Rudest customer service, I get yelled at for parking the wrong way. So very unprofessional of this Person This morning. I would recommend another place, he isn t the kindest person to speak with so aggressive and harsh.

Terrible. Installation was not done correctly, my steering wheel column wasn t even put back together correctly. Equipment malfunctioned leaving my car stranded at home. The First Gentleman was welcoming and friendly. The installation guy was so unbelievably unprofessional and rude. My first visit he was condescending and abrasive. I let it go, people have bad days whatever. Then my second visit he talked down to me in a manner that would not fly in any other professional setting. After the two run ins with the installation guy, when the equipment failed to operate. I decided to take my business else where. I took my car to alcolock on 20th street. Modern equipment that s wireless and not outdated by 10-15 years. Al took great care of me and I have not had any issues with his company or the customer service. They indicated at Smart start that it was my cars fault. After changing an alternator and a battery, it was completely the failing equipment. Who knows it could have been the installation quality. If his attitude and demeanor are any indicator on his quality of work. Save your self the time the stress and RUN don t walk away from this business. All of this headache time and money wasted in the course of a month. AlcoLock has been 10/10.

Costumer service is awful when Mike isn t there, the installer guy is so unprofessional and very uncomfortable to talk too, so aggressive when he talks to you. Won t go there when Mike isn t there, he s more professional than the other guy.

Worst customer service ever!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Friend of mine got paid went at 450 pm, the workers got angry, complained about customers. Then threw the mouthpiece out at him when finished. Made me very angry as I was not the customer. But I say go elsewhere.

The tech has no customer service skill what so ever. If you want to feel judged and have no respect treated towards you this is the shop for you. Many other places to go so I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone.
