Tried going a couple times for tire rotation/oil change. Everytime, this certain lady gets on the phone and says they don t do tire rotations and oil change in same appt which I know is bull because when I got the tires put on in Oct 2023, there was a lady in front of me who wanted the same two services done in one appointment. They granted it to her. (also important to note they were both Navajo and I am white there is a lot of racism towards white people from Natives here in Farmington )Anyways, after 3 attempts of trying to schedule, I relented and decided to just schedule the tire rotation FOR AN APPOINTMENT (meaning if I show up early or ON TIME, my car would be TAKEN IN AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME) since it would be free and I would take my business for an oil change elsewhere since they don t seem to want to accomadate their customers. I show up 10 mins early for my appt and there s a vehicle parked in front of me. I ask, so that vehicle is after me, correct? Same lady that s been denying me my appt NO, They also have a 4o clock appt and since they showed up before you, it s first come first serve. Excuse me. What? Why did I make the appointment then? I ask how long it s going to take , and she tries beating around the bush, Oh! We just have a car in there now, and then this next truck- I m over it at this point. I ask, HOW. LONG. She says an hour to an hour and a half I strongly feel this may be a racism/prejudice issue (I am gay and white) as she goes above and beyond for people of her own color but won t even allow me to go to my own appointment at the time I scheduled

Nice people but really slow service. They have a tire shop but they won't rotate your tires

I went in to check on tires that we ordered and paid for on Black Friday. We kept getting the runaround, so I politely asked Patricia how long it took for ordered tires to come in, she looked down and gave me the runaround and didn't even look up my boyfriends info. I finally contacted Manager Alex and he gave me info that I needed. Patricia acted like since we ordered a black Friday sale that it would take longer. She has very poor customer service. Don't deal with her.

In a pinch? Pretty much the only reason one should visit. All I needed was a service that was questionable they could perform. I asked the first attendant if he would check my vehicle first before I waited to ensure the service would be performed. Nope! Two hours later the second attendant comes out to tell me nope can't perform the service. Seriously! Not upset about the result, disappointed the first attendant wouldn't take five minutes to look at vehicle. Especially since I asked in advance.Gathered allot of knowledge waiting for two hours confirmed my instinct, visit only if in a pinch.

It's usually busy so often the services takes longer than I would like, but I've come to expect it. Part of the speed issue is that employees are often pulled to ring up customers making non-automotive purchases. Does not take advantage by trying to offer services I do not want/need which I appreciate.

They waited over an hour just to tell me that they CAN'T do the oil change on my car because of it being a newer model. They didn't have the specific tool to open oil cap fixture thing (I'm not good with cars obviously)But I was just trying to quickly get a oil change because my place had a 3 hour wait then I go to Walmart, immediately explain to them that with my car being newer I frequently run into problems such as this & they told me no problem. There was 2 entire bays open with no cars and workers standing around so I figured they would be working on my car pretty quick. After an hour of aimless browsing I get called finally and they tell me,'we don't have the piece to open your oil thing so we can't do it'First off, knowing that they couldn't an hour ago would of been ideal, but we don't live in an ideal world. Then they go on to tell me if I want to loosen it myself that they could work on it. So I quickly call Toyota and they were willing to loosen it so that Walmart could work on it then suddenly it changes to'we refuse to do service'In fear of breaking something and having to pay for it themselves. I can understand this but literal hour 20 min waiting just so they could tell me this was ridiculous

I haven't been here in over a decade. My first and only time cuz I was short on cash. I usually went to a dealership quicklane. My next oil change, the dealership shows and tells me completely wrong filter size on my car.

As usual there was no one at the cashier area, so I touch the keypad for help. After awhile a person shows up and was very rude from the start. He was either incompetent at customer service or he is lazy. I was looking to have tires put on my car but why give to a business that treats customers like this. Sadly it's any Walmart location.

Prices are good. That's about the only positive. Went in last week to have a rotate and balance done on the purchased "lifetime" plan of theirs. I dropped my car off, as I know from past experiences this location often takes at least two hours to perform even basic service. After about an hour and a half, they call me and tell me they can't perform the service due to not being able to find paperwork. I wrap up my lunch and head back over, and get told that the tires on my vehicle are too old for them to work with (5 years). If this is Walmart policy, that's one thing, but if that's the case (what's the real reason, missing paperwork or tire age?), the technicians need to verify ability to service before the customer leaves the store. While asking about the situation, the technician's attitude got worse and worse until I asked and was told that no, I couldn't even pay them to rotate my tires. So much for "lifetime".Last summer, I had my car in for an oil change. The morning after, I noticed I had a leak from the puddle in my driveway. Upon my inspection, I see that the leak is coming from the oil filter, which has never happened before. I take the car back to Walmart to have it fixed, and the service manager was very understanding and had me fixed up and back out the door in some 20 minutes. This was the right way to handle the situation, despite the fact that it shouldn't have happened in the first place.~$50 for lifetime rotation and balance and ~25 for an oil and filter change are pretty good prices. If you're willing to put up with the wait and bs this Walmart is a good choice. However, I'm going to bite the bullet and pay a bit more to not have the wait and the bs somewhere else.UPDATE: I had a few more minutes to look into this and on Walmart's website, the lifetime balance and rotation is FOR THE LIFE OF THE TIRES; nothing about 5 years. I've been lied to, take this as advice to avoid the same thing happening to you.

They take good care of your vehicle despite what everyone else says and for a low price if they could just work on there speed it would be my no. 1 choice for scheduled maintenance. I would appreciate the desk having a cashier for non automotive and a person for automotive payments that would decrease the wait by allot

Worst customer service ever it took them four hours to change the tires and they were not inflated properly. When we called the manager they said we would have to wait another two hours to get it looked at and still charge us for the extra work. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like wasting time and money with people who hold no liability for their improperly done work.

Took a chance of buying tires at Walmart. Bad idea! Service is the bad. Waited over hour just like they said and they still hadn t got to my truck. I had called in earlier to set up a time. If you want service go elsewhere.Never again!

Worst service I ve ever received. I ve been sitting here for over two hours and they haven t even taken my car back. Four people that came in after me have had their cars serviced and left already. When I asked why it was taking so long all I was told is the car they have now will take an hour and then my car will take an hour. That s four hours that I will have sat here. That is ridiculous, especially since I got here this morning after calling to make sure there wouldn t be a long wait time.

I asked about replacing a valve stem, a little bitty valve stem. And was told that they couldn't because of the tire being "damaged". So I had to ask a buddy of mine to see if he could replace it and he did.

Wal-mart on east side sold my sister a defective tire (new) yesterday (8-11-18). Today (8-12-18), she got bubbles on side of her tire. She got road hazard yesterday now they want her to buy another one (road hazard). They should have transfer the one from yesterday because WAL-MART AUTO CENTER sold a defective tire to begin with. Very !!
