Outstanding Service I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Glass Guy in town for replacing and calibrating my BMW X3 windshield I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and professionalism.From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and assured me that my vehicle was in capable hands. Their knowledge of BMW vehicles was evident, and it gave me confidence that they would be able to handle the job with precision.The replacement and calibration process went smoothly, and the technicians paid great attention to detail. They took the time to explain each step to me, ensuring that I understood what was being done and why it was necessary. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was truly commendable.Moreover, the certified service center utilized state-of-the-art equipment which further boosted my confidence in their abilities. I will definitely be returning to them for any future rock chip or windshield replacement needs.They also worked with my insurance which I had no idea my insurance covered the replacement if it wasn t for star educating me on that I would ve paid over $1300. I can not say enough great things about this place! Such nice people. After a terrible experience at another place, we called them and they were able to get me in first thing to replace my windshield. And saved me some money. Great people, work and pricing! Thank you!

I highly recommend them! he did an awesome work and it was a quick fix and I am so glad I got my window done by them because they were nice and I went in at 9 o clock which it was a busy which was great and he got me done within 15-20 minutes tops and he did an awesome work so thank you and keep up the great work

Called Alfredo and asked him if I could get a windshield put in my towtruck. The truck is older so i was expecting him to say he would have to order it but surprisingly he had one in stock. In and out in about an hour. Great company with reasonable prices

Best Auto Glass service shop in town. Now with Sun Glass closing and Safelite trying to rip people off with $180 rock chip repair this is your go to shop. They are fast, friendly and professional. I was there first thing on a Monday morning and they had 2 customer walk in and they gladly said they could replace there windshields without making an appointment that day.Service: Auto windshield repair

Was awesome! Very helpful with getting our window repaired. Very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend The Glass Guy in Farmington NM. They are a family owned business that answers the phone when you call in. They were a ray of sunshine when our Jeep was broken into on our way to Utah for vacation. Owner called around to make they could get the window, had it delivered and put in the next day. Thank you for getting us back on the road. True blessing!Service: Auto side window replacement

When making your decision on which business to choose, keep in mind the idea of choosing local businesses. With that, the Glass Guy in my opinion went above and beyond in customer service and pricing. I only have the local corporate company to compare to so the following is what I noticed.1. Answered the phone2. Quick quotes3. Very friendly and welcoming4. Offering alternative solutions5. Accommodating to my busy life6. Quick service6. I went to Safelite they wanted to charge me 467.00 for driver side window The glass guys charged 250.00 the best prices in town if you don't want taken advantage of come see the Glass guys you won't be disappointed excellent customer service 10 stars for sure

This place gave me a very affordable price that was almost 200 less than the other places I called. The installed my windshield within an hour. They were courteous and kind, with my toddler turning on cartoons for him while we waited. I will definitely use them again for all my glass needs.

I decided to try these guys based on their Google reviews. Their pricing was comparable to anywhere. I must say though . The customer service was excellent, they were fast, and the quality of work they did was great as well. I had my windshield replaced and they got me in the same day I called and had my windshield in stock. I waited 45 minutes total to have that done. I wouldn t hesitate to go them again. Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had to replace my windshield about a month ago due to a rock chip that spread and then unfortunately today I got hit with a large rock that left a large star. I called them and they got me right in. They advised me they weren t sure it could be repaired but they would try. I would highly recommend them as they are very kind and thoughtful. Very nice people Also love that they are a local family owned and I believe we should support these businesses any chance we can.

I went in to get an estimate and panned to make an appointment. They offered to replace my windshield and had it out within the hour. The work is amazing and the price was lower than what I had quoted from the big chain wind repair companies. Excellent service!!!

Initially is trying to replace my wind shield with safe lite since they are nationwide, but they are kind of back up in work, so I try this glass guy. They replace my windshield very quick with after market stuff. The price point is actually very competitive and as far as the work, I be honest this is the first time I replace my wind shield so I can't tell what is good work, but from my novice eye, this guy did a very good job, I can't find anything to criticize the work this guy did! My only worry is the windshield is an after market stuff, only time will tell if this after market stuff is as good as the OEM.

Hands down the absolute BEST prices in the ENTIRE AREA!!! They couldn t find my windshield locally so they ordered from Albuquerque which was there the very next day. Went in and it was done in less than 20 minutes!!! Very polite and kind. He even gave me a few bucks off when I had credit card issues I recommend this place to EVERYONE. Best glass business in town.
