Very fast service. I was in and out in 30-40 minutes flat. They even found a small nail in my tire (guess I know why it was leaking now). Super nice crew and very helpful with anything I needed, including recommending another shop if they couldn t do what I needed.

Great environment. Staff are all very welcoming. Started the process of our car deal over the phone, when I arrived it did not take a long to drive off the dealership lot in my new vehicle. Rhiannon was my sales consultant and I will be coming back to her for my future purchases!

Ty was extremely helpful and attentive. The staff at Amigos were all helpful and everyone was working with me. I am a 100% disabled veteran and they worked extra hard to help me get into a brand-new vehicle.I am not a high-functioning person because of PTSD and major depression from serving in the military. So when I came into Amigo, Ty and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful to my every need. I get stressed out very easily and the process of purchasing a brand-new 2024 Toyota Corolla was amazingly stress-free. My family was happy that I was able to do this on my own. I have more confidence in myself and that helps me a lot in so many ways. I love these guys. They are amazing!

Sold me a 2018 Honda Accord @ $6,000 above SRP . I took my car into Garcia Honda for repairs and upon the Service Manager looking into the repair history , he informed me that the repairs were more than likely a result of the car being in a Hurricane as the repair history showed water removal from the gas tank. The car originated from Florida. When I took the car back to Amigos to trade the car in , I was told the car was only valued @ $16,000. My original investment to the car was $26,000 just 6 months prior. I had put down $11,500 cash as a down payment . The car devalued $10,000 in 6 months which is unheard of . What it comes down to is they sold the vehicle to me @ 50% mark up. Buyers please look into the vehicle SRP before you buy here. I've purchased 6 vehicles prior to the Honda and never had to deal with price Gouging when Teri Profitt was alive. Ever since John Chavez took over , he's been pricing used vehicle above SRP to increase profits . Beware of new vehicles as well . I just purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry for $24,000 @ Larry H. Miller, well below the price of the 2018 Honda Accord purchased at Amigos 6 months ago.I have 35 yrs of sales and management under my belt , not to mention running my own companies . If I can get bamboozled, you can too! Remember KBB can be your best friend when purchasing a new/used vehicle and can prevent what happened to me , Happen to you !!!!

Gabriel was so amazing! I truly have no words for his compassionate and honesty. We had a traumatic issue with our car driving to our new home out of state. He went out of his way to assist us with buying our car, picking us up at our hotel and even bring some of our stuff to us in his vehicle. If you are in need of a vehicle I highly recommend Amigo Toyota! Thank you so so much!!

Excellent customer service. I had been working with (text) and on a whim showed up at the dealership only to find out the salesman was out that day. He called and had one of the other salesmen take the sale and we were in and out in 2 1/2 hrs with a new vehicle. Have only good things to say about them and the service for the first 5000 mile check.

This was the easiest, lowest pressure, new vehicle purchase I ve ever made. I would absolutely give them my business again.Their initial asking price did include a markup that they did not include on their website listing so I m removing 1 star for that lack of transparency. After minimal negotiation, however, they agreed to sell the car for MSRP and didn t try to push any upsells so I m not too upset about the initial ask.

Good afternoon, they found out what the problem was with truck and Dorothy she really knows how to work with her customers she explains what need to be done and how much it will be to get it done her customer service was really good I would give her a 5+ star and the company as well. Thank you for your good service. Keep up good customer service Gallup Toyota. We took the truck to Farmington Toyota that's a total different story they have no Good customer service and they just ruin the truck from us idk maybe cuz we we're Navajo's. Have a great day

My check tire light came on and we had another 1200 miles to drive. The service agent at Amigo Toyota helped me equalize all the tire pressures and the light went off.I offered to pay him and he declined.We have made it home safely and are thankful for the service agent and Amigo Toyota.

My experience at Amigo Toyota was a great one. I went in on a Saturday evening close to closing time but David Hernandez was able to help me look for a vehicle that suited me. I could not decide on one so he gave me a few days to think on them both and answered all the questions I had in the mean time. I called him with my decision and he made it a point to communicate with me throughout the day to assure I had everything I wanted. As soon as I got off work, I was able to pick up my new vehicle. The process was quick and easy. Thanks David!

I was tasked with moving my 81 year old dad to St. Louis from Phoenix, AZ. We towed a 5X8 U-Haul with his 2007 FJ Cruiser with 502,000 miles on it. While we were climbing out of the hills of Phoenix to Payson, AZ the car was seemingly fine. When we stopped in Payson for gas, steam was billowing out of the hood. We heard boiling as well. Dumbfounded by situation, we ended up filling the radiator with 1&1/2 gallons of coolant. We decided to press on with a sense of fear, we arrived in Gallup, NM to the hotel. When we got out to check in, we noticed the same thing. Steam and boiling. Temp gauge reading high. Not knowing what to do, we decided to visit Amigo Toyota first thing in the morning. We took a chance on the technician s workload. We arrived there early at like 7:30 a.m. to see if we could pull the sympathy card. The woman working at the service counter immediately started listening to me with open ears and a genuine sense of care. She told me what their day looked like, and also said that she will do her best to explain to the technician our situation. Time was of the essence in our situation. They bounced into action, took us in, slotted us into the workload, and took care of our needs within 2 hours! I have never been more grateful and appreciative of humans like this in a long time. Let s just say, that I am a fan of how this group of human beings treat their customers.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have bought a new car from Amigo Toyota. Let alone, it was a Sequoia TRD Pro, limited supply and high demand, that was purchased there. The transaction was seamless as we had to fly into NM from CA. The Dealership was gracious enough to pick my wife and I up instead of having us rent a car and even provided lunch (Navajo Tacos).Working with George Smith in Sales was as easy as can be. All paperwork was done prior to my arrival so if it wasn't for lunch, mingling with the other guys (great conversations too), Jerry & Jonathan, then we would've been out of there in probably 30 minutes. I don't think I've ever bought in car in less than 30 minutes. I wish all car purchases from any dealership would work this efficiently so one can enjoy their new car.I would highly recommend working with George Smith and Jonathan Romero as they are attentive to their clients whether that is over the phone or text and I would definitely buy from Amigo Toyota again. Hint hint, still waiting for my 2022 Tundra TRD Pro.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Very bad at communicating with customers. They are very secretive of what the banks/lenders say. Come out of your little financial office and communicate with the customers. They are trying to just make commission and not help the customers. Very greedy in my book. Big waste of time.

I strongly recommend Amigo. Ty, Eloy and the team helped us get the Tacoma we have wanted for the longest time. They were super knowledgable, professional and dedicated throughout the whole process. Gabe was really awesome to work with! I felt that he really pushed hard to get us the best deal for our trade-in and car purchase. I really appreciated the good communication throughout the process, and he didn't have those tricky "salesman tactics" that leave you feeling frustrated. The finance group also did an awesome job with finalizing the sale. They weren't pushy with extra services, the process went really smooth, and they were really kind.
