The people at this shop were very courteous and worked with me. I appreciate all their time and hard work into fixing my little car and making it look like nothing ever happened to it. Thank again to all the hard workers at D&C body shop. These guys are better than the big shops we have here in Gallup so go see them for all your body work needs.

D & C did an excellent job on repairing my truck and at a reasonable price. My truck looked like new and was ready in one week! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service to DJ and to everyone I encountered there and the price was reasonable! Under tremendous stress, I took my vehicle to this shop to open my hood. I took it to 3 shops in Albuquerque and 3 places in Gallup who all advised me to take it back to the dealer because of the sensors in the front area. Within 15 minutes, two mechanics opened it! Couldn t thank them enough as I needed an oil change quick. I will be forever grateful for fixing my hood after they opened it and highly recommend D&C body shop!

Fantastic service. They did the work including an additional problem discovered on pickup, which was replacing a headlamp bulb at no charge. They also cleaned the car inside and out. Really appreciate Diana and her crew. I say thank you.

AMAZING STAFF AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!On my way to Phoenix I experienced some front bumper damage and after reading reviews came across this shop. I went in frantic, worried, on the edge of tears (from the damage). Was greeted with GREAT Customer Service and explained what had happened and where I was going and that I just needed to get to my destination (Chandler, Az). She was very empathetic and went out and took a look, said she'd have the guys in the shop take a look. They asked her to bring the car in and they could see what they could do. Within 5 minutes she said they were working on it!! Not even 30 minutes after arriving there I was back on the road!! I ask the tech the cost and he said "Nothing, its nothing really.". As they drove my car back out I tried to tip the shop but they wouldn't take my money, I begged for them to take something ESPECIALLY after walking in and seeing me, even with their shop busy and full of vehicles. This review is a few weeks late but I want to let the shop and staff know how much my family and myself appreciate you getting me back on the road. Being a female and a solo driver at the time, I felt lost BUT your staff made me very comfortable and left me in awe. Keep up the GREAT WORK!! These guys are AMAZING!!!

They kept my truck for nearly 3 weeks, almost no customer service, the day before I picked it up I was told they charge more than the insurance company would pay, and I had to pay an additional 240. The work they did looked ok.
