Overall they did a phenomenal job on my F250. There's was no appointment needed for the estimate. He did the estimate and got me in a couple of weeks later. It took less than two weeks for them to have the truck completed, and they did a wonderful job. I could not be happier. Great price, great service, and great people. They are now our body shop of choice!

Worth the wait! Trustworthy! I took it in for an insurance claim where someone hit me. I asked for a separate quote where I had backed into something. He could have fixed something that wasn't needed and charged me, but he told me it wasn't necessary! I will always use them. They did great work and communication was good.

One of the most disgusting body shops in Farmington NM to deal with! First thing they did when we took our car in was bad mouth our Insurance company. They set up a appointment to have our car fixed and had already received our check from the insurance company. They cancelled our appointment and pushed it back from September to October. The old man who is supposedly the owner does not know what he s doing! Worked up an estimate and changed to a higher estimate because he missed looking at part of the car. Do I really want someone like this pricing my estimate when he overlooks part of the car? The whole office staff is so not customer friendly. There is one lady there that is so friendly its fake but the rest need some customer service lessons! By the way USAA went out of their way to help us! We had our rental for well over a month and they paid every penny! The estimate the old man gave us was not even enough to repair the car. During the time I was at his office he spent it trying to convince me that he was an honest man and their shop did great work! I will never know the kind of work they do because they will never touch any of my vehicles. USAA paid every penny for my repairs and the old man said they will never pay . Even though he had a check in hand for more than his estimate. The total repairs were even more than his estimate and USAA paid every penny! The old man even told me they would not pay for a rental over 30 days! Well they did and it was well over 30 days! My suggestion to RL s auto body, the old man and the rest of their office staff, do your research before you bad mouth a company! It really reflects on you and really is a bad look! Kudos to USAA a wonderful company and to Webb Chevrolet for the awesome repair work! Y all have my business and word of mouth goes a long way!

Disappointed, had made an appointment back in November for Jan 31st. When it was coming up I called to get info. Their excuse was they tried calling me 6 times. My voice-mail wasn't set up. Which is not true. So I'm taking my vehicle somewhere. Not gonna wait till April 4th to get my vehicle fixed. But the owner is cool as heck. We had a conversation. I don't blame him for what happened.

Do not recommend. Does not deserve any stars. The old man that helped me was suppose to inspect my vehicle s alignment issue. He used a tire card to check my alignment, and bragged about I fight for my customers. He did not want to listen to what I had to say about my experience with being told why the inner tire was wearing down, by my brother and where I bought the tires, discount tire. He did not take off the tire. He did a test drive and was suppose to listen to a sound I been hearing more and more, he said he heard nothing. But when I left a-1 the radio wasn t turned off and still at the same sound level, he didn t care. I explained all this to my insurance provider, he said to take it somewhere else, and they will reimburse me for an alignment. I said okay. That s all I needed. Because the prior collision center did not do an alignment. And I have 4 brand new tires waiting to get put on. Not helpful and lazy. Service was less than ideal. Owner was friendly and liked to chat until I asked why it took 40min longer to get my car than I was originally told. At which point he became very rude and I was told not to come back.

Brought me 15' Jeep Grand Cherokee here. They replaced the front quarter panel and matched the paint VERY VERY WELL! Came back a second time for my 17' Civic SI and they went above and beyond for damaged underbody parts. Many parts were OEM. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and treat you like they've known you for years. They're very professional with their customer service as well.

I came here for insurance work on my car/small suv and I swear the staff are so friendly and helped me get the most out of money. They did not take advantage of me or price gouge me. Mind you I visited during covid and they made me feel completely safe. I highly HIGHLY recommend others to come and get body work done here. I definitely will be coming here for all my work from now on.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommend! We took out tacoma here because we backed into the garage, then I recommend a family member that had hail damage on their F150. They will fight the insurance company for you! I just got in a accident and will definitely have my tahoe repaired by them....my mom just got sided swip and recommend her too. Lovely family owned business and their dogs are a plus!! This place is awesome, they went out of their way to help get me back on the road quickly. Family owned and everyone is very friendly. Without being asked the technician went out of his way and checked components related to what he was fixing. Highly recommended. Fairly priced for great work.

I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, over priced, they will call you and tell you. They need additional parts and keeping driving the price up. Most of the bolts they used to hold the new part in was loose. Not all bolts were tight. I had to double check when I brought the vehicle home. Never again. I'd rather have some professional do my maintenance on my vehicle. The owners are completely snobby and disrespectful. Family owned I assume.

I've had to take several cars here over the past decade and half and they have consistently done amazing work at a reasonable price and very promptly. They've gone out of their way to work with out insurance when needed and really gone above and beyond on service. No one ever wants to have to get car body work done - but if you have this - this is far and away the spot spot in Farmington to have it done.

Okay so I was in my first accident on 12/12/17. And I have to say that everyone was very friendly and helpful and was able to explain to me the process of what will happen as I get my vehicle fixed and the ability to get a estimate on the damage to my car. All the information they explain was very helpful especially this being my first accident and I can defiantly say I will trust these guys with my vehicle and the process of getting it to factory fixed.

After dealing with Star Collision, I highly recommend RL's to anyone who needs their car body repaired. He has repaired my car on several different occasions and I have never had an issue after picking up my car. If I had questions, he always encouraged me to come back in. If there was an issue with the insurance company, he was my advocate. None of this happened with Star Collision. With Star Collision, I felt like I had to defend myself with Progressive (not my own insurance company) to get my car repaired when the accident was no fault of my own. I am sorry I went with Star Collision this time, worst decision I have ever made and i highly regret it. It may take some time to get into RL's but trust me, it is well worth the wait. Go with RL's!

Just got our "Beast" (our truck) back today! Thank you all for your hard work at making our truck look great again. For any future problems that need fixed on our truck we will definitely take it back to you guys!! Highly recommend people whos vehicle(s) needs fixed to bring it here. RL explained everything to us about our truck and showed us pics they had taken to how it looks now. WOW!
