Service here has always been great. I appreciate the staff for explaining and giving me quotes before removing anything on my vehicle. Using the app does help when I m traveling and need a service I can easily schedule a service.

The Staff at Amigo Collision Center were very helpful and courteous.I appreciated their assistance in regards to my vehicle which was involved in an accident.They were efficient & responded quickly with repair estimates.

In 2020, I purchased my new vehicle from Amigo and I've been bringing my car/truck for oil changes here. The service is accurate and fast. If they find/see anything questionable, the techs show me, and answer all my questions.

Place had the exact truck I was looking for the way I would have ordered it. Elnino Henio called me up right away after expressing my interest online. He was polite, professional, and facilitated the purchase and delivery of my vehicle in a no hassle manner. Normally have a great experience, but today was not it. I waited in line almost 2 hours while watching 5 vehicles that came after me go thru before me. I guess it is not good to take my SUV there anymore if the walk in line can t handle my vehicle. Was a disappointment.

Was not happy with the service. My car is a 2008. They just told me it is "probably" the compression because it has 300,000. This is not the first time they wouldn't fix our vehicle. I think they don't want to work on older model vehicles or they don't know how. They wouldn't even consider doing a tune-up.

My truck broke down and had to have it towed into this dealership. They were pretty busy with tickets already but Preston was my service advisor and he was able to pull out a miracle and get me back on the road the next day!! Extremely appreciative of everything this dealership did and highly recommend for all your servicing needs.

Car went in fast but had problems with it afterwards. Half way home my car engine light came on, traction control off, all wheel drive off. My Chevrolet app notified me saying engine oil life critical low My car was perfectly fine before getting our oil change.

After getting into an accident, one of the worst days in my life. And my SUV being out of service now. Reyes at Amigos Chevrolet, helped me qualify for a new truck. I was back on the road in less than 3 hours. Reyes was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you for your help I truly appreciate your help.

Sometimes when things are too good to be true it usually is.... My mother had got a 2017 Chevy Tahoe low mileage vehicle within a year fuel pump gave out and on top of that transmission gave out within a year and 2 months. It's been idle and sitting for 3 months and tried getting ahold of some the managers and no extended warranty was offered just a gap insurance is what our sales representative offered us no extended warranty at all I have been trying to talk to all the managers Chris DeArmond and tried to talk to Eric Palmer only being told I be directed to Chris since the vehicle was bought from the Toyota lot. Then tried talking to John Chavez all of a sudden he's out he office .... Everyone I talked to was very unprofessional and even talked to the service department and told it was out of there hands and couldn't do nothing about it.... Form frustrated and upset about the type of vehicles they are selling after a year they break down and the whole time kept up service at the Amigo oil lube services . Sorry is the best thing they can give us.

Very polite and business oriented personnel. While i expected to wait a few hours for the oil change and car wash, I was in very comfortable waiting room with fresh coffee. My truck received an excellent washing and am very pleased with this Chevrolet Quick Lube business in Gallup, NM.

Had a check engine and other issues with my duramax while passing thru on I-40. Pulled into the service center first thing in the morning, and Preston was able to get my truck in and out very quickly. I was very surprised at how quick they were able to diagnose, repair, and get me back on the road. Many thanks to Preston and his team!

Amigo Chevrolet, knocked it out of the park. Ron Hubbard and Eloy Hernandez are like Shaq and kobe of the car game. They had all the paperwork in order and everything went super smooth. They went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy to hit these two up. You won't be disappointed. Thank you boys for everything

I like how I'm told what is going on with my truck. My husband and I, say it's our vehicles check up like how we go to the doctors.. when it's done we say they did good and they're healthy. .. Good service!!

I just would like to recommend the Service Department to not take advantage of female customers whom are not knowledgeable of vehicle mechanics and adding on other miscellaneous issues on their vehicle.

Not a happy camper.I got ripped off on my trade in appraisal and onlygot half of my trade in value.I wouldn't recommend to do business with amigo Chevrolet in Gallup New Mexico.Need honest appraiser employees that work with you to give the best honest deal on trade in towards a new vehicle.Also added cost of 5000 dallors for extra profit on each new truck is not good business.Msrp sticker already has the profit built into the price and amigo wants more money for the truck.Dont buy a auto from amigo Chevrolet because you will get ripped off on the deal.Will not buy from them anymore in the future or ever.Very disappointed customer.

Making an appointment is definitely quicker. Was in and out pretty fast. Consultations about a person's vehicle is definitely good info about your vehicle. Heads up and what's recommended in the near future. Thank you Amigo Quick Lube!
