I ordered a part on Friday about noon. Told me it would arrive Monday about 10:30 am. I went to Roberts about 10:05 am. Part was there and parts guy helped me attach pieces to hold it in place with bolts, washers, & necessary nuts. He even carried my case of Howells fuel treatment to the truck, while I carried the battery box cover. ALL of the people were NICE. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I could have.

Our owner broke down late one evening just outside Farmington. Roberts was able to arrange towing to their location. The next day they were able to diagnose the problem(rear end gears). Unfortunately, the parts took a couple days to arrive, but they kept us in the loop the whole time and were beyond professional. Thank you to Dean and the crew for caring for our truck. Highly recommended.

Roberts is hands down the best services around and Mr. Chad Smith is the icing on the cake. He's Envirotechs go to man when we need anything at all. From getting us simple parts, to going through complicated diagrams making sure we get the right parts for any job at hand! Can't thank you enough Chad for making our lives easier and going above and beyond.

OMG, God bless Dave! Our motorhome broke down nearby with a coolant leak. It was a Sat evening so nothing would be open until Monday. we were desperate to get to FL for our house closing. Dave happened to be going to a store nearby and stopped by to see if we needed help. A couple of hours, a lot of dirty clothes, and great effort by him got us on our way! If he s willing to do this on his day off, I wouldn t hesitate to go to his shop! Thank you Dave!

Working with Robert's parts depth has been easy due to Chad smith's knowledge of the parts I need to maintain my fleet. I highly recommend using Robert's in Farmington because they always have what you need and deliver it in a timely manner

I never have problems with our outside sales rep from Roberts International in Farmington New Mexico. He always shows up to check on things and ask if I need anything and he is always pleasant and willing to do what it takes to help.

Can't believe they could fix it! Awesome job. My truck was struck by lightning , it fried the all the electronics in the truck and blew out the driver side window all while driving on the 40 in AZ MM349.

It is a heavy machinery repair shop. We had our International semi repaired there.The people there are awesome, respectful, funny and helpful.
