There's A Wait..Got Our Windshield Tinted..It Has Dirt In It but..It Came Out Okay..We Usually Get It Done In Roswell..Service Is Slow To But The Job Still Gets Done

I'm from out of town. I was in gallup on a Friday running errands when a huge rock hit my window, I needed to get it replaced. I drove straight to Auto glass & Construction. The man behind the counter was great, he ordered the windshield and said they can replace it on Tuesday. I dropped it off and came back later to pick my car up. There are 2 RUDE women that work there. They acted like customers were an inconvenience to them. They both need a course in customer service. Myself and 2 other customers were in the little lobby waiting, we just looked at each other surprised with them. After I left, I noticed the glass shards on my dashboard and steering wheel. I'm happy I got the window but not happy with the service.

Ubby lady upfront doesn t know what she s talking about and it s good working upfront Dropped a window off at 1-2pm they told me I won t be ready till next day at 9am gave her my info to call. Show up next day had to drive 30 minutes not from Gallup show up 9:40am window hasn t been touched or acknowledged by the workers. Told it ll be ready at noon told them I can t I have to go to work. It ll be done in 30 minutes just wait our workers were on the field Smh and I still have to pay full price. No communication between workers to customers. Do not recommend coming here it ll would have been nice if I got a call saying it won t be finished till more later than expected.

Great... Place. They ordered a window for me but unknown to both of us it was a tad different.. and they reordered a new one and replace it the next day .. the wait was very long.. I say great job and the gentleman that did the job was kind..

When I was here I had a broken side window from a lawn mower. It was covered in garbage bags. Upon returning it was still covered in bags only for the front window to be replaced. We had to pay for their mistake. You have to tell them exactly where, show them and make sure they repeat it back. Prices are good though.

I had the windshield done here and the lady up front was completely rude and unprofessional. The people that worked there were saying "she's on it today again!?" As if they were annoyed by it. Had the windshield replaced with no problems just on the customer service side is where they need improvements.

This place is amazing! They're fast! Got my window replaced the same day n was ready for pick up within an hour. I need to bring in our black car to get that window fixed. Darn pebbles ruined our windows from the cinder they spread on the roads during the winter months.

Horrible horrible place. Took them 5 scheduled appointments to tint my windows. Not only that but the job they did was trash, hair and lint inside the tinted windows and scratched the back passenger window clear across! They refused to redo or refund me the 150$ stating that it was my fault the windows were scratched. 1 star rating is being generous.

I needed windshield replaced, they ordered the glass, and set an appt the next day. They're affordable and they guaranteed chip repair for free. The environment is entertaining, it made the wait time go by quick.

I originally set an appointment at Gallup Custom and they weren t even open the day of my appointment. Autoglass & Construction ordered my windshield quickly and even stayed open late to install it. Great service!

Gud job on da glass. Secretary up front desk. Never happy maybe no happy with her job or probably customers r giving her a hard time. But people know customers r always rite. Right. Lol but dey put n gud glass. awesome

No front desk representative had to wait for a while until somebody in the back that came out to help me. Great customer service from whoever came out to help me from the back thank you. I still will come again.

Needed a glass for my work van due to someone throwing a rock at the side window. Went in yesterday replacement glass will be in today Tuesday and will be put in Wednesday. That is really fast service and friendly, professional and very reasonable.

The best tint in town and beautifully done in less time than the other guys...got a tint at another well known place but they left bubbles and the edges were rough cut...but not this place...love how my windows came out...i highly recommend this place...great job at a great value for quality work...this is my new tint place...

I got my car detailed, and the Autoglass crew is working on a window at the place i was getting my car detailed. Car was clean and finished right, i just paid reviewing my car. The workers are installing a window right by my car. The car is covered in glass shards and huge chunks of glass isin between the hood and windshield. Not one of the employees thought about asking to move the car. I'm thinking they basically broke out the remaining pieces of window and allowed it to hit/fall on my car. when i asked how the glass got on my car they played dumb. No integrity or honesty shown like it was my fault. Go to another business for your glass needs. The EcoClean guys re-washed my car and were super cool, took care of it.

They broke my truck's sidedoor pockets and they never replaced it even after I reported it to them next day plus a few more visits with them, owner says he dies not pay for accidents thats happens and puts completely liability on his employees and that particular employee is paying up.

Open earlier then the rest of window places I ve heard a lot of good things about this place and I finally have the chance to test it out and they re very friendly, fun environment, no gimmicks straight forward very price competitive..awesome job on my tint too

Very professional and helpful. The owner or manager went out of his way to help a grandma get her windshield replaced. I use them for all of my windshield needs.

Service was ok. Liked that they were open on Holiday but had to come back the next day after wrong window ordered. Overall ok.
