Fantastic service team. Came in 20 mins before closing. The young guy and service manager stayed late to change the flat and even gave me a used tire. These guys rock.

Waited a couple of weeks to break in my new tires to write this review.. Everything is working great. This is by far the most professional experience I ve had with any shop in town. Terrance was extremely helpful and informative. Bret and Damien stayed after hours to knock out the install. Everyone really went the extra mile it was very impressive. If you re looking for top notch work from quality people for a reasonable price, this is the place to be.

Nice store even better people working there. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable and if they didn t have an answer for me they worked together as a team to find it. Good sales team and great parts and service staff as well. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone!

Great place to do business! One of the few dealerships that don't charge an arm and a leg for dealership fees. I drove 4 hours to avoid my local dealership, so that says a lot about this business.

I don't know how or why, but this shop had not 1... but 2 rebel 1100s for sale. Very high demand bikes and they had them for months. This place is a gem, staff were super friendly and they had a great selection.

Riding through Farmington on my KLR650 on a multi day trip and my chain broke. It was Saturday morning and I was hundreds of miles from home and solo. I googled kawi dealers and called and asked if there was anyway they could help me out and do it ASAP. I explained my situation and the nice guy said hold on. He went and found a tech who would squeeze me in. Being new to chain bikes I had no clue what the cost would be but I wanted to be on the road so I was going to pay what they asked. They explained to me the shop rate was $95/ hour and the job would bill out at about an hour. I brought the bike over and the tech was super helpful and the person at the desk was so cool to talk to. He is from Brooklyn , I don t remember his name but he made me feel welcome. My KLR is old and in rough shape. When they brought the bike around to me the tech pointed out some safety things to me. He even installed a cotter pin for me on my rear axle nut free and without asking. It s a simple thing but attention to detail. Previously I had lost mine. The price was spot on and the service was timely. I feel so much gratitude for this shop that I told them I d write a stellar review. They saved me a hotel fee and got me back home two days sooner since they are closed on that Sunday. So many people write negative reviews (me too sometimes) that I feel impelled to write now for a business that went above and beyond and took care of me. They were my miracle workers. Thank you!!!

I called that morning about a basic rear tire install, promptly gave me a price estimate and an approximate time of completion after the drop-off. I drop off my bike and tire, hour later done. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. These awesome dudes also lubed up my chain, adjusted the break and now it's hella good, just overall AMAZING service and fantastic completion time. Bet I'm coming back here for my service needs on my bike whenever possible.

They do great work and get stuff done right the first time and in a quick period of time...the owner and service manager Brett are both great guys and want nothing more than to make you happy...my only issue is make sure you get a written estimate because what i was quoted vs what i had to pay was double the amount and make sure you look over what work is written because i had told them i did not want a oil change and my wife also told the tech the same but they did it anyway and was charged double what it would have cost me to do it myself...i learned my lesson but i will go back do to the owner being a great and honest man and the work being done right

We have been coming here doing business with these nice folk for 10 years... They have reliable ATV's... We have at the moment & love our four wheeler, and our son loves his dirt bike... They have fixed some things for us as well, & always provide quality work... We highly recommend coming here for your fun outdoor needs/wants!

Had warranty work done on my Zeroand the mechanic Bret lied to me the whole time, first he told me he didn t have anyone available to work on it, when I was already told by a salesperson when I showed up, that Bret was the only one qualified that could do the work, after I dropped off the bike I went to the bank and Bret rode buy on my bike and I could see that it still wasn t fixed. I went back to the dealership and asked where he was they told me he went for shop supplies, when he got back I asked why it wasn t being worked on and he said he just got freed up, it took him maybe 5min to put the new part on then it just sat back in the shop on the charger ( I think to hide the fact he was gone for 30min )I had to corner him and ask if it was done, surprised he says ohh yes, I have it on the charger after my test ride so I went into the shop then pushed my bike to my truck, got a ramp out of the shop and loaded it myself, the whole time Bret was nowhere to be found actually I never saw him again, I went back inside to get some sort of receipt for the work that was done. They were very helpful to take my money when I bought the bike but when it comes to doing warranty work it was very different. Will never do business with them again and will be calling Zero directly to let them know how they are being represented. Beware stay away from this dealership!!

I highly recommend you avoid this dealership. I purchased a TRX400X in October 2015. The throttle cable has been sticking since day one. They also delivered it with a low oil level. My two attempts to have the throttle issue resolved resulted in nightmarish experiences. Sun Country service personnel could not find the problem and tried to charge me $100. On the low oil issue, well, they over filled it and lost the dipstick o-ring. I had to buy another out of pocket. I returned it again weeks later for the throttle cable issue only to be met with degrading comments from the service staff. Dave Long, the general manager, stated that I must have left the choke on??? Dave Long also manages the Durango Colorado dealership. Perhaps one should avoid them as well. I made a call to Honda Corporate. They are facilitating the needed repair through another dealer.

Good prices and nice selection when they have products. However the service here is pricey. I pay more for an oil change on my dirt bikes than I do my truck.

I was treated, and communicated to like I was clinically diagnosed as mentally retarded. After a brief misunderstanding(I can go into detail if you're interested), the "finance" lady looked at me as If I'd murdered her first born child. The entire experience was strange, and extremely rude.

HiI bought my honda shadow at this place. I went back for a small minor repair for a broken turn signal bracket that could be easily welded together, but was told that there was nothing that can be done, that it was going to be expenisive and that it was going to cost $85.00, or to go somewhere for the minor repair and suggest going somewhere for minor repair services. I went to another place and they fixed it for $ 8.00 and it works great.

I have long wanted to join the motorcycle world and have recently decided to take the plunge. I have poked around at different places to see what is out there and still didn't have a clue what I wanted. Yesterday I went to Sun Country Powersports and am so glad I did. Dominic and Dave were very patient and helpful in explaining the different bikes and safety equipment to me. Dominic seemed genuinely concerned about safety and in making sure I got the right bike for me. He encouraged me to just get the helmet and gloves yesterday, and to come back and pick out a bike after I take the Rider Safety Course. That shows me he is cares about his customers and is not just out to make a quick buck. Thank you Dominic and Dave. I am so looking forward to getting my first motorcycle from Sun Country Powersports!
