I was a first time car buying and I was super nervous to walk into a dealership and Webb Chevrolet in Farmington took very good care of me. My salesman Neil was super nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. It was a very comfortable environment. They all made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I would absolutely buy from them again. I love my new car!!

Always deeply satisfied with Webb staff for services over the years. Received by designated staff , Niels Schroeder, whom had pleasant personality, felt comfortable discussing our options and processing application. Once approved by Webb & us, Niels assisted with proper procedures up to actual selection of our new vehicle. He even took family for test ride explaining the vehicle operation. Really enjoyed the day and thanks for our new ride.

Damien made our car buying experience as painless as possible. Wait time was greatly reduced because he worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get the deal set in place. The managers were awesome as well. This is the second vehicle purchased at Webb and Damien and the managers have been amazing both times. Will continue to purchase from Webb and Damien!

I had a very poor experience with the AUTOBODY portion of this place. I live two hours away, and this was the closest place that was suggested to me by my insurance company to fix the front of my car. Upfront I paid right under 2k when I got the first initial estimate (in July), and I was told to come back for my appointment, which was fine. I brought my car in August 16th for my appointment, and was told it would be ready by the end of next week. I waited, and the last email I received stated if there were any delays they would call me immediately. I called them and confirmed if I could pick up my car a few days later, since I did not have a ride back down here (because as I mentioned, I live in an entire other state), and was told that was okay. I arrived August 28th to be told my car was not ready and they needed to restart it due to a technician quitting out of the blue. At this point I had already made three trips down here and was getting a bit irritated, but nonetheless, I said okay. A few hours later, I finally got another email saying that my car would be ready September 5th. I spoke with the head manager at this point because I was frustrated, and was assured I had nothing else to worry about and it would be ready by the time I needed to come down for an appointment on September 6th and I would receive a compensation for the lack of communication on their end. My car finally was ready on September 7th. I thought everything was squared away until I found scratches on both sides of my vehicle as well as 14 dents on my passenger side. I know there was three when I took my car in, so I m not sure how it acquired 11 more dents. But at this point I m just so frustrated. I am pregnant, I haven t been able to work or do ANYTHING to get any income due to them having my car for almost an entire month, and I feel really hurt. I do not recommend Webb Chevy for your autobody needs. I would recommend going somewhere else that has better communication and won t cause more havoc to your car. I barely purchased this vehicle in May, and I did not deserve to be walked all over in this situation. I have added photos of the scratches on my vehicle, but I haven t taken photos of all the dents yet because it is now too dark. I just feel really jipped in this situation and do not feel it was fair for me.

Nate was my service advisor. He treated me with compassion and professionalism. He is extremely intelligent, and he communicates very well. The mechanic who worked on my car was identified as EMP #2183 on the invoice. His documentation was phenomenal. It was concise yet thorough. He takes pride in his workmanship, and I greatly appreciate that. I had such an amazing experience with Webb Chevrolet. I look forward to doing business with their wonderful team in the future!

Buying a new car is never an easy thing but with Damien, James and the rest of the Webb Chevrolet group the process was smooth and bearable. I was super stressed and nervous but was reassured that it would all work out. To feel like you are more than just a customer is very rare in the car buying business, and they made me feel like I wasn't just another customer but a friend they were helping. They truly cared and helped tremendously with our purchase. I would recommend them if you are a looking to purchase a vehicle, and be sure to ask for Damien!

I received very poor customer service during my visit for an oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement! I was supposed to be finished within an hour, like I had always been. However, after waiting an hour and forty minutes, I went to customer service and they had not received the ticket yet. I could see my vehicle had the work completed, as it was parked outside. When I went to the service desk, I was told the service person who had our paperwork had gone to lunch and would be back in about 20 minutes. No one offered to help me out, expecting me to continue waiting!!In addition, there was a note to replace the cabin filter, which was not done and when I finally received my paperwork, I was missing the multipoint checks and other paperwork.I was very disappointed with the treatment I received as everyone else that had come in after me was called to say their vehicles were finished, except me.

Dropped off my Silverado for some maintenance and next thing I know I am looking into to buying a newer truck. I purchased my previous vehicle last year at High Country in Aztec and paid way more than I should have thanks to their mark ups. Webb Chevrolet, and sales person Niels Schroeder bent over backwards to find every rebate they could to get me out of my current vehicle, and upgraded to a very well equipped diesel Silverado, with a very similar payment. Thank you I appreciate your help.

Had waited for a purge pump for many months due to GM being on strike. Got here at 8 am, and was done at 9.01. The waiting room has big comfy chairs to sit in. It was so inviting, that I slept. LOL I hope I didn't snore.
