I wanted to have my transmission flushed on my Chrysler Aspen. I called Off again company and they couldn't do it for me. They referred me to Tico's and I had no idea where it was. I called anyway and made an appt. When the time came I used my Google map to help there. Wow the parking there is very limited, was confused on where to park. So I just parked along the building. My dad pulled in too with his truck and had trouble turning it around. Since I was dropping off my SUV. Anyway I went inside and I think I was talking to the boss, he was real nice and knowledgeable and answered my questions. My appt was at 9am but I got there at 8:30am and lucky he was there and took my keys. They called me at 11am saying they were done. I went to get my SUV and the boss showed me some pictures of my pan that it wasn't to bad. My SUV felt smoother driving it. So far my Aspen is driving great. Drove to Phoenix and back. Thanks for a great job. Will be coming back.

Always had a positive experience with Tico. Never got overcharged and the work has always been honest. Best low key place to go if you need a repair.

Took a diesel to Tico a while back. Spent over 6 grand for him to fix it for it to end up the exact same. He s a scam artist. Don t waste time or your hard earned money here, take your business to a professional.

Went in for a diagnostic because my car was dieing out, they said it was the fuel pump. I bought all parts and when they took down the tank they broke a suspension bolt and the housing for the pump (fuel pump housing was gonna be reused), made me pay for the parts they broke and charged me 1300 dollar. picked up my car and the fuel gage was pinned on Empty I thought they must of taken out the gas to lower the tank easier so I went and fueled it up and still on E so I called him and he tried to say that always happened in the process lol (ppl who ever doesnt know about mechanic might believe the thing he tells them) so I tell him he needs to fix it and make it right. (He shouldn t of even let the car leave his shop with a problem he created) He wanted me to order a sensor and the suspension bolts so he wouldn t have to pay for them, but end up making him buy them, also the problem with the car dieing out or not starting continued for the day I had it back. So I take my car back to his shop to get those thing right and a month later I have to call him because I haven t heard from them. He says car is done and I can pick it up. I go over and start my car, while his manager is trying to make me pay AGAIN and in a hurry for me to get out of there (seemed odd) I m sitting in the car waiting for it to warm up and it tells me low coolant level so I ask them for water and it takes 2 gallons to get topped off, and instantly realized it s all coming out of the brand new radiator. I looked under and see the my special radiator braket worth $500 been held with wire . I look at my temperature gage and it was starting to over heat in less then 10min been on, so I shut it off. Tico shows up and and I tell him the problem, again he try s to say the radiator had been leaking since I took it in, proceeds to say he had test driven the car and it had sat there on for 3 hrs and he didn t notice the water dripping. (Probably cause it was all gone already) so I stand there and think 3 hrs without coolant?? I take out the oil dip stick instantly notice burn oil and the top of the stick Is burnt, at the end of the stick metal shavings and bubbles. That told me he over heated it so much he blew my head gasket and water was starting to get into the oil, also the car had been rebuilt 1000miles ago and there was a bunch of blue smokes coming out of the exhaust. I asked for explanation and he would nod his head and no words would come out. I ask him again and seemed like he couldn t talk no more. He had no explanation, so I tell him my car ain t leaving until you repair my engine that is worth 15k that in the 1st place he didn t even know how to work with, calling me and asking me what a procharger in front of the car does at the point I chose to call a towing company and have the car taken to a real mechanic and get on the phone with my lawyer. And that s we re I m at now .... wishing I wouldn t of ever met this people .
