no solution to the problem after several hours of trying. Karl was apologetic about the situation and so caring. He immediately gave me the name of a recommended tow company. I gave him the tire information and within minutes he said he could get it on order to be there at their shop by Monday! If I could have hugged him through the phone I would have. He said to get the car to their shop - no matter what time it was going to be and he personally would meet my parents to bring the car in the shop himself after hours. I was like, really? It s Easter weekend, a Saturday night and you d do that for us? He was like of course! I was so relieved. I called back the tow company he recommended at wouldn t you know the guy from Deuces Tow said he could leave immediately to go get them and tow the car and them to Delta Tires!!! I still couldn t believe Karl put this all together for us - even AARP couldn t manage that! Not only did he keep his word about meeting my parents with the towed car at the Delta Tire Shop - he also gave them a ride to their nearby hotel! I couldn t even believe it again! I was like is Karl for real? I meet so few people these days willing to go SO far beyond their job duty that I was literally beside myself. He could have been like AARP and useless. He could have been like 5 other places I called that couldn t or didn t want to help or even try. Instead, Karl said he was just doing whatever he could. In fact, he said to me - I d sure want to know my parents were ok on a long road trip and taken care of! Karl - you are one in a million. Delta Tire - thank you for the service that everyone did from getting the order AND putting the tire on in the expeditious manner y all did. Good things come to good people. Y all are literally the best. It was fate I reached Karl that late Saturday afternoon. I will be forever grateful for your kindness, sympathy and dedication to doing everything you could Karl. My parents made it to their destination. Only one day later than anticipated safe and sound. All the blessings to Delta Tire and Karl and his family. BRAVO!!!!!

They were very nice people. Been to Gallup many times but never stop there. They don't do tires only. We had what we thought was power steering fluid leak but it was the cooler unit leaking. So they did a great job doing a modified unit. Thanks guys and ladies.

On my journey to Vegas my car tire was damaged by a pothole. I went to Delta Tire to have it fixed. The staff were very courteous and were able to replace the tires fairly quickly. I highly recommend the store.

What an amazing place. I had an engine light come on my vehicle while traveling to Nevada this week.They took my vehicle in, checked everything out and with kindness and generosity sent me on my way. I will never forget their caring and professional customer service. Thank you for you kindness.And was kept informed the whole time I was there.

I was on my way to CA from NM. My tires on my trailer started to come apart. I was at Delta tire when the workers showed up for at 7:45 amThey were replacing 4 of my tires by 8:01. They were great, they had what I needed at a reasonable price. Everyone was nice, polite, professional and smiled. Great group of guys. Thank you all so much.Darlene.

While traveling we hit a giant pot hole, splitting our rim and blowing out our right front tire. Luckily the tow truck drive was fast to recommend Delta tire in Gallup NM. After checking reviews on-line Delta tire was where we ended up and we are so thankful we did. Tannin the service manager tracked down a wheel the would work for our car. Not an easy task because of the make and model! We were in and out in 2 1/2 hours. If Tannin would not have stepped up and gone above and beyond we would have been stuck for at least 2 or 3 more days!Beyond Thankful!Tom Hays

After a brake line on my truck broke and left us stranded 3 hours from home with an upset and hungry 3 year old at nearly 3pm I was sure we were totally screwed. From the shell station across the street (with very little braking power left in my truck as the fluid leaked out) I saw their sign. I gave a call and was told to come on over they'd have a look. Cord and the rest of the guys at Delta Tire were nothing short of amazing. They were able to source the part needed and got us back on the road around 6pm. Our gratitude to this fine business can't be understated. As we were on the end of a weeklong trip we were ready to get back to Durango! I've got my go to shop here in Colorado, but now have another in Gallup in case of future issues. Thank you Delta Tire for getting us back on the road!!

Nice, clean work done on my vehicle. I would recommend anyone to come check out Delta Tires for your tire needs. They are awesome, especially the workers, and funny too, if you get to watch them work on your vehicle, they are sure to make you laugh.

We had a blowout on I-40 called Delta Tire at Gallup it was just about closing time. They told us to come on in they would wait for us. So we limped on in the guys were waiting on us at the door. They were amazing!! We are so grateful for them. God bless you and have a Merry Christmas!

Highly recommended auto care and tire center. Reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable, very accommodating. I happen to be well experienced with auto maintenance and repairs and I was very impressed. This is definitely my choice in Gallup for tires, suspension work, alignment, etc.

Had my tire blow out while driving just outside Gallup. They fixed my tire right up and sent me on my way. They have the absolute best customer service I have ever encountered. Highly recommend for all your tire troubles

Exceptional service and honest people here. I was 6 hours into a 13 hour trip and out of nowhere started hearing a concerning clanking noise. I pulled into their parking lot to look for some piece of debris possibly making the noise before I even realized this was an auto shop. While I was looking at my car, a technician came to help and offered to put my car on the lift and check it out. Only 30 minutes later we were on our way, and they found the pesky rock that caused the problem. Quick service and kind, and they didn t charge me because of how quick and simple it was. Super grateful these guys took a stressful burden off my shoulders.

I've given so much business to Delta Tires and my last visit may just have been my last.When taking a vehicle to a shop, whoever is called upon to work on a vehicle, it's their profession to know how to communicate with the customer.Such as, "I see you request for us to work on this particular item, just to let you know that when work is performed with particular job, these other issues may arise" and not just give the vehicle back and owner notices the vehicle isn't running the way it was brought in and then tell the customer there are additional cost!!Lack of communication at the end, the customer has no choice but to pay more because their ride is their livelihood... sad

These guys are awesome! Blew a tire on the highway and these guys had me back on the road in less than an hour, on a busy Saturday too! If you re local or passing through hit them up and they will get you sorted and back on the road.

The wait times at this place are unnecessarily long. I ve been here twice and both times I was quoted a wait time that was hours shorter than I actually waited. The communication is also very poor. They do not call you when they say they will.Now I ve waited 3 hours in the waiting room, just for them to come tell me that the manager ordered the wrong part for my car. Why would it take 3 hours??!!!

I got a flat and had a 9 hour drive ahead of me. The manager who's name I forgot pushed my order to the front of the line. So very kind to treat people in a stressful situation with such great respect! They did a great job to boot!!!

Place has really gone downhill in the past 6 months. 2 hours of wait time for a 10 minute job should not be normal when they aren t even busy. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Edit: To top it off they put a directional treadwear tire on BACKWARDS!!! If all you deal with is tires all day everyday, one might think you can read a Rotation this way -> symbol.
