They used to be quick, but ever since they stopped allowing owners to sit in their vehicles during service, the wait time has slowed to an almost unbearable crawl. Expect your vehicle to be there for a minimum of two hours, even if there is only a couple of cars present. The last couple of times I went took about four hours. Both on days with short lines (about 6 vehicles including mine). It's really disappointing considering that a couple of years ago the same work would be done in 15 to 30 minutes. The service itself still seems good. But I absolutely dread coming here and wasting half of my day. Really wish they'd get it together and get back to doing things the way they used to.

This is the second time something they messed up or they didn't properly installed. First they bent my skid plate during an oil change and they took forever to get it ordered. When they finally put it back on they used all different bolts to put back on. Today they didn't properly put my hub cap back on and it's missing!! It never fell off before until I got the tire rotation here! Now they are saying they can't do anything about it if they didn't properly install it. I thought I try this place to get a simple tire rotation. It's a 6 hour round trip!!

INSANE!! haha.. we arrived at 7 pm.. was like 9 vehicles ahead of us.. honey says.. we should have picked up something to eat n fuel. So we left got some grub from Clancy's BEST burgers!! n then fuel.. came back about 7:45-8? Got in line again, we were the 6th vehicle.. waited, waited,,,,,, waited some more. The car finally got driven for oil change at 10 pm, 10 pm..They stay open for oil change up till MIDNIGHT, so awesome.. true we tired, n have to work early in thee AM, but was very convenient for us working ppls.. Good experience, overall.. looking forward to getting home get a few hours sleep n drag myself into work,, haha.. be safe everyone

Pulled up for a oil change around 8:20pm. Bay doors closed but the sign said open till midnight. Walked inside to see if they were open. Like 7 guys just hanging around. One sitting at the desk looking at his phone. Not one of them paying any attention to me walking in.. Waiting 5 mins I then asked "if they're open". They responded yes! I got to wait for the advisor. They went back to ignoring me . Waited another 5 mins. "Asked when will your advisor be back"? . They said "I don't know. He's some where inside". No caring how long I been standing there.. Idk what happen to their advisor, but if you're going to step away from the desk for that long put someone to over see your department, till you get back about another 5 mins goes by of me waiting. Finally one guy took it apon himself to try and take down my information. I have bought 3 vehicles and ave always took my vehicle to zimes and NEVER had a problem with them till now.

It s frustrating that this is the 2nd time I ve been here and still waiting. Not a quick lane at all. Should rename it to the Endless wait lane. Might be ok if I was the kind of person who just drops off her Mustang, with the keys in her, and then leave her there all day. But I will not leave my car. Told the wait was 1.5-2 hours. Been here 2.5 hours and I was 4th in line. She is still not in .3.5 hours ..Service: Oil change

I had the most pleasant experience with the service. An associate by the name o Sherri, had the most professional customer service skills. Very polite, efficient and punctual. She called me when said she would. My great big Texas salute to her. She made service experience so trustworthy. Ive never had this experience anywhere. I highly recommend Ziems for any service on your vehicle. Yay! Sherri is now my hero. They had my vehicle running the same day they checked. I'm so thrilled and pleased. Give this lady a raise. Again, thank you Ziems Ford employee s.

Came here to have my parents F150 serviced and specifically asked them to look at the tires as they were looking pretty bad, sidewalls peeling and sun rotted. I was planning on driving the truck all the way back to WA and wanted to be sure it was safe. I was told they would message me when the truck was ready and it would be a couple hours. Two hours later I had not heard anything. I walked back and they said- "oh its been done a while. Didn't realize our message system wasn't working." When I asked about the condition of the tires the hadn't even looked at them. The technician walked out with me to the truck and I told him I was planning on a 1500 mile road trip to WA. He said he thought they were fine. I trusted him and left. In the next few days a family friend took a look at the tires and said that he would not feel comfortable with me taking them on a long trip, over mountain passes with major changes in elevation and conditions. He showed me where there was cracking between the treads, and cracking around the rim deep enough to put my nail in. The tires were also manufactured in 2008 same as the truck. We went to another shop and they showed me stats on degradation of tires over the years and even if the tread is deep the integrity of the tire is compromised. My parents have been faithful customers of Ziems for 30+ years, always had their vehicles purchased and worked on here. Another shop got my $800 for new tires and my trust and safety assured by another shop.

Took car in on 4/2 for oil change. Service staff broke a part during the process and glued it back together to get my by until the replacement part came in. Was assured the part would be in and someone would call. I have yet to hear from anyone at Ziems. I have called 3 times and no body seems to know anything about this mystery part much less cares to rectify the issue. Customer service is hit or miss and very frustratingService: Oil change

Took my wifes car into the Quick Lane a month or so back during their night hours. I didnt like my service it seems like all the guys on the top half would rather do is talk then focus on their job which is making sure my wifes vehicle was done properly. The guy under my wifes car was throwing calls out and the guy laughing and talking drowned him out. Which made me concerned if my wifes car was being properly worked on. I will never return to the quick lane, because this is not the first time I have witnessed it happening with my wife and children's vehicles. I kept going back during the day not to bad, took during late night hours hoping it would have gotten better, nope. Happened during my sister service as well she is now at high country getting her ford f150 services there. I dont know where I will go but I sure hope i get a professional service.

Jason and the guys down there took really good care of us and went above and beyond what they had to do! Went in for a tire repair and left with a brand new tire at zero cost to me. They really didn't have to do that and it just goes to show the kind of service you can expect from here!! I will always go back!!! Thank you Jason for your help!

I was just there. And I always put a blanket over my seat in the back, got home and realized that they lifted the blanket and moved everything around. Nothing was stolen but they were definitely looking. If I m getting my oil changed their is absolutely no reason for them to be in my back seat. I m livid and will be calling about this experience.

Quicklane was the best location I've ever been too. I travel all over the USA pulling a 5th wheel trailer with my F450 so I've been to dozens. I was impressed. Quick and very thorough...

Jeremiah is a great manager took care of my vehicle better than anyone else in town would have. Not even a Ford. I would recommend to anyone for excellent service.

They are generally pretty quick with oil changes, friendly and are making sure their employees and customers are safe. Even when there are long lines they move pretty quickly.

Good place for oil change. Any vehicle not just Ford. Open till midnight, that's a huge plus.
