Dani at the Butler store was very helpful when I came into check out a part I had previously ordered a part from AutoZone and she caught that they ordered the wrong part for me. I had to go to AutoZone and cancel my order and come back and purchase through O Reillys. If it wasn t for her I would ve paid way more and would ve gotten the wrong part from AutoZone. Thank you, I highly recommend this store

Auto parts store. I can usually find what I'm looking for when I need auto parts and many other auto related things I need. The people that work here are friendly and very helpful.

Always have the parts I need in stock. Just harder to get someone to help you sometimes. Men vs women lol

There's a woman who works here who is the friendliest most helpful person I've ever seen at an auto parts store. She helped me twice in a row when I came in with car issues and was so fast and knowledgeable. She seriously saved me a massive headache and I'm so grateful. Only coming here from now on.

Just needed a fuel inline filter, application..32 ford 5w 440 chrysler engine....they did not ask..they knew the part...very professional..I was greeted at the door both were busy and I get to go back, yay

I don't know how many times I've been to Oreillys... they are a good parts store.I like that I went in for oil for my truck and the guy working there looked it up in the computer and helped me locate the oil and filter. It's just nice not have to go look for it, try to look it up yourself, all that. It saves times.I don't remember his name but it is the store on Butler. Nice guy, helped me out.

Batteries in stock, so are steering wheel covers. Anthony (manager) was patient with my father as he installed his battery, THANK YOU! Thank you for testing the check engine light, huge savings.

Usually I like O'Reilly's, not today, someone ripped pages out of the filter book. Had to go up front and get them to tell me what filter I needed. But it's not the right size, and dude asks if I've ever changed oil before. No jackass I never have that's why I know that it's the wrong filter, just from the size of it.

Interesting location. Kind of hidden in a neighborhood. Good service. They had the store brand DEF for $12 less than the blue stuff.

For the most part they have good service and maybe 2 or 3 guys know their field of work the rest will ask you what year of vehicle you own for a scented pine tree. Might wanna hire people that know a little bit more about automobiles.

Very helpful when I've needed my check engine light looked at. Will also install new car batteries and windshield wiper blades when purchased there.

we lost our oil cap, desperte to get somewhere. and no other car place had the oil cap. o'reillys saved out lives. definitely coming back! periodt.
