Robert and his auto shop turned a potential disaster into a great memory. We had car trouble coming into town, towing our camper. They not only diagnosed the problem, but we re able to fix it the next day. They helped tow our camper to an RV park, and picked us up when the truck was done. Honest work, good price, incredible people and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Robert!

So far I have had nothing but respect from everyone one at 505. Jess is so understanding and helpful. It is hard to find a honest mechanic, especially being a woman, but this place is it, for real. Honest and so helpful. Jess walked me through everything that was happening and kept me up to date. Definitely recommend! Thanks to everyone one who helped me at 505.

Robert Waipa knows diesels. Our 2000 F250 truck broke down west of Four Corners Monument AZ and we were towed to Rocky Mesa Auto in NM. Robert correctly diagnosed our problem (fuel delivery), repaired the issue and improved performance. Service was timely and well priced.

On our way to Washington State for vacation our truck was having issues just outside of Farmington. We were able to make it into town and luckily Robert was able to get us in for service. He fixed us up and had us on our way same day. He was very knowledgeable about diesel trucks and offered an option that would help with performance and fuel economy in the future. We are very grateful to him and the excellent service his business provided.

I broke down with my father, we were driving from Idaho to Louisiana. The fact that we ended up here was a God send. Him and his team replaced a motor and got us back on the road in less than a week. They are reliable and trustworthy!!! Thank you!!!! P.S. the review below me had a different problem than what was previously fixed. I was there when it happened. The people refused to understand that the problem was with a different part and not the one that they paid for.

Traveling thru New Mexico toward Colorado. Had the Ford F-250 particulate filter exhaust problem that will reduce your power and ruin your trip. This happened with 120k miles on the XLT diesel power stroke 6.7l. Only fix is replace. The only problem is that Ford do not have parts and won t take you in a pinch. Robert at Rocky Mesa not only got the Ford parts, he gave us his shop truck as a loaner for the next day to save our vacation. Super people, courteous as they can be. Got a professional job! We took our truck to Rocky mesa/ spencers auto clinic in Farmington. We called and spoke to Robert he said no problem we diagnose. IT IS 90.$ an hour HE STATED I WILL DO IT IN ONE HOUR.. he called and said he found metal shavings in the engine. We needed rebuild or new engine.he said he wanted to show us. After this findings he said he tested more things. Why not sure? We picked up and our bill was 340.99 WOW we said what about the 90.00 And what about your word being TRUTHFUL . WE PAID IT and the paper work doesnt even match what he said he did .. no truth in any of it .. be careful .. i wanted to give them no stars i felt ripped off.

Broke down was towed here Robert the owner fixed our desiel truck blew 2 coolant hoses. He even came and picked us up at the RV Park Thanks Robert for all your help

Took my truck to them because it was burning oil. They said they fixed it I paid them brought it home and it's worse than when I took it in. I called them I tell them and they tell me that they will fix it again if I pay more money. Worst place ever I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
