We went into the dealership looking for a part on our Dodge Journey and we ended up leaving with more than a car part. John Lloyd our salesman and all the Amigo team worked hard to make us feel at ease in making our new purchase a memorable one forever. We will definitely be back to purchase more vehicles and we will tell everyone how great this place is and most of all how important they made us feel in the purchasing of our Dream Truck!!

When in Doubt, Give Reyes a Shout Reyes Garcia has always been our go to guy when we purchased ALL of our many cars/Trucks from Amigo s Chevrolet ,and Dodge. This time around we were in desperate need of replacing the son s vehicle that was recently deemed a total loss. The weather played a huge part of the recent purchase, Reyes being Reyes with his constant knowledge, education on departments, and smooth talking gave us all the information needed where the BEST deals, current rates and best quality was when we purchased a week ago. Joining the Duck Duck Jeep crew was a great experience once again. Our son loves his Mojave Hard top Gladiator thank you Reyes Garcia, David H. and Amigo Jeep/Dodge for getting our son into something great ! It s out seeing the world with our boy..

The folks at Amigo are excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. We blew a diesel transfer line in the middle of a long trip. They didn t have it in stock and we had to leave a truck and motorcycles with them. They took care of the vehicles over a weekend and the minute the part came in they had us up and running. Thanks

I always enjoy coming here to purchase a vehicle. Sergio is always my go-to salesman, he understands your wants & needs when searching for a vehicle. My husband & I were put in a tough spot where we were unable to keep up with the payments but Amigo Dodge made it work for us to find something else that we can afford. They were very understanding & especially still finding something that you expect. I recommend Amigo & Sergio to anyone if they are in need.

Waiting for our vehicle to be serviced was not a problem, it didn t take too long and we were informed of the outcomes of the visit. Staff were very courteous and welcoming and very helpful.

Overall the best experience! Salesman Tyron Begay went above & beyond with my recent purchased and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The staff at the store were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and were able to help me find a vehicle that met all of my needs within my budget. Thank you!

The appointment was made quickly for the recall. I did need a loaner car which was not available a shuttle was finally provided so I could get another car. The pickup up did not happen and had to get a ride back to the dealership. The work was done quickly and seems correct

Broke down about an hour outside of Gallup on my way from Colorado headed to AZ. The service side didn't have the parts I needed in stock but did everything they could to get them the next day. My trip has been nothing short of a stressful adventure, and this dealership has been fantastic at helping make this trip a little easier. The service department was so helpful and friendly. Kyle (service writer) was clear and articulate with the process of getting me up and going. They even offered to shuttle me to and from my hotel, and their driver was professional and friendly. If your vehicle is in need of any service, don't hesitate to give these guys a call. Much thanks to the team in getting me squared away!!

Initially, I was intimidated because I d never met a man with such a great head of hair. But right away, Reyes Garcia set himself apart from all of the other salespeople I ve worked with in the past with his genuine energy, firm handshake, and world class customer service. In particular, he demonstrated his product knowledge of my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler during what was quite possibly the best walk around demonstration ever in the history of car salesmanship. There was a burrito guy who pulled up while I was signing my finance paperwork. A voice came over a loudspeaker and announced, AL S HERE! Moments later, Reyes emerged with two of the best green chile & beef burritos I ve ever had. He even brought me extra napkins. Why shop for a vehicle anywhere else? Handsome salesmen, top notch service & BURRITOS???! Are you kidding me??!! I would trade in my Jeep every month to Amigo if I could afford it.

I am very disappointed with the service department. I went to get it service twice and not ONCE did they tell me anything about not doing balance of the tires there. I have asked for it twice when getting my oil change and tire rotation. They could have said we do not do that here and I could have went somewhere else to get it done the first time. I have been driving it around unbalanced this whole time. Please do better with letting your customers knows since we do pay a lot to have nice things for ourselves.

I was thankful for the update on the progress of my vehicle being worked on.There were two things I did not appreciate. 1. The job was done, but waiting for my vehicle delivered to me after the work order was completed was frustrating. I waited almost an hour after being told my "vehicle was ready."2. I had to tell the staff what the appointment was for. I told him of why I was bringing my vehicle in. I finally had to show what I needed done. I happen to believe this delayed the work. Stay not knowing this delayed my truck being pulled in immediately is uncalled for. My wait was about an hour too long.Not much interaction with staff.All in all, thank you for working on my vehicle.Stanley Jim

Paying for services was a hassle, esp on the day I forgot my purse - the vehicle is under my name, my debit card is under my name, I don t see the issue for running the card.And no car wash because they re particular about how much mud is on the vehicles you sell OFF ROAD vehicles, please make it make sense! (And my vehicle was not muddy)
