I stopped in to have an oil change while visiting family over the holidays. I was met promptly, and spoken to with courtesy! The techs were very friendly and walked me through everything they did to the vehicle and made recommendations for needed service. I had a conversation with the service manger Mr. A (sorry if I got that wrong), when he checked to make sure I was completely happy with the service. He was just as friendly as the techs.I only drive through Farmington once a year, but I ll only go to Webb now to get my oil changed on the drive.

Today I went in for my first ever test drive experience. On the phone I was told by a very nice woman that she was setting me up with her BEST salesman named Lamont. When I arrived Lamont hardly looked up from his phone and also knew very little about the car, granted it being newer on the lot he still wasn t thrilled in looking up the info for me. I was interested and excited to possibly be a first time purchaser but his attitude quickly turned me away. When it came time to negotiate he simply gave me the price of the vehicle then looked back down at his phone, then looked up at me as if saying why are you still here? Im not sure if he didn't take me seriously because im younger, or if he is just a bad salesman. Overall made me stop looking in their lot for a new vehicle.

Even though I live in Durango I still bring my Toyota to Webb for service. Much better customer service and I know the job will get done correctly. Webb has a pretty decent lobby to hang out in while waiting for your service. Free popcorn, coffee, and bottles water. And if the service is going to take awhile, they offer a free in-town shuttle. If I buy another Toyota, I would highly consider Webb to make it happen.

Jason and staff were awesome. Jason ensured as much was completed over the phone so upon our arrival, things were ready. Also dealer staff understood we had young children with us and made us feel at home.

The gentleman that was at intake was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, patient and spoke to me as if he really cared about my concerns. I made an appointment and everything was handled on time in an appropriate manner. This is a very nice dealership. I travel all over the US and use various dealerships for my automotive needs. This is definitely one of the top dealerships I ve dealt with through the years. Thanks.

Title: Reflective Review on Webb Toyota's Customer Service and Product FulfillmentThis is a comprehensive review intended to shed light on my recent experience with Webb Toyota. In July 2023, I made the decision to acquire a 2023 model of the Toyota Highlander. As part of this acquisition, an essential trailer hitch was installed onto the vehicle at an additional cost of $1000.Upon initial utilization of this feature, it came to my attention that several crucial elements were non-operational - these included brake lights, backup lights, running lights amongst others; rendering the situation considerably perilous due to compromised vehicular safety.I reached out directly to Matt Beach - their Sales Manager -- striving for resolution or some form of rectification; sadly without any reply via email, text, or phone correspondence.I live approximately two hours away from their dealership, and going there in person poses hardships which could could have been avoided with just minimal diligence from the Webb Toyota Service DepartmentFurther independent investigation into this matter took place recently by involving a separate trailer dealership who immediately identified issues stemming from lack of a converter necessary for power distribution toward the trailer lighting system. The unforeseen shortcomings originating from dealings with unqualified personnel employed by Webb Toyota instigated dangerous circumstances as well as contradicted the company's professed motto proclaiming-- "We are The Can Do Dealer." Astonishingly, prior to releasing the vehicle to me, there appeared to have been no testing done to determine whether the lighting worked. I would have certainly thought that the technicians at Webb would have verified whether the system worked prior to releasing a new vehicle to me. Where was the dealerships commitment to customers' safety satisfaction. My experiences reflect nothing more than bitter disappointment and certainly tainted my faith in them. I'm sure this review will generate another "canned response" like we are sorry and are diligently looking into the matter

Jason had absolutely everything in order before I got there. He knew I was moving to the area from 6 hours away and that I was trying to handle everything by telephone. He suggested calls to my insurance company so they could send proof of insurance (which I would have never thought of with everything else happening in my move) so he could have the temp plates registered and ready. The paperwork took minimal time compared to other car purchases in my life! He was congenial, candid, and just an all around good guy who seemed to care about me as much as the sale. His touching in before and follow up have been of top quality. I will definitely service my 4Runner at Webb because of Jason. I know he will take care of me. He had to cajole me to sit for the vehicle introduction session because I was rushing about, but I am very thankful I stayed because he showed me things I needed to have read in the manual - which I haven't had time to look at. So he kept me safe and informed. I really haven't had a better buying experience.

Service, sales, and parts are all knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are more than competitive. I would reccomend this business to anyone interested in a new Toyota or getting theirs serviced.

Both our salesperson, Farrell, and the finance manager, Cameron, were very considerate and straightforward. This is the first car-buying experinece I have every had in which I did not feel "hustled." We drove seven long hours to get this vehicle and it was worth every minute of the drive! Also we LOVE the RAV4 that we purchased.

I had an experience where the service department could have easily misled or been dishonest with me. They were exactly the opposite. Anthony and the service department were honest and forthright about the circumstances, and when in doubt, put my safety and satisfaction ahead of anything else. This type of integrity and service is hard to come by these days, but I ll not soon forget it. Thank you Toyota!

I have purchased 4 toyota vehicles from Webb. The vehicles are great. The service is horrible. While utilizing the Free Toyota Care, the shop did not perform all of the required work. This ended up costing me an early tire replacement. Then, my vehicle was involved in an accident. I wanted to get it repaired by a toyota dealer. I called to see about getting it repaired at the Webb body shop. I was told that since I didn't have State Farm insurance, the wait would be three months. Seems they give priority to State Farm vehicles. What a way to treat customers. I will probably still buy toyota vehicles, but Webb will never see another dime of my money. After receiving calls today, I do appreciate people taking the time to reach out. At least sometimes people do look at reviews. My earlier comments stand, with a comment to Webb management. An old quote. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I don't usually do reviews and generally only read the ones that pertain to a product I'm interested in. That said, I have briefly scanned the Webb reviews, and there is a glaring consistency in the negative reviews. They are all centered around customer service. Around 10% 3 or less, this is not an employee problem. It is a management problem. Managers are responsible for hiring and training employees to embrace the company identity. The Managers have failed their employees and their employer. No amount of cure will ever make the lack of prevention a good business option.

Easy to make the reservation for service. I was running late and they responded pretty quickly and said it would be ok, or I could bring it in earlier. They were FAST on the oil change this time! Thank you

We were driving through Farmington NM to see family and had to take our highlander in for oil change and to check an issue we saw driving from California. They were communicative, fast, and pleasant. I appreciated them giving me options and respecting my budget. My dealership here could learn a lot about customer service from them. They never made me feel forced to do anything I did not want to do! Also they gave me ideas for other services and care I never receive at my dealership. Thanks Webb!! You guys were great!

Two thumbs down. For 15 years i ve had my Prius serviced only at Toyota dealers all across the country. Never had them break my car. Today, paid a fortune to have my AC fixed and when picked the car up, found the dash broken in more than one place, the cigarette lighter cap ripped off and missing, a couple extra screws laying on the floor. Would not have brought it here to have work done if I had known they would do such a shoddy job. Also, it is dishonestly listed on my receipt, that the dash was broken prior to service. The dash was in the same shape as when purchased new, 15 years ago.

I scheduled service for my Tundra, listing several things I wanted done. I showed up, went over the list again with a guy in the service department, and then once again when I drove my truck into the service bay. They completely ignored my list of requested services, and literally just did a 5k service (tire rotation), and left me with 2 valve stem caps missing. Terrible Toyota service, easily the worst I ve been to. Not at all recommended.Edit, response: If you want each customer to be satisfied, then be careful and competent. From the looks of your recent reviews, this type of carelessness is commonplace in your service department these days. Like I told your guys when I was there, we're traveling full time, and we won't be back.

I recently purchased a new Tacoma from Webb Toyota. Debi Chapman was my sales representative and made my visit more pleasant than any other dealership I have ever been to. I have purchased a number of vehicles from different dealers and this is the first time I did not feel like I was ripped off. I would recommend going to see Debi Chapman for your next investment. She will treat you right. Thank you Debi

2017 I took a Toyota Avalon 2008 to Webb Toyota to get diagnostics done on vehicle due to issues on AC . The 1st diagnostic came to $105, but nothing was found, and a 2nd one was recommended at $230, and supposedly nothing was found. The Technician said something about wires, but the AC was working and fan blowing. I was told the clutch needed to be replaced on the compressor, as it was going out. To do so, I was looking at $800+ to do this, plus the $230 diagnostic testing. Later, I got a text or email from the dealer, telling me, that, they would charge me $400 or so, and include the prior diagnostic charges to have clutch replaced. At the time, I refused further service, since the AC was working. Plus, I felt they were not being up front with their diagnoses, especially, when two were done, and they couldn't find a problem, hm?Up into 2022, 5 years later, we continued having similar issues with AC blower going out, but couldn't diagnose the problem. Signs were, that the fan was needing to be replaced, but most motor fans have a resistor, that can be replaced and not having to replace the whole motor. The only thing, this type of motor has the resistor built into it, and best to replace it as a whole assembly.I purchased a used motor with resistor at an auto salvage place for $20. Online they run between $35 to $60 in new condition, so I was taking a chance on a used one. Cleaned it up, installed, and it worked! Eight months have gone by, and the problem has not returned. The point is...the dealers technician was trying to ride me for more cash, possibly meeting a company quota of sorts, or as he and the counter person were being deceptive. Not all person's or dealerships behave this way, but you do have them out there. This is why I won't return to Webb Toyota!

Heading home on a four day trip to North Carolina, we started our 4Runner and all the warning lights lit up. Opened the hood and found where a squirrel had been snacking on the wiring. Dang.Called Webb and talked with service writer Nick. He told us to bring it and they would squeeze us in. Less than three hours later it was all fixed, cost far less than I expected, and we were on the road.I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I would absolutely never recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership, they will bend you over and stick it where the sun don't shine! absolute joke of a trade in offer and their markups are insane! not to mention Debbie was one of the worst sales people I've ever dealt with, that woman has a forked tongue and will look you right in the eye and lie to you whether you know she is lying or not! This place will never have my business again, I will choose ziems Ford every time! And highly recommend Rhonda at ziems!

Poor service, might just want to do your own service or take it somehwhere else. They couldn't touque the skrews for the oil access panel correctly and caused it to fall out and catch enough air to rub againt the road till the hole for that skrew was gone. Instead of taking responsibility they shifted the blame to bad roads. I talked to Anthony who had no respect for me nor what I had to say. Anthony ended the call by throwing a fit because I told him I didn't want to be interupted for the 4th time. Then talked to the sales manager Lemount and he attempted to justify Anthonys desisions and actions. Reeally poor service and represintation for the brand of Toyota. They would rather call the brand of Toyota faulty then admit their technitions made a mistake. Keep in mind this part only costs about $200, imagine if it was something critical, beyond thankful I found out how they do buisness for such a low cost.

I use to enjoy bringing my car here for service but lately service has been horrible. I bought my car from them as well as the new pair of tires, and always brought my car here for service. But as mentioned before service department has been declining. They didn't even have anyone on staff who could repair a slow tire leak. And prior to today I had scheduled an appointment online and when i called alter to confirm they said it wasn't in the system. Very Disappointed !!

The staff here is great, and they'll definitely make it right if they made a mistake the first time (talking from experience here)! I loved coming here when I had my warranty, but I won't be back for regular maintenance now as I enjoy doing those things for much cheaper. However, if you aren't handy, this is as good of place as any. They also didn't try to "upsell" me on anything. They did the work and got it done. I'll be back though if there's anything big to be done to the car.
