Great shop that got me in when my front diff needed re-gearing while on a 4 month trip out West. Got me in when others wouldn't see me. Great work. Great folks. Highly recommend.

I didn't know this resource existed. I was looking to nitrogen charge my off-road coiler shocks and found they to a lot more. Great to work with and they got me taken care of promptly. They also spent some time with me talking about my general suspensionquestions which was super helpful. I didn't realize they also supplied DOM tubing and did custom plasma cutting for suspension brackets. I'll be going there for my needs in the future instead of ordering on-line.

Great customer service, took there time and throughly checked out my vehical. They found the problem and could have easily made some stuff up and charged me an arm and a leg. But they did not.

Every time I have come here for something, the employees are always helpful. If they don't have an answer to your question/ problem, they will find an answer! In my opinion, if you need to find specific parts for your Jeep or 4x4 Truck,the guys at Off Again 4x4 will take care of you. They have been in business for a long time, so they know their stuff. Also, if you are planning on installing a lift kit on your truck or Jeep, they are pros at that as well. For all of your 4x4 needs.

Amazing service. They were upfront about the cost and what was happening with my truck. Estimated time of completion was correct and they came in at the estimated cost. I really felt like I was being taken care of and they were doing everything they could to help me out.

The guy behind the counter is so rude. Cody has been helpful but Kevin seems to be a blocker. Dont worry I will get my jeep parts from another dealer.

Can't say enough about these folks. They are detail oriented and go out of their way to explain in detail what is needed, how much it will cost, and when you can expect to have to work completed. I have had my Jeep, Navigator, and GMC truck worked on at their shop and have been more than satisfied with all they have done. Off Again Auto is extremely professional and cost effective. I have used their services for over 20 years and never once have they ripped me off. If there has ever been a problem, which only happened once, they fixed it for me. Walked in and had an issue with bent slip Yoka and Cody (the owner) dropped everything to help me. Their were able to fix a problem that everyone else in the area couldn t be fix. It was a huge stress release to say the least. I would Highly Recommend them for any vehicle trouble your having or just for general maintenance or upgrade! You can go local for your rotation and alignment but if your a lifted / modified 4x4 - it s definitely worth the drive to Farmington to Off Again 4x4. They assessed my Jeep s issue, completed my alignment and removed the shake in my steering which several local shops could not. Now Jeep drives amazing! Not only professional but extremely knowledgable on lifted vehicles. Don t think twice-just go. I found my new off road shop for service and parts. Thx guys! They replaced a transmission in my Uplander. They worked very hard to find a replacement transmission then called me every day to keep me updated since I live 4 hours away. They even came in after hours to let the tow truck pull it into the yard instead of leaving it outside. They truely went above and beyond.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

The Navajo brake booster and master cylinder I ordered from Off Again 4x4 for my jeep cj7 works very well and is a quality product. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

What a disappointment in the customer service for the towing part. I scheduled appointment for a towing of vehicle on Saturday in which I spoke directly to the driver. The appointment was for 8:30 am come 10:30 still no driver, called the office and was closed. I was truly pissed off being I traveled from Albuquerque to have this vehicle picked up. Will not be recommending them for anything in future.

Brought my jeep in.... later left and while driving on the road the starter bolts and bell housing bolts came off ... so took my vehicle to another auto shop and they found my transmission cracked too leaking fluid bad... this is a new transmission that was put on my vehicle a year ago... so now getting my vehicle fixed properly.... since bringing my vehicle here it s been one problem after another...never take your vehicle here.....
