It's a gamble when it comes to selecting an auto repair shop, we went with reviews and made the best choice! Outstanding communication and delivered excellent customer service. We received updates and feedback twice a week, the repairs were successful, and was quite impressed that my truck was super clean (exterior and interior) - like new of the day it was complete. Thank you to the Ziems Ford Body Shop team!

Exceptional service! We were greatly taken care of by the manager Jeff Dunn and all other employees involved. The work was done in a timely matter and we were updated on the progress two times a week by Theron. We will continue to use and highly recommend Ziems Ford Body Shop.

This review is for the Ziems Autobody and Repair Shop on San Juan Blvd. I recently had to have my car repaired due to an accident and I was incredibly pleased with my service here! the counter help was friendly and prompt, our Estimator Tristan was EXCELLENT in his thorough review, great explanations, and his communication, and we received bi-weekly updates on the progress of our repair. The work they did was top notch and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back for any needs!

If I could give zero stars I would. My grandma went to go ask a simple question to the manager and he was so rude. I don t know what happened to the other people who used work there but my grandma is really sweet and the joking type, it was so unprofessional. He was threatening to call the cops on her. This was in the body shop manager.

Staff were very professional and very knowledgeable. Got updates on my vehicle every week! Plus my vehicle is super clean, also looking fantastic once again! I recommend for repairs!

Took my truck in for repairs and they did an excellent job communicating with me through the process letting me know what stage or repair my vehicle was in. When finished you couldn't tell anything had happened to the vehicle. Only downfall was repairs took longer than I had expected.

My car was taken to Ziem's due to an insurance claim. They were very thorough and made sure everything that was damaged from the accident was repaired. It took longer than expected due to unforeseen damage on the initial diagnostic. Ziem's made sure I stayed informed about the progress several times a week. My vehicle was damaged by tire shrapnel that was left on the freeway. It tore up the driver-side fender, punctured the radiator, then shredded the main circuit board for the vehicle. We called four body shops along with Ziems and luckily Ziems was able to start the repairs sooner and also worked with our insurance. We just had to greenlight the project and Ziems took it off our hands. We were called by Ms. Skyler about formalities and made sure that Ziems received everything on our end. From the time our repairs started, Mr. Tristan called us twice a week, giving us updates as the progress of the repairs were completed. Our project did get pushed up a few weeks, but the outcome was truly FABULOUS. I appreciate the collective effort of all the Ziems Ford Body Shop employees that took part in the repairs of my vehicle. I was truly blessed with a gifted group of professionals who collectively collaborated on this project successfully, and for that I'm grateful. Thank you, Ziems Ford, I will recommend y'all to anyone in the market for vehicle repairs.

We took our vehicle in for paint work...although the paint seems to have come out good...the fact that maintenance of basic care of our vehicle was not good at all. Our front chrome trim around the bumper has scratches, although they are replacing our widow tint that their mechanics scratched, they did not tell us until we examined it before we took the vehicle back. It's unfortunate that for such a highly reputable body shop in the area, this was how we got our vehicle back. When people bring in their vehicles for body work it should be turned in back to the customer clean and fully detailed...extremely detailed. They did not do a good job of returning our vehicle exceptionally clean.Service: Painting

It's a great place to go there to get your car fixed. The only problem is that their supplier always misses a part, so you should add a day or two to their estimate of when they finish the job.

The Ziem s Body Shop delivered excellent customer service while my SUV was there for repairs, not once but twice. Jeff took the drivers seat of my claim to make it as easy as possible for me. He, along with all the staff, were very professional and HONEST! Things don t always go as planned during the repair process and most of them are out of anyone s control, Ziems was sure to do the best they could to handle each obstacle and keep me updated as they came. I appreciate all their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a repair on their vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to take my car in and was really dreading dealing with it but they took care of everything with my insurance. The customer service is amazing! Everyone seems so genuine. And they make sure to keep you updated on everything. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!

I picked this place because they had good reviews I missed a call so I call back an explain, the receptionist that answered was rude an laughing at me stating well if your vehicle is not getting repaired idk why we be calling you it may be a miss dialed. I explained I thght it would for making an appointment to bring my vehicle in she laughed an said no, idk why we be calling you if your vehicle ain't here I told her I don't appreciate you being rude and said I'll just take my business somewhere, when I was still talking she had the audacity to hang up on me. I called her back and asked to speak to the supervisor on duty she said over which department I said over you. She transferred me to David I got the voicemail so I left a message hopefully he calls me back. I never thought I would be treated this way especially going through so much already with someone hitting me from behind. With her attitude and how she treated me I will be taking my business somewhere else. Very disappointed I just wanted my truck fix.

My car was rear-ended and they replaced the bumper and painted the new bumper. It is similar in color but they didn't take the time or make the effort to blend it into the car's faded color. The bumper doesn't match completely with the fenders or trunk of the car period. Shotty work for an autobody and paint shop. They also broke off the caps to the license plate screws we just put on and they didn't replace them. A little extra effort would have been nice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Picked up a wrecked vehicle that belonged to a relative of mine that was deemed totaled, the car dolly we used to transport also belonged to them. It wasn't the best dolly to use to transport but the staff at the body shop went above and beyond to help get the vehicle ready for transport. I'd recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a place that needs body repair, with the way they helped I know this place is very genuine with plenty of satisfaction in mind.

They lied about the status of my repairs, took over 30 days to complete a taskbthey promised to complete within 10 days, neglected to complete repairs they charged for and drained 3/4 tank of gas to complete a frontal collision repair.
