Got pre-approved online, spent time looking for best tires to fit our car and needs. Drove 20 miles to the store, to find out they don't carry it and can't order any. Do to closing store. Next closet store is 100 miles in one direction or 180 in the other.Wasted a good portion of my only day off. Still didn't get the tires.Fortunately they send me emails. Letting me know I'm still pre-approved and can come in anytime , even though local store is out of business.

I have purchased 5 sets of wheels and tires from here. Never a problem until now. They charge your card whenever they want. They still cant get the sensers to work at all. Two weeks ago I owed 300 dollars. Now its almost 900 dollars. I pay double payments every week. What manager???? I will not spend another dime here including my fleet vehicles. You

It was a confusing moment when I got here. Explaining my service that needs done on my truck tires. But it was resolved to a good assistant worker. Teamwork is what it took to make this service come out perfect

I would give this establishment no stars if possible. My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers for roughly 5 years now, paid off several sets of tires and rims. The one time we returned a set of tires and rims, we were charged for a damaged tire, which was reasonable but the treatment after we returned it and paid our fees was ridiculous. We still have an open account on a set of tires and rims and they refuse to re-service my tires because they claim that we haven't paid our bill on the tires we returned. We have the reciept.

Had a great experience with these folks, got me some good looking rims and tires that make my truck stand out. I'm going to have to get another set for my 3500 when i pay off these on my 1500. Thanks guys.

I would not recommend getting tires or wheels from here. A new set of tires go for $600 roughly. Going through RentAWheel they ll charge a lot for leasing tires, twice the price maybe triple. they ll set you up with road hazard. But when you need to use that ROAD HAZARD liability they say you were not covered just so they can make more money off you again. The managers Chris & Pat are awful.

Decided to get some rims and new tires for my vehicle everything went so smooth through the paper work process. UNTIL after I got the wheels installed I drove home and noticed car was shaking going highway speeds no problem called the next day and told them about the condition they told me to bring it back to get wheels rebalanced took it back and drove the next day still shaking. I doubt they looked at it because I took my vehicle to delta tires and got wheel alignment and tire balance now my car is running smoothly. Will be my last time conducting business with Rent a Wheel.

I don t recommend this place I ve had nothing but problems with this company running my card when they want to and no communication and don t take responsibility for their mistakes. I don t ever want to do business with this company again.

I wouldn't not recommend this franchise to anyone. They are locally owned. But have zero customer service, no respect. Was in need of wheels for work vehicle. I got the wheels 2weeks behind I fell back behind on payments. I had the money to pay it up, the repo man at my front do demanded wheels, I told him I got cash but he demanded the wheels, so I gave them the wheels, they left my car on blocks. In the beginning I was told I had road hazard, but when I ran over a nail. They told me i don't have road hazard and demanded that since I don't have it. They charged my account for another tire. Ugh. Tired of these people. Glad I don't hear from them anymore.

My mother broke down this morning on her way to work and asked front desk if she could use her phone to call someone to pick her up. She called me, but I did not answer so she asked if she could make another call and the lady said she would have to ask her manager and the manager said no. My mom is 65 years old and it was very cold outside not to mention the wind was blowing. This place is not where you want to go if you break down..

Came here to look at tires and every worker here said theyd be with us and then ended up not helping us. We went around the whole store atleast 5 times waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to help us. Finally got our tires picked out and made an appt to come in today at 6 to get them installed. Well got a call from Sams Club and called Rent a wheel saying we may be a little late to which they said ok. We hurried and walked in and was only 5 minutes late. Upon entering the store there was no workers on the floor and a few people walking around looking at tires and rims. We approached the counter and waited again for like 10 minutes waiting to get the workers to notice us and come out. When the woman came out she didnt say anything to us as she walked to her computer. She finally says ok they are running a little behind go ahead and wait and theyll get to you. WHAT--she could have asked how we are or said hello or even welcome to Rent a wheel but nope nothing. I mean honestly how hard it is to notice cutomers and say hello. Ugh done w this place. Leaving now and all the workers are sitting in the office. They just missed out on getting $1,200+ from us. Would not recommend this place to friends or family. We are taking our business somewhere else.

They have good selections of tires and rims.. but I had take my truck back a few times before they fixed it.. my truck was shaking bad after I left. I called and they stated keep driving it .. it will balance out it self.. what? I took it back 2 days later .. it s ok still shakes a lil.. I took my car over there ... I got nice rims and tires but going throu the same thing... my car shakes and they said that was on me to bring it back.. ugh!!!!! I have to travel 100 miles to do this!!!! I m here at delta tires in grants... rent a wheel never did a balance on my car.. I ended up getting it balanced and getting hob rings so my tire can fit just right... rent a wheel .. all the do is slap a tire on just so they can get paid.. be careful guys.. before purchasing from rent a wheel.. go else where!!

I'm very satisfied with their service.. The sales person.. Shelley was very helpful and knowledgeable... Definitely love the 90 days same as cash!! I totally recommend them...

Internet says they close at 6p Saturdays. Called 445p said I was on my way. 520p and got told they're closed! Why wouldwou the person on the phone say we close at 5p if they changed hrs?!?

To expansive I would rather go to discount tire and pay a lesser price for the same style of tire and rims or order it online

Don t trust the tire techs. They aired all my tires at different amounts that were not even close to the correct PSI
