Today I decided to come over to checkout some vehicles with My Daughter cuz I received a letter in the mail for $4,500. Just thought we both were looking and at the same time establish credit for my Daughter to get her own vehicle. Well, we were approached by LIONEL DABBS. Very knowledgeable, approachable and Friendly. I told him my needs/wants and before I know it, he showed us a Gorgeous VW car for my Baby/Daughter to start flapping them wings . These Managers found Us a Great Deal with an Excellent payments. Not gonna give that info, but you need to get down here and see for yourself. I would give 5 stars, my sales person, Lionel Dabbs really deserves it. He helped me get out of a vehicle that no other dealership was able or willing to. However, he told me to bring my new vehicle back to get it detailed, full of gas, and to finish my paperwork. Gas was filled, but they DID NOT detail my car at all. They washed the exterior, but the interior remained dirty. There were stains and spills in a lot of different spots, stickers left on the floor underneath the floor mats, as well as sticker residue left on the windshield. When I came back to finish my paperwork, I had to wait 3-4 hours. Overall, my experience was okay. I wouldn't mind coming back to purchase another vehicle with Lionel, but not worth the 2 hour drive.

Got a new car here! With wife!Paying the car off keeping up with payments!Family joined in bought themselves new car!Our car got towed because the family fell behind? Different names different houses!! Different addresses!! Still took our car!? Made no sense! Still makes no sense. Terrible. Place.You invite your family friend a that family friend falls behind while you have update a recent payments! There going to tow your ride leave on the side of the road because of it!. Terible!

Excellent service, like my service on truck, arrive early and waiting room was empty but full of people. I asked what I wanted for my vehicle service, service desk were surprised to see me. Will do business with them again. My red vehicle showed in picture. Well done Gurley Motor!

Called this morning around 8:40 for an oil change and told I could bring the vehicle in anytime. Sure, went about my day and also asked about the whole maintenance plan and was told the oil change and the works were cover so I don't have to pay out of pocket.. awesome!! Brought it in, waited about a little over an hour which was fine btw.. so I was waiting for my keys in the main lobby and just heard the bold guy I assume is the floor manager, yelling at his workers and I'm pretty sure they didn't like it or deserve it.. I don't know.. so I had some issues withthe payment and they are gonna fix it, which they did.. and while I was driving back home, I heard honking and people pointing at the truck, notifying me about the smoke.. so I pulled over and opened the hood, and of course the oil cap was not on and looked all over under the hood and nothing.. so I called and was on hold for about 20 minutes and just ended the call.. heard awful things about this place.. would not recommend.. have a great day!Update: so back this morning and asked for the manager and explained again of the issue I had yesterday.. so they got my information and haven't heard anything since.. so now the smells like oil burning in the cab and not so much smoke

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how wonderful the customer service is at your company. You really do strive for high quality and your employees reflect your influence beautifully. I was a customer this past week and a half at your Gallup, NM location.We broke down on the side of the road with a rear end problem, 30 miles from Gallup, NM on our 2018 Ford F-150.I called Will in the service department and explained our issue. He jumped on the problem sent the Asst. Manager out to pick me, my wife, and dog, and gave us a loaner vehicle so we could complete our trip to Fort Worth, TX.Your staff diagnosed my problem as a damaged internal rear end gear and housing. When I was called with the issue Will called our third-party warranty company and got everything covered.Will went above and beyond the call of duty, and we appreciated all he did for us.Your service department staff deserves a five-star rating.Congratulations on building such a wonderful dealership. I wanna start of by saying that the service advisors at this dealership are amazing, friendly and professional. They make you feel like they have your best interest in mind. They were the best part of my experience with this dealership. As for the service department, very very slow. They are to busy to effectively take care of 1 vehicle in a timely manner, I had an expensive repair, I don't feel like i got a value, also I don't feel good about the money I spent. I could have taken my truck elsewhere and had the work done faster and cheaper. With less problems. I've had my truck back for 3 days and it's been back to the dealer everyday so far. I feel that 9 days should have been enough time to fix it right the first time. I talked to the owner, he was a very nice gentleman willing to help if he can.

Had my window regulator replaced here. There was absolutely no problems with my truck when I left it there for repair on the window, picked up my truck and my truck gear would not shift. Called body shop in regards to the gear and the manager David was super rude his words were "I don't care about your vehicle all we did was repair the regulator" and he yelled at me saying "it's not my problem, I don't care if you take it to court or to the owner, his name is steve, I'm not arguing about this" and then hung up on me... i went straight back into the main dealership talked with the owner and sadly my truck gear issue was not resolved. absolutely WOULD NOT recommend getting repairs here.

We were traveling from Missouri to California and our truck was having issues. Found Gurley Motor Company, called them , spoke to William the service manager And he said to bring it in. We arrived about 45 minutes later. William got the truck diagnosed and installed new plugs and had us on our way within two hours. Excellent service and an awesome service manager in William who was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this business!

Car was in for two weeks for oil change and part replacement. Originally told it would only take 1 week, but on day it was said to be done had to call in only to be told it hadn't been seen at all. They hadn't called to update me about this in all the time it was sitting there. Asked if the oil change had been done, was told yes, so decided to pay for the oil change and get the part replacement done somewhere else. Got a call on day I was picking it up, they had taken it apart and begun work on it said they couldn't stop it and it would be done by the start of the week. No surprise it wasn't. When finally picked up the car days later found that the oil change hadn't been done at all. Wasn't charged for it but never going there again.

Ya'll don't deserve any star reviews.. Really disappointed in this place. Months ago my aunt and I took her truck in to get fixed. And yes,, it's just been parked since we last had it serviced.. And yesterday we found out that the mechanicS didn't fix what they were supposed to fix. We got a second opinion and the pictures and damage we visually seen whats damaged.We still have the same problems and more since we took the blazer in to get serviced. The company should have some kind of inspection done. Cause our transmission is hella damage which Alex and the mechanic said it was serviced.. and we believed them .Now the engine has gotten worse. The customer service has better control then the mechanics who are not doing there job and my family had been buying parts after parts. Where's our old parts ?? We always ask for the repair parts back. And not once did they give it back.Who knows if the mechanics pocket our parts and did what ever with it. But I will NOT ALLOW MY FAMILY TO GET THERE SERVICED HERE AGAIN. Cause right now I'm questioning what did they fix that my family paid thousands of dollars on..

I LOVE this dealership! The people are nice, friendly and seem to gi out of their way to be accommodating. I mean, how many times can you bend over backward for people who don't make their payments? The service department has gone above and beyond other companies. Yes, maybe you pay a little more but, the guys are ALL certified technicians and they stand behind their work. If something goes wrong or isn't done to satisfaction, they will attempt to make it right. I bought my car here 11 years ago and it's still running like a top. I strongly believe this is because this is the ONLY place that I allow to work on my vehicle...including oil changes. I am a happy camper and I think you will be as well.

I took my 2020 Ford Explorer into the shop on Saturday and asked them to please check my transmission fluid. After being there for 3 hours, I was told my problem more serious than the fluid and that they could not do anything until Monday. Since I live 500 miles away, I paid to have my car hauled to my local dealer. On Monday they checked my car out, put transmission fluid in and it works fine. I have made several phone calls to the dealership trying to talk to the owner. However he has yet to return a call to me. This seems like not a good way to run a business.

Traveling through town mid day on a Saturday with turbo problems with an F250 Ford PU. Called the service department and told me to bring it on in with no hesitation. They had the part l needed and got me back on the road in 3 hours on a busy day. They truly saved the day. Service manager Bill Ramsey and his crew are the best. Thanks so much.

We were recently travelling from our home in Canada across the United States and started noticing a body issue with our Ford vehicle. We stopped by the dealership and explained who we were and the trouble we were experiencing. The Service Manager along with other staff members were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They immediately arranged to have the vehicle looked at and they quickly repaired the problem, all at no cost. We were back on the road within about 20 minutes. It was a great experience and very much appreciated.

Wonderful experience. On a long road trip had a flat a 2 lane road in Eastern Colorado. They had a place for us to park to disconnect our trailer. Took about 45 minutes to get the tire repaired and get the spare put back on. Service department folks were outstanding.

The car service here is great, and they changed their name to Champion Ford, but I will always go there for my car service and very professional and friendly customer service.

I was traveling cross country, my F150 wouldn't start after shutting it off. Called the dealer at 4:50pm & asked for help. They flatly refused to do anything as their mechanics had all left for the day. I asked the svc department to call one back & I would pay both the dealer & mechanic extra! Nope!! Refused! Was told to tow it in & they would check it tomorrow. Called Larry's Automotive & was back on the road in 2 hrs!

I could not recommend this place more. Excellent service! Moving from CA to VA and pulling a travel traveler when my DPF clogged at the AZ/NM border. When I arrived they recommend a self fix; didn't work. Came back and they took my truck in with 1.5 hours till closing. Even waited a few minutes for me after closing to pick up my truck. Great people all around!

Usually get my oil change here. I have a Ford vehicle and they always have a last minute reservation for me, and they get my car in and out in less than an hour. The facilities are always clean and restrooms immaculate, the customer service is professional and slightly robotic but hey at least they don't try to sell me what I don't need.

Most unhelpful Ford dealer we've seen so far. After my husband had explained to the lady who's picked up the phone what the deal is with our truck, she said bring it in, so we did and then we got there the services manager said SORRY WE CAN'T HELP YOU!!. Didn't even try to look at it. Thanks for nothing...

would not recommend the workers are to rude, even if im trying to cooperate nicely for a simple part that they say they dont go on my truck while its clearly there... talk about a place they say on the radio the best number one place for your needs, talk about a bunch of BS also if your wondering a bold white dude was the one giving me problems and another white dude with long white hair just trying to be tough like bro im here for parts not your BS attitude. also to mention the last thing was that they ordered the wrong part and wont exchange or get a damn refund

I can't Express how great this place was to us! Coming home from Colorado, truck over heated on I-40. Tow would only take us to Ford dealership, we have a Chevy we only needed a place for my husband to look at and repair if he could. This happened at the beginning of the world closing from Covid -19.We were dropped off in the parking lot and greeted by sales man Kevin, very welcoming and understanding as he took us to service dept. After explaining our situation we were given a spot to repair a fix on our car by manager and if we needed anything to just ask. Thank God it was an easy fix but if they were not so kind we would have been on highway trying to fix(unsafe). So thank you Kevin and service manager for putting this family back on the road. Called parts department in regard to a vehicle of mine. I asked if they had a part in stock and also stated that when I call O'Rileys they ask if its a specific suspension. I asked the guy from the parts dept if he would be able to let me know what type of suspension it is by giving him the info. He became rude and said "Well if you want to buy parts from them you can deal with them but I'm here if you need help here." I did ask for help about a part and if it was in stock and a simple question about the suspension. There was no need to be rude.

We were traveling from NV to TX towing our travel trailer, and for two days, experiencing trouble with our 2016 F-350 Powerstroke. It would NOT complete a REGEN, even after we dropped our trailer and drove up and down the freeway (as another dealer the previous day suggested). We were on a schedule and had to be in Houston by a certain day for a doctor appointment. The dash began showing all sorts of messages saying we needed to get the truck serviced NOW. My Banks iDash gauge showed we were at 220% soot level!We found the Gurley Ford dealer in Gallup, NM and I presented my problem (and our need to get to Houston) to the service manager. He in turn asked his diesel tech if he could do a "manual REGEN" right now. I pleaded my case to the tech as well, and he said it would be possible.In a little over an hour with the manual REGEN, we were back on the road and headed toward Houston. I was offered tips on how to prevent this problem in the future. In the two days since the help from Gurley Ford we have had NO trouble with our truck. It REGENS like it is supposed to and we are happy, happy campers. Thank you Gurley Ford and all your helpful employees (who were also all very friendly). You saved our 'bacon'.
