Kenny is the man! Super fast response time, very reasonable pricing and are great guys. We were from Florida and got rear-ended on 40. Kenny loaded up my Cherokee and we did some on the spot repairs pulling the exhaust back into place so we could be on our way and not have to get a rental. Saved our day. Highly recommend!!

Repeatedly refused my AAA tow. Called to explain my situation being stranded while traveling, but they still refused to help. A better company drove from 40 miles to get me, even though A1s office was only 1 mile from my disabled vehicle.

Thank God for Mike & A1 towing! Broke down 13 miles outside of Gallup, NM. After being on hold for 3 hours with various local tow companies and never actually taking to anyone related to towing the guys at Firestone recommend A1. Picked up on the second ring, no button pushing to finally reach a person & Mike was out to me in 20-30 minutes! He was very polite, quick at his job & pleasant to chat with on the drive. The bill was reasonable for a Sunday afternoon. You won't go wrong with A1 & Mike!

Mike did a great job. He was very helpful with his knowledge of the mechanics around Gallup. He arrived within 20 minutes of my call as well. I fully recommend A-1 Towing if you should ever need such a service.

They answered the phone quickly and figured out where I was even though I didn't have the mile marker. I would give a 5 star but the amount of time I waited for this tow truck was approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time I called the A1 towing service. Even though I was less than 20 minutes away from the office location. I appreciated their help nevertheless.

The worst experience I ve ever had. They were a third party but the guy had 0 customer service skills..He just sounded like he didn t wanna do his simple job. I m sure they are short staffed so if your in the area FIND ANYONE BUT A-1Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Excellent, prompt, professional, friendly, helpful service. I was assisted by Mike earlier and have nothing but great things to say about him. He really went above & beyond! I got a flat and he helped me with the spare and personally showed me to just the right place to find the exact tire I needed.

We were stranded on the side of Interstate 40 15 miles east of Gallup and we were so happy to see the tow truck when he pulled up. He recommended an excellent repair shop and even towed our trailer. He made sure both our car and trailer were secured in a locked lot because the repair shop was closed, and then he took us to an excellent hotel that he recommended and made sure we were safely taken care of. I highly recommend this tow service should you need assistance.

When traveling through Gallup our Honda Accord died. Triple A called A-1 towing who promptly came out and got us. The tow driver recommended a repair place which was excellent. The driver was more than professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. I hope I don't have to but these guys were great.

Took an 45mins to get to us when we got locked out. I told them I just needed someone with a lockout kit and to make sure they bring one. When they got there, oh I didn't bring my lock out kit. Took an additional 2 hrs to get back leaving my wife and 2 young kids out in the heat.

A great company to handle your vehicle's emergency services. He did not hesistate to jump start the battery after filling the tank with gas. Professional, courteous, and timely!

These guys are rock stars. I was stuck on the side of the road and Kenny not only towed my car, but also gave me wise advice on where and how to get it fixed. And the dispatchers are kind and understanding. Good people. Thank you.

Called they said they were sending a tow truck.waited and waited.called them back said they didn't have one comming.Had me waiting over an hour for nothing!! Talk about sorry....
