Jesse and Orlando saved my hide when it came to a leveling kit issue. I brought my truck in for some new tires and Jesse noticed something wrong with my leveling kit (I had purchased elsewhere). He went into the garage and grabbed Orlando and brought him over. Orlando explained it was installed incorrectly. I purchased another leveling kit from them and the installed my new wheels and tires. Those guys and the rest of the Treadworks crew are top notch and professional. I highly recommend them.

The lady in the front is super rude! (The blonde young lady) She s the first point of contact and without listening to my concern she tried to diagnose the issue. I m so glad the guy behind her, whom usually checks me in, was there as he listened to my concern thoroughly and stated they would check the issue. You need to train the lady for better customer service and compassion. She seems annoyed every time I visit. Every time I come in I hope I get someone else checking me in.

AUTO MAX sent my old truck and new truck to have my expensive tires and rims iput on the new truck and to have a set of tires and to have the factory tires put on the old truck. Was told the the tires and rims wouldn't fit the new truck. So it never got done. Went to basin to see if that was fact. The tires and rims went right on my new truck just had to replace the sensors. Cost me 130 dollars that I shouldn't have to pay cause it was the responsibility of treadworks. Very dissatisfied with them

New to Farmington, noticed that the brakes needed some work and searched for a place in town. Found this place to be reccomended- called- despite being booked up, Orlando found an appt time for me. prompt evaluation near the time he said, called with an assessment and reccomendation- and price. I said go and he had it all done with a couple of additional repairs I requested- and the price seemed fair. (I really wouldnt have complained of a higher price because he literally did the work on short notice and finished on time) I dont know how he got it all done (I checked- all the work he said he did was done) so my experience may not be typical, but my experience warrants this good review- thanks treadworks!

Best place for an alignment by far. Can not compare the experience Treadworks has against anyone else in the 4 corners. Only place that took my car seriously and was concerned for my saftey.

We took our Tacoma to Treadworks in Farmington for a lift and new tires and rims. TJ and Jason were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us in the process of deciding what best aligned with what we were looking for in style, capability, and durability. If you have an offroad rig and want the best, this is THE place to go. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, and some of the best service I've received recently. I drove a little over 2 hours to get to Treadworks on a referral from a friend and I wasn't disappointed. 5 stars all the way. Thanks again Jason, I'll definitely be back!

Yesterday I found out I had a puncture in the sidewall of one of my tires. I called Tread Works, Elaine (cashier) answered the phone. I had questions about different tires, cost, if they were in stock, and how soon I could get them. Jesse and Elaine answered all my questions over the phone, gave me some price quotes and then set me up with an appointment that was convenient for me.It was a pleasure doing business at Treasure Works. We got tires for our vehicle here, Jesse was exceptional in his customer service. The second he heard our names, he remembered us, which is very rare! We were helped and out in less than 30 minutes, I highly recommend Jesse for all your Treadworks needs, he was incredible! Thank you Jesse for making this the easiest process ever!

Such a great place to get all your vehicle needs fixed! The gal who helped me was Liz, she was very kind, respectful and patient when she explained what my tire needs were. She explained in detail and made sure I understood everything. I went in to hopefully get a tire replacement, and unfortunately wasn t able to purchase the tire I needed. They checked everything out for free, and were still very helpful with recommendations for my next step. Great customer service!

Amazing customer service, we were looking for tires and wheels. We asked what we were looking for and got exactly what we wanted. We were 100% satisfied with the fitment and everything. Definitely will bring more vehicles in. Trust them 100% as well. These guys will not try to rip you off. If they don t believe a tire will fit they re gonna let you know.Service: Tires

I went to replace a tire that had been damaged by a pothole only to be told that the warranty wouldn t be covered because 82 percent of the tire was gone. I was told that all four tires needed replaced. They said that I should have had them rotated. I took the car to this establishment several times in the seven months that I had bought the tires to be rotated. I haven t even had this car for a year so I know that the tires that I bought brand new should have made it at least a flipping year. Then they had the nerve to ask me what kind of roads I drive on. San Juan county highway is what I drive on. I definitely will not go get tires at Treadworks again. I feel that they misrepresented the warranty and the quality of the tires that they sell.Service: Tires

Very nice people working here from mechanics to behind the counter. Helpful and willing to break it down to simpler terms for you if you don't know the car slang. They also order in tires when they have the availability from their suppliers. Would recommend this store.

Justin was the sales person I dealt with. He was professional and took care of my needs got my tire mounted when the competition would not mount. It's nice when you can check things off your list. Find good mechanic you can trust to do top quality work at a fair price? CHECK! Thanks folks at Treadworks! I'll be a lifetime customer! I called SEVERAL shops to do my work and all of them wanted to charge me almost double which included work that didn't need to be done. Will use this place for all of my future auto repairs.

Sent my 17 year old daughter in there to get alignment on her car, the told her the tire rods were bad on her car. Wanted to change her $600 for a $60.00 part . Told her to go else where. I hadnt used these guys in a long while due to some issues with previous employees,, and some arguments about an alignment. It had been a while and i decided to slip on in and see about tires for my f550 work truck. These guys on both occasions have gotten me what i needed for my truck, were very professional, and courteous. I replace my tires every 20k miles or so, meaning I need reliability on replacements. This go round with everything that has been going on ordering anything is a disaster. Not only did my tires come in sooner than expected but they got me in the same day even though I showed up super late. The guys took great care in jacking my truck up (it weighs about 18k) and had me back on the road in no time. Thank you so very much guys, ill see you in 20k miles.

Several weeks ago my daughter needed tires and alignment. The good folks at tread works gave us an honest assessment of what was needed and completed the work in a courteous, timely & professional manner. Today as she was driving she heard a strange noise while turning. Called Treadworks (3 p.m.!) hoping, they were able to squeeze her in before a long trip to check out the problem and make sure she was safe. Turned out to be a loose trim piece rubbing against the tire. They corrected the issue, checked wheels & tires and sent her on her way safe & sound. I want to personally thank Daniel and the crew for "treating my daughter like they would their own". His exact words. This is how a reputable business establishes and KEEPS repeat customers. They keep their appointments! No drop it off and we ll get to it when we get to it here. They got the work done in less than an hour and didn t try to sell us anything we didn t need.
