I have no words for how much these guys aim to please. 5 stars simply doesn't do it just in comparison to every other Ford dealer service department I have ever used. This Ziems Ford Corners is in an area I frequent but is about 1000m away from my home in TX. My last trip my brakes were growling in the front, obviously the pads were shot. knowing I was in a bind and short on time, I was literally out just over an hour after walking in the door with new front brakes and rotors. My wife laid back in the recliner with popcorn and a movie while I walked across the street to the archery shop.I had a similar experience two years ago with an older truck that had a transmission fail. The only delay was in the parts availability due to the Dempanic, but outside of that they bent over backwards to help out and even loaned us a vehicle because we were stranded.

Hands down the best dealership experience we ve had. Monique was who helped take care of our needs . From the moment we walked in she was able to take care of all of our questions and needs. She was kind and attentive during the entire process. This is the place to buy your vehicle if you want excellent customer service.

I walked in having certain/narrowed down what I wanted and Michelle went above & beyond with showing me the differences in my choices, answering all my questions, being polite and professional. Honestly hands down the best car shopping experience I ve ever had so far.

Warranty plastic replaced around driver s window switches. Door gouged by screw driver and chrome chipped off two of the switches. It s like mechanic was working in the dark without proper tools.

It s obvious to me that he cares about his customers and will make every attempt to correct issues that arise. I will provide additional information to this review when completely resolved. I have bought cars from many dealerships in Farmington and this one is my favorite by far. They treated me very well and even let me look at cars before asking if I was even interested in buying. I had the pleasure of working with Mariah, but everyone there seemed nice as well.

The truck I was looking for was difficult to find but I found it on their lot. I came for out of state to complete the transaction. The Ziems team picked me up at the airport to make the journey a little easier for me. I have purchased and owned Fords for over 25 years. I can honestly say this was by far the most pleasant buying experience.

I had some servicing done in November; the positive is they were able to schedule and complete the work same day on very short notice. Thank You!My dissatisfaction lies with the Service Manager not returning calls, and then not following up with a response. Inexcusable.

The online scheduling does not work, and had to leave multiple voicemails to get my vehicle in - and when they did get it scheduled it was 3-4 weeks to get my truck in, and the scheduler only provided me the date. We lucked out because the day of the service I was able to get through and find out the arrival time. After the service, I had my wife pick up the vehicle. When I got the bill, I saw that the service was not done or entered in correctly because I asked for a full service/oil change and to look into the check engine light. The only thing worked on was clearing the code. My guess is the service folks only did what they were told to do by the instruction given by the scheduler. I called back the same day we picked it up and still no return phone call from the scheduler or anyone to help resolve this issue. Ziems has lost a long time customer because of this unprofessional handling of this situation and will never recommend anyone to use ziems again.

Service department never answers. Left 3 voice-mails asking a call back to schedule an appointment. Never received a call back. Just schedule in Durango . Don't waste your time

I just want to say how amazing Ziems Ford is they are the best and truly care about their customers, and employees. If you are in the market I highly recommend you go see one of the many great sales members at the store because they will take good care of you. I also, want to say is how awesome the management, and owners are there with everything they do. There is not a better Ford Dealer or Car Store you can buy from than Ziems Ford Corners.

I spent years owning a Chevy and spent way too much time in the service department. I drive a Ram 1500 and finally bought my wife our Ford from Carol last year. I honestly haven't spent very much time in the Ram or Ford service department but with my recent visit to Ziems I'm convinced that my next pickup will be an F150. Great service and they do much better than the local GM dealerships and way better than the RAM dealership. Thanks guys! Every interaction with your dealership has been superb!

Broke down while traveling through the area and wow were we happy to find Ziems Ford! Roy (Service Manager), Dustin (Service Advisor), and the entire Service staff were the most professional, friendly, competent, hard working, and timely staff we have ever experienced at any dealership. The top notch service we experienced was truly incredible. Also the management and staff of the Quick Lane at Ziems Ford were terrific; very professional, competent, and hard working. Ziems Ford = keep up the great work. This is a sign that the business is managed well. Please reward Roy & Dustin with a promotion, raise, bonus - or all of the above! On top of it all the coffee at Ziems is quite good.

The service always takes a long time on oil changes, but that's because they are usually packed with customers. I feel that's a good sign. The service is mostly good here. This time, though, we were a little disappointed. The interior wasn't properly protected, so there was grease and dirt in the carpet and on the paneling/upholstery. Please talk to your team about keeping the interiors of the cars clean and wip up after themselves.
