Went into the store and usually everyone is helpful but on 11-1-23 went to store 1800 N Butler Ave, Farmington, NM 87401. Asked for brake pads on my car the sales rep Arron said they had none in stock. So I asked if the other stores did he didn't want to check but then checked and found another store did then I ask him to pay for it and if he could call the store to have it pulled he told me it don't work like that and said no. I told I have done this before AVD he was like just get out and didn't do it so got this reason a one today for this store.

I called O'Reilly's at 2941 E Main St Farmington,NMMy moms car kept on dying out on her. She took her car to the Kia dealership and the parts person there told her that she would have to pay 400.00 to get a battery from them. So when called O'Reilly's I spoke to a guy named Steve. He was very helpful on the phone and told me to send her his way and he would test the battery and alternator for her. It ended up being the battery. So Steve took ever steps and even switched out her battery for her on site for 1/2 the price the dealership was gonna charge her. Thank you Steve!!! for taking care of my mom, and not try to rip her off.

Had a check engine light turn on and did the regular and got it check. The associate named Amanda was a huge help, she was very knowledgeable and has very good feedback about the issues. She was the reason I had a great experience today at O Reilys

I love O'Reilly. I actually drove about 5 miles out of my way because I appreciate the service. But Not this one. The person at the register wanted nothing to do with customer service. I would suggest you go to the other O'Reilly in town and save yourself a lot of frustration!

Walking into a parts store is never a woman's favorite thing. I've had so many bad experiences here simply from harassment and the workers not allowing me to show them I have the part number. Women beware the boys in this store will never take you seriously unless you go with a man and they will purely talk to them. Parts are quality but buying them and having a bad experience makes me never want to go back

Needed to replace my knock sensor set with wire, I purchased this set at this location. They had another set ready to go as this set of knock sensor was faulty. Life time warranty guaranteed. I also performed this replacement in front of the store as I had no ride to take me here to get the part. Thank you.

Will never shop here again. We worked on our exhaust for over an hour in the parking lot so we have the right parts, this old man at the front won't exchange our parts without a receipt. WTH yes he can! Not like we do it often and on an ID I believe you have 3 times to return w/o a receipt!!

Everything was good until the kid working the counter demanded my phone number and insisted 3 times that i join the rewards program. I'm sorry but you don't need all my information to sell me oil, wiper blades, towels and glass cleaner. It's ok to ask once but when i decline don't demand 2 more times because i almost walked out and took my $150 elsewhere.

Delivery seem to long when they told us how long it's delivery was. Price the same.but we waited for while before we got help. store was clean and friendly because they smile but help needs to maybe improve.

This store absolutely rocks! I have to be honest, these folks go far beyond their job scope to help their customers. If it wasn't for them, I'd still be stranded. Thanks again guys, I couldn't have got back on the road without your kind help.

Called 4 times in a 30 minute period and no one ever answered. (2nd time this has happened in 3 months) So today i drove over there and there was 1 customer at the counter and 3 employees in the back goofing off while the phone was ringing. No one came up front to help and no one answered the phone. Great way to run a business.

Bought a part that was no good . When tried to exchange it, they accused me of trying to steal it or something, I took it to the store that I ordered it from, and they apologized for the other store, said there was no problem. The only reason I went to the other store was thats where I picked it up. Won't make that mistake again. Customer courtesy right.

Young lady there, has no clue what she's doing. Very rude and not helpful! Instead, I'm suppose to know the correct bulb I'm looking for to replace my turn signal. To top it off, she told me to crawl under my car to look for the correct color bulb. I'm not a mechanic so I have no clue what I'm looking for. I walked out and went straight to Autozone. By the way, she told me to go to Auto Zone if I need further assistance.

I was just reminded why I stopped shopping here. Eddie was very rude and in a bad mood. He asked if it was ok to not give me my 94 cents in change because they were out of coins. When I offered 6 cents to make a dollar he just sneered and called another employee to find coins. Back to Napa I go.

Went in to find some hard to find lug nuts for my 87 K-5 blazer.Yep they had them along with my tie end rods I needed .I they don't have it they will find it or order it for u .very helpful parts man also.

Ordered online for curbside pick up. The guy who took care of my order was quick and did a great job. I was done in less than 10 minutes.

I stopped at O'Reilly's because I was frustrated with the lack of educated help I received at A.Z. .. I don't remember the employee's name but he was great .. he had enough experience to actually think through my parts & give me useful suggestions. It's definitly worth the extra two blocks drive & I'll be going there from now on.

Went to O'Reilly looking for engine stands, the staff contacted other stores in the areas and into Colorado. They found one and had it delivered on the same day. Don't seem that their are people who care or they willing to ship from there distribution hubs in a few day's.Thanks for helping.

I'm impressed with Chandler service. Very knowledgeable, helpful, great customer service. Need more people like Chandler. She is awesome
