It's been about a month since we've purchased our vehicle. It's a funny story actually, our old pick up broke down and we were just in the area. A team consisting of Amanda and Reese assisted even though it was getting late and past closing hours. At first we didn't get the spare key, manual or things because of the timing of the situation and staff leaving besides them. However, Amanda kept in contact to retrieve these items and to fill the tank as well. (The truck is nice along with the features.) Even after retrieving these items, Amanda would keep in contact to see if there are any questions or concerns.

Was not really expecting to purchase and had so little hope of getting approved. Sales person, Gabby Spencer helped with everything, so patient and the knowledge - there was no hesitation! Great hospitality, Gabby did stay through to the end, until it was APPROVED!! Thank you Gabby for the New SUV Edge A JOB WELL DONE!!

Purchased a used explorer from here!! Ish my salesman was amazing and made the process simple and was very transparent. Reggie sales manager made the signing and quick as possible and as painless as possible. I even met their parts manager Buckey who was great!! Towards the end the GM introduced himself to me and that speaks volumes for a dealership. Overall my experience was excellent.

Gabby Spencer was our salesperson; she was very friendly right from the start. She made my husband and I feel comfortable and important. Gabby was very proficient in taking notes concerning our preferences, requests, and questions. She showed humility when she did not know an answer to a question, she did not guess, but got direct answers from the correct source.It was impressive seeing Gabby s friendly and respectful interaction with other employees, including the owner, general managers, and financial department. We appreciate all the hard work she did for us, as well as all others involved. They all took part in calming our concerns and going out of the way to make our purchasing a vehicle a success!As you know, the process of waiting for paperwork to get processed and approved, Gabby stuck with us till the very end and we had enjoyable conversations with her. She never ignored us, and we felt valued. I know she will do the same for others who want to buy a vehicle from Champion Ford in Gallup, NM.

I worked with Gabby Spencer and she was very helpful. She was kind and very courteous. She put forth great efforts to answer all of my questions. Even after the purchase, she has excellent communication making sure I knew the status of the vehicle being ready for pickup. If I could, I would give her more than 5 stars. The deal I got on my pilot elite does not exist anywhere. Also Gabby made sure we received LIFETIME ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. That s absolutely unheard of. No other dealership offers that! Honda has a special coating on the headlights and windshield so Champion is going to recoat the headlights lenses every year at no cost!! Gabby was also very attentive to my needs and concerns Making notes of everything I said or mentioned.Regards,Tony Wilkins

In purchasing a new vehicle I appreciated having Stephanie Yazzie as my dealer here at Champion. It is very rare indeed that a car dealer remembers their customers by name & what vehicles they test drove a year ago. If ever you become a customer here at Champion ask for Stephanie. She got me on the road in no time, given I live in another state & pulled out what promotions were available for my brand new Bronco. God forbid Stephanie ever leaves we will follow her ;)

Lionel Dabbs was honestly a good person to go to for a vehicle. He s very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable about his job. He helped me into a new vehicle while at my lowest point. I personally don t make comments and stuff like that but last week I had such good customer service!! I went there to look at vehicles for the holiday and a Lady name Jeannie was so helpful!! I really do appreciate her work ethic. For every question I had she answer. Would I recommend more ppl? Yes!! Please tell her to keep up the good work!! I was very much satisfied.

So disappointing to have to wait for a vehicle you purchased. Paperwork is done and still no vehicle. Never recommend Champion Ford. My salesperson never called me or stayed in contact with me. I had to call and bug them everyday. Hell no!!! Don't go to Champion Ford. Should have stayed with Hatch Toyota.

Hello my name is Ronald chee I recently bout a truck it's 2017 f250 super duty and my salesman was Tyson begay . So when I was gonna buy the truck I noticed that it was hit in the back so the tail gate was kind of damage and the tail light was broken. So he told me that the manager is not gonna do anything about it so he told me that he was gonna buy it out of his own pocket. And i called him several times .and my resent stop over there at champion Ford they told me that his no longer working there.so talk to the manager and he said there's nothing he can do. So one side of my tail light don't work. They should check everything on the vehicle and sell them seems like the one I got wasn't service until I told them what was wrong with it. Worry about it thanks you

In years past, we always worked with Colleen, who it turned out was no longer at this dealership, but the unexpected blessing of having Marti take care of us was a pure treat. All 5 were well deserved. We will be back for that vehicle!!

I went to Wells Fargo to transfer funds to pay my repair cost on my vehicle and they took forever! So I came to Champion Ford and LIONEL DABBS help me set up my online banking and transferred my funds instantly..now I'm all paid and square with both accounts. Thanks Mr. dabbs!!!
