Super awesome service. They did my Bronco and it turned out great! Sounds much better than stock at a great price! Great people and very professional. I will bringing in my next vehicle and am looking into other service's they provide.

The owner is a scammer that lies to get more money. Very sad. I can't believe he stood right in front of me with a straight face while clearly lying. You are better off anywhere else. He sold me two kicker subs that were not the correct match for my amp according to kicker, then he lied about it

They did awesome on my truck at a cheaper price than their competitors. They scheduled an appointment the very next day and completed the work in a timely fashion even though they were BUSY. Great service great people and they kept their word on everything I requested. Will definitely be using them in the future

Scott and his team are professional and knowledgeable ,they do quality work with quality products.Their costs are competitive and I recomend them.I took my daughters infinity G37 to them for a remote start and they did quality work .Everything was tight and straight , body lines and trim are out back together perfectly.

So this was the year the kids were getting stereos in their cars for Christmas. What else do you get a 21 and a 23 year-old kid, a car stereo . Scott and the guys at Paradise Village were amazing Far exceeded my expectations and the kids absolutely loved them. I couldn t asked for a better experience. Thanks to the guys, especially Scott. He took his time to go outside to explain everything and demo the new stereos and the speakers well done. These guys know stereos and their workmanship is excellent. I shopped around and Scott beat everyone s price.

There prices are outrageous, you literally get the same stereo for have the cost on Amazon. There dishonest about what came with the radio, they said it didn't come with front cover to the stereo, you would have to pay separately. Your better off going to McCain Moblie audio.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SCOTT H THE BUSINESS OWNER. For a focal system he had quoted me 5500 6000$ that was with speakers and subwoofer and DSP audio system. For the exact same system, called down an Albuquerque, I got quoted 4000 to 4500 for the exact same system for less. I signed up a quick cash loan payback in 90 days with him on spot with acima. Because how Much less the quotes I got I wanted to take my business elsewhere. So because I wanted to cancel my order with Paradise Village (Scott H) he had told me because I gave him the go, yes I did, but where is the courtesy to cancel the order like regular business is do. It s very unprofessional to hold upon your customers heads dishonesty to tell them that you have to follow through. Please compare prices with other retailers, even if that means going to another city.

The store may not be much to look at when you first walk in the door. They do have a pretty cool display showroom set up. The biggest thing you get here that makes it an awesome place is that the service is of great quality and the expertise and knowledge is outstanding. They had the install kit I needed for one of those aftermarket car radios.

Hands down the best audio shop in town. They are very friendly and helpful. Not only do they have great customer service they are there to help with your needs to what you are looking for and give suggestions to where you can be happy with the selection without being upsold like other shops do. Very knowlegable staff. Ill be using them for all my audio needs

the owner/manager claimed to be Navajo after a disagreement about a radio being installed. the owner isn t professional when it comes to communicating or resolving any problems. he also made sure i knew he has contact with KTNN and shouldn t report any of his business dealings to them. i m not sure what that has to do with the issue he couldn t resolve himself. NO HELP WITH RESOLVING THE ISSUE!UPDATE TO YOUR RESPONSE BELOW:you re a lot nicer in the reviews section on your company than you were on the cell phone when i spoke to you. i overheard the conversation you had with my father and you were also rude to him. Navajo or not, you re ignorant, aggressive with your harsh words, and what does your CIB have to do with any of this? you started the conversation with me about being Navajo and not getting over on Navajos when i did finally reply to your CIB rant. i asked for the number - you hung up on me!you also, told my father the company will not refund or accept returns but i read some of the reviews below - you offered a full refund for previous customers.you pick and choose who you want to treat well (non Navajo). definitely not returning!

Awesome Customer Service! They are Knowledgeable and Very Friendly. I Highly recommend this for any of your Car Audio needs. Also if you need any work on ATVs this is the place. I've had mine and at least 10 friends get systems installed in our ATVs from here and all of us are Extremely Satisfied! Best Car Audio Store in town!

Hi Everybody I would like to say that Scott and this team are awesome Scott is very good at what he does explained everything in detail got my truck in fast. They ran into problems with my truck, my truck being the problem but they got my system installed it took a lot longer then it should have because of the condition of my truck and they worked right on pass closing time to get it finished and didn't charge me anything more when it took a lot more of there time then it should have I am so pleased with my NEW SYSTEM and SCOTT and HIS CREW thank you guys so much "ROCK ON"

Scott and his wife Liz are phenomenal! Their installers Will and Tyler are amazing and talented guys!I've had a sound system and underglow kit installed recently in my car and a remote start/alarm system installed in the wife's car.I cannot stress enough how pleased I've been with the entire experience, start to finished product!If you have audio/video needs you shouldn't be looking anywhere but Paradise Village in Farmington.Seriously.

I am in town visiting, had some issues with a previous install, and came here to get it fixed. Honestly, Ive been at 16 states, none of which I can say I ve had an experience like I did here. Tyler did my install, so I can only speak to his work, but I will be getting the rest of my install done by him when I come back

QUESTIONS, INSTALLATION, EXTRA CHARGESI went in not having a clue what I wanted having been out of the car audio scene for the better part of 15 years. I told them what I wanted in a car audio system and what I didn't want. Instead of them trying to sell me the most expensive or most powerful sub, they recommended product with plenty of potential at a very reasonable price.Then came the installation. I stayed at the store through the entire process, constantly checking their monitors broadcasting the work being done in the garage. My application required interior body panels to be removed, my whole dash, and even my driver seat! No shortcuts were taken during the install. Instead of having to come back the next day for my vehicle to be finished, they continued to work well past their closing time. After going through all that havoc, they did NOT charge me an extra dime for any of the installation.I am VERY happy with my product and very happy with the treatment of their customers. They were very patient, very friendly, and very intelligent with all their products.

I do not recommend this place at all. I bought subs and box but did not fit my needs. The owner stated there is no refunds but can offer exchange and offered a solution to possible fix the box. He wanted to do a fast, poor solution and then blamed me for taking his time. He then just walked away when I did not want a fast, poor solution. He walked off blaming me for not having a resolution. He did not even offer again the exchange he stated earlier. I will no longer do business here.

Owner is not very pleasant but his wife is very nice. They installed a radio for my son the wife was the only one who came out to tell us how it works. There is no refund policy and they don't have it posted anywhere at there counter. Need anything done McCain Auto is where you need to go.

I highly recommend buying all your car audio from these guy's. I pulled up with a problem with the way I wired a new kicker hidaway that I did not buy from them and asked for them to spare there time and look at what I did wrong without hesitation went out to my truck within seconds told me what I did wrong and how to correct the problem. Thank You

Had a system installed in my 2020 Tundra crewmax. I had a great experience start to finish. Scott was professional and explained products that would go into the truck. The final product sounds great and is exactly what I was looking for!
