So happy I found this shop! It is run by very kind and genuine people who did a great job on my car and had it finished even faster than I had expected. I was able to bring my own parts (which saved me quite a bit) and Martin specifically took the time to speak with me (a few times) to make sure I was buying the right thing. They never tried to up-sell me and stuck to the amount I was quoted. I called Rick's auto the day before I drove from Albuquerque to Farmington (a 3 hour drive) to see if I could have them do an inspection and compression test on a used car I was going out there to see. They said they would be open, and I didn't need an appointment, just walk in. I go the the car lot, get the used car I want them to inspect, and drive to their location around noon. The building was dark and the door was locked. Not very professional to say you're gonna be there and not be there after all. I had even explained my situation (coming from ABQ). Needless to say I didn't get the car inspected, nor did I buy it because I was relying on the results of the inspection. Thanks a lot for nothing, Rick!

I Love this shop! They truly are an honest mechanic shop. I took several of my vehicles to other shops, but they couldn't fix them. But when I took my impossible fix to Ricks, they found the problem and fixed it right. This is the ONLY shop I'll take my vehicles to. These guys know their stuff!
